The best customer service and professionalism I have found in a Ford Dealer in decades. The vehicle ordering process for the new Ford Bronco (full size) and COVID created many setbacks, but this dealer took charge and helped the entire way. Good or bad, they were always communicating with me. This is the place to buy your new Ford!
My experience was buying a new Ford Ranger and it was extremely easy and satisfying. I can highly recommend the sales man Keith Sutten, but all the personnel where friendly and knowledge able. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Dunn to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I made an appointment weeks in advance to get 2 recalls done. They said it would take about 3hrs. I was going to wait but at the last moment I decided to leave it and had someone pick me up. I arrived at just before 9am appt and dropped it with Greg. At that time there was nothing going on in the shop. No one waiting for service. Greg said they would get right on it and assume I was waiting for it. I asked how long it without take and he said a couple hrs at the most. I told him I would leave it and be back around noon to get it. He said great and would call me when it was ready. Well my errands took longer and around 2pm I was getting ready to go get it but never got a call from Greg. Then a text came that work had just begun on my vehicle. I immediately called Greg and once I finally got him to take my call he said it would be ready when I got there. I arrived and still had to wait another 30 mins for it to be done. And since it was rushed who knows if it was done completely or correctly. But what really got to me was another customer, Greg preferred customer, brought their vehicle in after me and who knows if they had an appointment, and their vehicle was done just after I arrived. Its not good customer service when your service writer has his favorites and us who make appointments way in advance get walked on.
I arrived to have my Explorer serviced. The service people were courteous and professional. They were ready to tend to my vehicle at the allotted appointment time, and the waiting period was short.Days later, I submitted a question regarding the Explorer that was outside the realm of the immediate services of Crossroads Ford, and I received email and telephone replies from three different representatives. I am impressed with their prompt, friendly modes of communication and recommend Crossroads Ford of Dunn for entrusting your vehicle to their care.
A great experience with the service department. They kept me informed and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I will be returning to them as opposed to Crown Ford in Fayetteville.

Attention to detail? Had my super duty serviced this morning. Drove home (45 minutes) and the tire pressure notification came on. When they rotated my tires, they didnt changes the pressure in then. No service station air pump has enough pressure to to fix the issue myself. So, now Ill make the hour and a half trek back and forth to get it rectified.Besides this issue, everything went well. Courteous staff, good service and clean facility.
Went in to look at one of the new Bronco Sports and tried to work out a deal. When presented with the numbers they jacked the price up $1,500 ABOVE window sticker and tried to stick me hard on my trade. The sales person was nice and it wasn’t an unpleasant experience. The reason I gave two stars was the fact that they tried to price gouge me on both ends. I understand that the Broncos are new and hard to find right now, but charging above sticker price just doesn’t sit well with me and then offering a completely ridiculous value on my trade was the end for me. I have excellent credit and buy and trade cars about every two years. Unfortunately I won’t go back to Capital Ford.
Greg Siko & Al Jones. These two guys really appreciate me the customer . Both of these guys took time to explain the Airbag on my F150 why the light would not go off. If you havent visited Dun Benson lately sense new owners took over about 2 years ago.You really need to go back to Dunn Benson and check them out.Dont waist you time with the rest Go to the Best Im so happy my truck air bags light system are working like new again :)
Thank you very much for the Explorer ST its a nice ride, and the staff was nothing but fun and professional for working with me and my wife even though we were not dressed for car shopping. By far easier to work with than Sanders Ford.Turns out once you hand them money they no longer care about you. It took them 3 weeks to send in my paperwork for my plates after I bought the car, the Ohio processed it in 5 weeks, theyve had my plates for over a week and have not sent them and by the time I get them the will be expired. Good thing I get to enjoy my Explorer for 10 days before I have to renew the license plates. Thanks for nothing.

Driving from Northern VA to FL for memorial day weekend and broke down just before getting to this town. Was able to drop off the car via the late night drop box.. Incredible service department that was able to save my vacation by replacing my failed alternator in a very quick amount of time the next day. Great customer service and technicians

Took focus in for 2 recalls. They replaced all door latches and did something to the fuel system. The car was running fine before we took the car in. Drove the car 20 to 30 miles and now the check engine light is on. Things that make you go hmmmm.

Service was great, top of the line at this location.The only downfall is more of a FORD issue than a service department issue.I have full warranty on my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle at a FORD dealership in Texas. I got a flat tire near this location in North Carolina. I was told that I would need to contact the Texas location to see if they will reimburse me for the cost of the tire.Havent started this reimbursement process because I havent had time. I just wish that the FORD system was integrated to share warranty information.
I got a flat and took my car to a dealership in Fayetteville to get it repaired (close to where I work). They ordered a tire but never communicated with me when it was delivered a week later. I had to reach out to them multiple times and couldn’t even get scheduled for a service appointment for another week. So, I would’ve been driving on my spare tire for 2 weeks before they even brought me into their service center. When I asked how long it would take for them to put my new tire on, they told me 2 1/2 hours! I decided to take my new tire elsewhere to have it put on my vehicle.I came to Quick Lane in Dunn and their service, on the other hand, was excellent! I was super impressed with the quality and quick installation of my tire. I called in advance to see if they had time for me and was getting my tire put on 10 minutes later. It took 45 minutes all together, from the time I stepped in and gave my information to the time I left with my car all fixed up. Everyone was super nice as well; I highly recommend them!
Took my 2015 F-150 in for a factory recall repair. The mechanic busted the nut on the brake line into the master cylinder while doing the repair. They offered to give me a free oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience. I told them they do not have to do that because I know things happen when you are working on a vehicle. They actually INSISTED that they give me the free oil change and tire rotation. I finally agreed so in addition to the recall repair, they replaced the broken nut and serviced my truck, all for free.Very friendly and more than fair! Ill definitely be back...

I had the best experience buying my Ford Explorer at Crossroads Ford in Dunn. JoAnn was professional and very knowledgeable but laid back and I never felt pressured at any point. The ‘paperwork’ part of the process was quick and easy and I was back home within a few hours. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle. I would recommend JoAnn to anyone!

It was a pleasure to to deal with Crossroads of Dunn NC . I was in and out in a very short time. All details were explain doing our visit. The flash drive loaded with all of the transactions was a nice touch.
I had been in the market for a 2021 Hybrid F150 for a few months (brand new for this model year), and having owned two F-Series pickups before, I generally knew what I was looking for.I went to one Ford dealership and did not have a good experience. The team was pleasant and helpful as I was evaluating the truck, but they significantly undervalued my trade. Kept me there for hours. Not happy.Then I emailed Mike from Crossroads Ford in Dunn. They had exactly what I wanted, with no extras. Starting about 1pm, we discussed price over email, we discussed my trade in over email, we got everything agreed to. I drove an hour, got there at 4pm, Mike’s teammate Lewis met me and helped right away. I checked out the truck, they checked my trade, we did the paperwork, I drove home in my new F150 at 630pm.This is exactly what the buying experience should be like.
We were traveling from MA and on our way south when we broke down. Greg from the service department took our call and even though they were extremely busy, took our emergency situation seriously and managed to get us in and then back on the road in no time. We were panicked and hopeless thank God for Crossroads Ford!!

From the time I drove up to the bay with a flat rear tire I got from I-95 construction debris, to my departure to continue my trip to NY, the front desk, technicians and manager were extremely helpful to repair then replace tires. They patched flat tire but on further investigation, found my other tire was about to blow out and recommended I dont go any further and replace all.
Had a service done, great job in a timely manner. They are very knowledgeable about their craft and care about the customers. Great prices and friendly employees. 10 for 10 recommend.
Great customer service!! I had two costly repairs done recently on my Ford F250 Diesel, by Crossroads Ford of Dunn Benson. I live in the Fayetteville area. The Ford dealership here, often has a wait list for diesel repairs. On the second repair, my vehicle wasnt ready when I thought it would be, so Greg Siko called to to let me know I could get a loaner. I told him, I didnt have transportation to pick it up, so he asked for some documentation, and about an hour later they had a vehicle in my driveway!!! I was shocked, because I actually thought that sort of customer service no longer exists. Thank you so much for the great customer service. Its has been well worth the drive to Dunn!!

Don’t waste your time going here!!! I listed my car for sale on line. This dealership reached out to me!! I went in to see if I could trade in my SUV for a truck. They not only tried to low ball me on my car. They wanted way more then what the truck was worth and wouldn’t budge on the price!! I’ve bought cars plenty of times and know they can go down on the price! I’m not an idiot!! Don’t message me on Facebook and try to get me to come into your dealership anymore!!! You suck!!!
The salesman mike had an appointment to me with him Saturday at 10 am its 45 minutes away I was going to buy a 2012 Lincoln mkz he sold the car 2 minutes before I arrived he could have called me and saved me a trips
So heres my tail of the day. Went to the dealership today searching for a hybrid. They had one we were interested in. The price was 21845, which was a little more than we wanted to spend. We went in hoping for a decent deal and to their credit the budged a little. Now this is where the story breaks down a bit. So my wife and I did our homework looked around and found the SAME year and trim level only difference was they said because it had 7315 more miles then theirs that it was part of the price difference. The one with only 7315 more miles was $17500, which was verified by the dealership. They said it was 54 cents a mile is part of the difference which was 3950. If your following is 21450, so about par for that their asking. They also told me that theres 1500 built in because its certified pre-owned, which sounds a little off but Im not here to argue that, guess they were trying to make feel special like this was a deal of a life, I should be so lucky and grateful. So heres the curve ball and the plot twist youve been wanting for. Looked around a little more and within the SAME Crossroads group we found again a 2019 Fusion Hybrid Energi with the Titanium trim like the previous 2 were. The Energi only offers the option to drive solely as an electronic and is a plug in hybrid, an upgrade from a standard hybrid. So within the SAME Crossroads group found 2019 with only 12625 miles, for 20481. So an upgraded car less miles is more than the one with 32396. Not making any sense yet. So if they use their logic for 54 cents a mile the one with 32396 miles should be 10514 less than the one with 12625 miles or should the one with 12625 miles be 10514 more. Dammed if I know. Oh looking at the carfax they were both bought around the same time and place, again same auto group Crossroads. Another game dealerships played and as a result lost a sale. My advice shop around do your home so you dont get screwed over. The proof is attached!

Horrible service! Brand new (2020) went in 4 times for transmission issue.. every time they said its fine/thats normal...Took to a different Ford dealer and ended up needing a new transmission, that they discovered the first time they looked at it.

I do not recommend doing business with this Ford dealership.During the drop off of my vehicle I was addressed in a matter that I felt was inappropriate. During the return of me picking up my vehicle the service department was too lazy to pull my vehicle out front. My vehicle was supposed to have been inspected upon my return home which is not even seven miles away I saw that my suspension shock was broken. I call to report it and was directed to come in the next day. When I spoke to the service manager he stated one thing and the guy that worked on my vehicle stated another. The service had no interest with ensuring that I was taken care of as a customer.

This is a good place for buying a car, they are very attentive and helpful through the entire buying process. As for having your maintenance done at the Quicklane located right next to Crossroads Ford of Benson Dunn they are good, friendly but their technicians lack attention to detail a lot of the time.
Really nice guy Steve, went back next day to test drive 2017 Ford Edge, really nice, wife wanted to trade her 2011 Ford Edge in on it. Her 2011 Edge is in excellent condition, everything on it works, looks as good as the one we were getting. We were buying the 2017 and Steve offered 3000.00 on her car!!!! Are you HIGH??? I recently purchased a new 2019 Ford Escape. Love the vehicle. The customer service that I received from K. Sutton was superb. The only thing that I have a problem with is the oil changes,. I was informed that as long as I had the vehicle that oil changes would be free; however, this is the case. The first 3 oil changes are free. Wish is good. But they need to not say anything that is not the case. Overall VERY happy with my purchase. Merry Christmas.

I could not be happier with the service that I received at Dunn-Benson Ford. Mike and Elaine were so personable, professional and went out of their way to help find me the perfect car. Mike went above and beyond and got me a MUCH better financing rate than what I initially had, and I did not even have to ask him to do this. He took it upon himself, which tells you what kind of staff work there. Elaine took time to show me all of the bells and whistles with the new car and no question was too big or small for her. He said, do you have 20min., let me check it out !! i said sure ! Within the 20 min he had it diagnosed and another 20 minutes he had it fixed with a new part !! Ill start with my first crossroads experience in 2019 at the fuquay store. I was not impressed to say the least and said I would never purchase from crossroads again however after meeting the GM at crossroads Dunn-benson and talking with him and the staff I have to say this was a totally different experience! Greg the GM has set the bar high for the crossroads family and should be the model for business practices and customer service! My son bought his first new car the following day we got the wife a new flex now I just bought a 2020 f150 and all three experiences were awesome! Keep Greg around!!

This experience was absolutely wonderful! Lewis responses to my inquiry so fast! He was a great salesman! He was not to pushy.. he made sure I knew what I wanted. Let me test drive the car all day so I could take it to my husband who couldn’t come with me. The dealership was easy to work with and very accomidating to what I was asking for. I left with the perfect car for me at a great price. Before I left they made sure I knew how to use every feature available with my car and that I was 100% comfortable driving it for the lot. Since then the follow up has been great. They even have a loaner vehicle for if and when your car needs service. Overall best car buying experience. I didn’t feel any pressure and I felt completely comfortable buying from them.

The guys in the service department definitely did us a solid when we realized we (my husband) had left the key to the gas cap at home. Down to our last drops of gas, we visited the dealership in search of help removing the after market lock. In just a few minutes they drilled through it, cleaned up the metal shavings, and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile. Thanks for saving our vacation!
I cant rate Dunn Benson Ford at this time, because we are still conducting business. But the place is very nice and clean. I will give them four stars for that. When our business is conducted then will I give them a true rating.
They are purposely listing vehicles as higher trim levels on cargurus while they are not. a good example would be this F150 thats marked as a King Ranch, but looking at the pictures you can clearly see that its an XLT. This is done to inflate the price its a bait and switch tactic.
My salesman was Don Smith. One of the best salesman I have had. He was friendly and funny. It wasnt forced or fake just to sell you a car. He was a genuine nice person. Don was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was buying. I will buy all my vehicles from Don.
Elaine is awesome! She sold my Fiancé a car and then I was so impressed I traded my truck in as well! She got my in a newer truck for a sweet deal! She made car buying easy and hassle free. I will be back to work with her again.

One of the best car buying experiences Ive had! I told the salesman what I was looking for in a car and he showed me a few that I really liked. I was split between two of them so my salesman presented me with useful information on both and I chose my Fusion. I got a GREAT deal!!! I did not feel pressured to buy and I was very happy with the relaxed atmosphere around me. The salesman, Keith Sutton, was very knowledgeable and informative about all of the vehicles on the lot which was very beneficial in my decision making process.

Crown Ford kept it for 3 days and didnt even do a diagnostic test like they planned on doing and never called once like they promised. They also were going to charge us for something that is covered under our power train warranty. Dunn -Benson Ford not only fixed our vehicle in 2 hrs on the same day we took it in they also took the time to look up our warranty information. Greg you have earned our business for life. Elaine was awesome. I have been looking for months for the perfect SUV. I had given up hope on finding one in my price range with all my specifications.
