I am beyond frustrated…. I bought a couch less than 6 months ago along with insurance to have all of our bases covered. Called today to resolve an issue with the stitching coming apart (basically crappie manufacturing work) and was basically told nothing could be done. Never experienced such lack of care in running a business. Wish I had never purchased!

We purchased a dining room table from Durango Furniture and Design, and returned the item long before delivery due to changing design considerations in our new home. We agreed to pay a $425 restocking fee, on the grounds that they are a small, local company, and it was a special order. We returned to the store and purchased a grey sectional and received a partial refund of restocking fee. They were unable to timely deliver the couch, and we picked it up from their warehouse. The couch came to us with a large oil stain and paint flecks. We discussed the problem with Jeff, and received an uncooperative response. After a frustrating encounter, we were able to procure a $90 cleaning credit. We hired a cleaning service, and after paying $200, they were unable to remove the stain and paint flecks, due to the long term warehouse storage. In discussions with friends, we were told that there have been rodent issues at this same warehouse. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Wow! I love our new dining set! (Solid wood at an amazing price!) From the beginning to end this was an enjoyable experience with absolutely NO hassel. Jeff definitely went out of his way to help us find the perfect dining set for our home. After a short wait for our furniture to arrive in Durango he called to schedule our delivery to our home. Our set was delivered by a friendly and professional team that did an exceptional job at putting it in exactly the right place. I have to be honest and say that this is the first time I have actually felt a need to share my experience on Google. Jeff was highly personable, and let me take my time picking a mattress, not rushing me or being pushy (I don’t know about you, but nothing makes me run the other direction more than a pushy salesperson), but rather checking on me at reasonable intervals, answering all of my questions, and offering advice for my price point and interests (firm, good back support). My experience at his store was wonderful and I’m happy to support local! Got a great mattress for a great deal, too, as he is very conscientious of the current challenging financial times for many folks.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and laid back (which I comment on because how many times have you been shopping for a big ticket item and the salesperson is essentially stalking you the entire time?). This place is amazing. We were looking for a couch + love seat and found the perfect set..It was exactly what we were looking for.Because of COVID-19 the order would take up to eight weeks to arrive at the store, so Tucker, our sales associate, said we would be able to take the floor model and have it delivered to us.He was so knowledgeable friendly and professional, totally not pushy. Recently, I found a great sleeper sofa online & was having difficulty finding someone who would deliver to my remote area. I called Durango Furniture, & asked Tucker if he could help me get this couch. Within minutes we had everything lined up: ) He made everything so easy, & I ended up feeling so relieved that it had worked out that I was ordering the couch through Durango Furniture. The delivery crew, Damian & Campbell, arrived right on schedule & with what to me defied human capabilities hoisted that sleeper sofa up to the 2nd floor without any damage to anything. We got an amazing deal on a beautiful, comfortable sectional couch. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. Ashley furniture was a great place to buy our new couch. Our salesman Jeff did not pressure us at all. We were able to move about the store and try out all the couches without being bothered. When it came time to purchase the couch, Jeff made the process quite easy. He was very knowledgeable about the couch we wanted to buy, and the options available for that specific couch. He gave us the options of the payment plan or paying for it all at once. We cant wait for our new couch to arrive!

Great staff. Joy was very helpful from the sales floor. The couch took a minute to get here but once it arrived, we were very satisfied. Delivery team was great and very helpful. They didnt rush us to sign paperwork. They made sure that we liked everything first. Overall, this was a great experience. Be sure and price match to their online store. Jeff, our salesman was very informative about the mattress we were interested in. All the staff were very kind. We had a problem with a pillow and they fixed it without question. There was some shipping damage to the adjustable frame and they simply upgraded us to the next level. WOW!Will definitely shop here again.

Could not rate this place higher. Lisa in the store was brilliant. The two guys who delivered our furniture were extremely professional. They are young guys and tried everything to get our newer couch into our older home with narrow doors. They called their boss down to help and it still wouldnt fit. They took it back to the store and arranged for the store to return it. We chose a smaller couch and still have store credit from the difference. Overall we were so happy with everyone we dealt with. We even offered the delivery guys jobs with us!

We were in great need for a wonderful sleep system but so many decisions to make, right??!!! The store has a little bit of everything in the large 2 story store. It is so tastefully decorated that you would be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for. Had lung surgery, needed a movable chair, Jeff Cordell helped make it happen. The chair is saving my life. My lung is healing from pneumonia and surgery. I have to sleep in a sitting up position. Thanks Jeff. Super comfy,easy to use.

The older red headed woman at the front was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. Didnt seem to care about her job or her customers. I wont be shopping here ever again, or at least until shes fired. This place REFUSES to help you move the furniture you buy into your truck, but instead makes you pay and extra fee to deliver. We had to beg this women to clear a pathway in the store for us to move what we bought outside to our truck. Honestly pathetic

I was very pleased with the service I received buying the electric recliner from Ashley Home Store in Durango this week. The sales man Jeff Cordell, who I now consider a friend, went out of his way to get me the chair that we needed in order to sleep after having lung surgery. We couldnt wait the two weeks it was going to take to have one sent and understanding that Jeff arranged for me to take the floor model. The chair is super comfortable and has made recovery and sleep so much easier from the very first night. We had bought couches not to long ago from the same store and have been quit pleased with them. I just want to thank Jeff and Ashley Home Store for making a difficult time easier.

Jeff was super helpful with my sofa purchasing decision... I had agonized over buying a sofa for my living room; call me a reluctant furniture owner. Jeff made it easy, and really helped me think through my concerns.

Very friendly and helpful. The couch we bought came with down pillows and they let us exchange them for free since we didnt want down. Only problem was that the delivery guy still brought the down pillows so we had to make a special trip to bring them back to the store.

The deliver guys were awesome.However, obtaining the second piece ordered is still up in the air. It has yet to be available in the store. This is going on at least a months and a half. We still haven’t received a call regarding when it will be be available. It’s a night stand for a bedroom.This leads me to think that overall, ordering furniture from your store and company isn’t something that I or We will do agin in the future.
