Jordyn is awesome. She knew exactly what I needed, explained everything, and gave me an all around amazing experience. Im so excited to go in for anything because I know she knows the know, and she rocks.

First of all I would like to start off by saying I went in and told the gentlemen in the blue hair exactly what I wanted and I did everything he told me and my hair looks amazing I just couldnt be happier. He really went above and beyond and I will be returning as a regular customer. The only request I would have is to keep up on your inventory a bit more because you have amazing products that you just ran out of in a ton of different items that would have been on my buy list, other than that 100% hands down I love you all!

Dishonest employees who don’t understand how to take care of their customers. I refuse to ever shop here again and will only be going to the Farmington location. If I could refuse to give my business to Sally’s I would but I refuse to go back to box hair color. Please don’t waste your time at this location. Ever since the gentleman with the green hair left it went to the toilet faster than anything I have ever seen. The girls there don’t know a single thing and don’t know basics. Such a sad state

I actually enjoy shopping at the tiny store. The girls who I have encountered working there are always so sweet and will literally stand there with me for an entire hour while I try to find the perfect hair extensions, answering all of my questions and keeping the conversation going. All very helpful!

So Im not a first time customer. Plus Ive had great experiences every time Ive gone. Except the the last time I went. For some reason when I came in about a complaint, a simple one, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. Even though Ive been doing my hair for about 7 years on my own. Usually when I go in I consult with the manager and shes really understanding and nice. This last time she paired me with someone else who was rude to not just me, but the two people I went with. She talked to as if I didnt know what I was doing. In the end I gave up, picked something and left. Usually a great place.

I went to this store a few days ago and I cant believe how helpful the lady working there was! I never got her name unfortunately. I asked her for a hair dye recommendation and she gave me an amazing setup. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me just what I needed. My hair turned out amazing thanks to her, I couldnt be happier.

This ranking is purely based on customer service.I likED Sallys because it was easy to go in, pick up what I needed with no trouble and good customer service.However every time I have gone in recently (by myself or with friends) there is an associate (mngr maybe?) that has NO personal boundaries, invasive and a very chatty Cathy.I.e. The last time I was at Sallys shopping, this associate who was helping another customer grabbed my friends hair just to reference a certain hair level /shade to the customer. All the while ignoring the fact that my friend was uncomfortable and completely shocked by her unprofessional behavior.This unprofessional behavior is unwelcoming and quite disrupting to customers who just want to go about their day and shop without having to worry about a hovering, ill advising associate.Dare I say, go to Walmart or shop online. 🙁

I went today with my sister and we were helped by one of the employees there, she did help and we got what we went there for but, we started looking around mask and things and the other employee that was there asked us like 4 times if we needed help and was told we were OK and she just stayed there looking at us from the begining of the hallway if we were stealing or something, I even left my purse open on purpose and she instanly walked next to us looking straight inside my purse, we paid for our things and left Really pissed off out there. Really unpleasant feeling. I better buy what I need in Walmart.
