Great experience with The Gallery! We recently replaced all of the flooring in our home, and after speaking with several stores choose them. And it was the right choice! Tom, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to drop off samples, and even met with us outside of regular business hours to accommodate our schedule. He was exactly right regarding the time frame, and everything went as planned. The installer that they sent was friendly, polite and did an excellent job. We highly recommend The Gallery for your flooring needs!

Haven’t purchased from them yet, but will definitely be back, as we are renovating our home. We stopped by on a Saturday, after seeing some sale flooring out front. The woman there came out and was extremely helpful and kind, even though they closed in 2 minutes (I had no idea until we left). They had a great selection and excellent customer service. We’ll be back!

Christine and all the staff at the Gallery were such a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful during the building of our home. Christine took the time to help me work out the design, choose tile and order the correct amount of tile at a good price. She is a tile expert and knows all the companies and tile styles. I am also ordering carpet from them and they have lots of choices. I would use them again if I ever build another home.

Last December a water main in front of our building ruptured pouring thousands of gallons of water out and flooding our business. Our first call was to the city to turn the thing off. Second was to UltraSteam to dry us out. Third was to The Gallery to get new flooring on the way.Christine from The Gallery brought us samples of wood-look flooring to look at. We loved one of the samples she brought and gave her the order then and there. By the time we were dried out, Rodney (The Gallery owner) and his team were in here installing the new flooring. I couldnt believe how fast and smoothly everything went. Besides that, our new wood flooring is far more beautiful than our old wood flooring.Thanks guys!

Hands down the best flooring contractor weve ever used. 5 Star products, 5 Star service and 5 Star People. From the time we walked in we were treated like family. Rodney and Tom helped us from design all the way through to installation. Their expertise and their awesome inventory made it easy to pick just the right products and Steve worked hard to make sure everything was installed quickly and beautifully. Highly reccomend.
