I had a good experience upgrading my trucks factory system to a louder, clearer, and bassier system with the help of Aaron and Philip at Axxis. They added just enough equipment to get my stereo to scream.

Mixed - the install was quick and they were professional but Ive had 2 jobs done by them and was left feeling like I needed to get more work done. This last time they installed new front speakers, the 2nd to cheapest option they had and once they were installed I noticed they crackle. The guy told me its because I didnt get the upgrade, something about a stock amp conflicting with the speakers and it would cost another $400 to correct the issue. And both times they installed something, everything rattles afterwards like they didnt click something back into place.

I had to have some technical work done with my new vehicle, and the team at Axxis Audio was professional, thorough, communicative, and polite. When the work took a bit longer than expected, the technician advised me the reasons, and kept me informed every step of the way. This company has so many cool products and services...during my appointment, I familiarized myself with their showroom and some of the cool things they do as far as home/boat/business audio and security. I will definitely be calling on them in the future for my home and car audio needs.

Was all set to pay for at least an hour or so for diagnosis of why my car speakers werent working. Axxis audio found the problem in less than a half hour and did not charge because it was such an easy fix. Cool place to stay!!

Installed a headphone jack in my Tacoma and the first one broke pretty quickly, so they replaced it free of charge with no hassle. That was huge because due to my schedule it took me quite awhile to get the truck back to them for repair. Scott also was a huge help when my moms car got broken into and the knob on her Pioneer deck got broken off; he took the time to get her a replacement and get it put on, which took a lot of time just to sell a non-stock $20 part. When I can afford to get a custom sound system installed, they will definitely be the company I go to. Thanks guys!

Avoid this place at all costs! They installed a new stereo in my car and completely destroyed my vehicle. Then, they had the audacity to lie about it. The car was basically non-functional after the installation, but they said it would be weeks before they could look at the problem that they created. They tried to tell me that the plethora of warning lights and malfunctions that developed after their installation were present when they began the installation. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when I left it in their care. Caveat emptor! Youve been warned.

Axxis Audio installed a stereo system in my car over two years ago, and recently my alternator went out, and all the settings on the music system were messed up. Not being very tech-savvy, this really intimidated me and I stopped by today to see if someone could help me. Scott Clark sat with me in my car and fixed multiple issues, including hooking my bluetooth up with my phone. He adjusted many of the settings and made sure he did everything that I wanted. I left very happy, relieved, and, did I say happy? Thank you!!

Great place to get car audio done they have done 2 cars of mine an dm nailed it both time super friendly and with my truck I bought a deck that ended up being fake so they helped me out and we picked one out right there in the store and it was great. They know what they are doing, and always give a a good set up and great quality of work.

I was in a big pickle when I called up Scott Clark from axxis audio. I had tried to install my own cd radio in my car and had cut some wires and screwed it all up. Scott helped me figure it all out and couldnt have been nicer. I definitely recommend these guys for any audio needs! They are super nice and qualified!

Speakers in my truck quit working. Right away Patrick recognized the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes. I offered to pay or tip but no money was accepted. Awesome customer service! Almost unheard of in Durango lol!

The first time i went into the store it took over 15 minutes to get someone to ask if i needed help. The prices are ridiculous please google your product to find out their price increase before buying anything. The owner scott walks around big headed likes hes gods gift to Durango. They are short staffed and a appointment time to have simple radio installed was a week and half out because they only have one technician. If you live in durango you have no choice but to go to farmington and they treat you that way.

I brought my wifes Expedition in to upgrade the radio to one that has DVD,CD,GPS,Bluetooth,Sirius/XM,with aux input for a back up camera and they have 3 models to choose from.available.With the outstanding customer service i received, i brought my F-250 in for the same radio and added a Compustar remote start as well.Then i brought my other expedition in that i had a remote start installed by Best Buy that did not function as was designed by Compustar, The techs at Axxis were more than happy to look at it, make a diagnosis, and correct the wiring problem (was wired wrong by Geek Squad, The A/C did not work or the Horn did not chirp For Confirmation on lock/unlock)and in short order had it fixed.And with all that said, the staff is Friendly,courteous,extremely knowledgeable,and strive for the best customer service around.

I drive a toyota tacoma, its a great reliable truck. However it has a defect thats been causing enormous amounts of frustration for years. My AUX cable was faulty. It would constantly switch from aux to radio or cd. This was going on for years and eventually the aux just went caput. I took it to the dealership and they told me that never happens, and its very uncommon. They wanted me to schedule an appointment and estimated a couple hundred dollars to fix. Discouraged but yet hopeful I drove over to axxis audio and was greeted by 3 very friendly young gentlemen. Patrick said he fixes about 30 to 40 aux boxes a year and its common in my truck. Within minutes he had the box popped out, re-soldered and fixed. Bada Boom Bada Bing. Its never worked so well. Not even when first bought my truck. Hes genius and gave a price no other repair place could beat. The amount of annoyance and stress he has saved from me isnt measurable.

Scott helped us outo alot in finding what I needed. Great service.
