Not the best place, great decor but is up priced saw a bunch of the same stuff at other stores nearby and was significantly cheaper. Terrible customer service my mother saw a bathroom door open and had to use the restroom so she did, with a sign in the bathroom saying please treat our bathroom with respect and once my mother was finished they lady immediately told her she wasnt allowed to use that restroom and that it was for employees only. This lady was furious and my mother apologized and would have anyways but the lady was very rude about it . So I put my items down and walked out of the store. Very disappointed.

Best store in Durango, many items made in the USA and they offer a 10% Military discount to all those who have served. Friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to help me and my family.

The staff is inconsiderate and has no regard for humanity. If a person in need is sitting in front of your door instead of calling the cops maybe you could ask them if they need something or at the least to move if it offends you. Why make another human feel like garbage because you cant handle to look at someone who is less fortunate than you?
