Im really surprised this place is still open to Damage perfectly good bike..... Dont trust anything they tell you.... other then they might can put air into a tire. I had heads and cams install into a 1397 and they destroyed my cylinder and pistons.... and told me he was trying to track down a noise..... Beware of this shop, if you are in the Military, stay away...….

I do not recommend these guys. Did a very unprofessional job on my 2005 arctic cat 400. Charged me 600 hundred dollars in labor on work i could have done myself if I wanted to. Mainly concerend about the motor, never heard one thing that they did to find out if it was good. Bought a part that didnt fit the machine but Jerry rigged it on there to make it work and was suppose to check cooling fan to find out why it dont kick on said it worked does nothing probably just needed a temp sensor so they lied about not doing that and just over charged me for easy work. Called the guy about how unhappy I was about the work and told him it is incomplete job and wanted a refund of my money, all he could say was bring it back they will make it right sounds like to me he dont want to give me my money back which isnt right. People, stay away from this place dont make the mistake like I did and go here they rip people off and do bad work.

William always does a great job with my Bikes and always has time to explain what he does to repair the problem. Great place they have my business as long as I own a bike.

Took my bike for simple maintenance 4 months ago, now, $900 later, the bike will not even run. They refunded labor charges due to starter issue, which makes me feel a little better.

This place was very unprofessional and untruthful. My husband took his bike to get it checked out on June 8th. When he dropped it off with them, they told him they would break down the motor to see what the problem was and get back to him about it in the next week. 2 weeks later my husband called them( because they didn’t follow up with him) and they told him, he needed a new crank and rods put on. With that being said they said it would be finished in about 2 weeks. We called on a biweekly basis and they came up with different excuses as to why it wasn’t ready, i.e parts were being ordered, the mechanic had quit, the new mechanic’s wife had just had a baby, the owner was sick, etc... . So to make a long story short, on November 22nd they called my husband and told him, the bike was ready ( needless to say, the owner told my husband he would give him a discount because they had the bike so long, 5 1/2 months). When we get there the next day, I asked to see the owner to speak with him about how unprofessional his shop was and of course he wasn’t there. And to top it off we had to pay another thousand dollars for the horrible service we received ( when we took the bike to them we gave them a thousand dollar deposit). I am very upset and wouldn’t recommend this place of business to anyone. Take heed and don’t give this company your time of day

Would not recommend was only supposed to check it out to see whats wrong and call when the bill was at 300 dollars. They called on Thursday and was a little bit over 300 dollars which was ok and was told not to do anything else to the bike. We went to pick it up and the bill was over 400 dollars. We told them we were not paying over 300dollars cause we told them not to do anything else to the bike. Called to say and they got things straightened out.

I definitely agree with what people are talking about in terms of their sense of urgency. When I came in explaining my problem they said it would be about 40 minutes of work for about $60. Whether they were true or not I got a lot of reasons why my vehicle hadnt even been started on yet over the course of 3 weeks. Finally after many phone calls to them I was told that my repairs were next and it would be done the next day. It was done the day after that and it ended up costing twice the amount I was told to begin with. Now I will say that I dont believe I was over charged much if really at all because I got about the same pricing at another place I went to in the past in Mebane but the price I was told at the very beginning of all of this should have been much closer to the actual price. Im giving two stars because in the end the work was actually done right for the most part. It would be higher but the all around experience was very frustrating. If you need your ride done quick like myself since it was the vehicle I commuted with then I would not recommend this place. If time is not a concern then sure, go for this place if theyre close by.

Im new to town and needed a place to get a tire for my bike. I stopped in here say around 5pm to see if it would be some place to consider doing buisness. Lets just say it wasnt a friendly atmosphere. No welcome to our buisness or much acknowledgment. I liked the price of the tire I saw but will be going to Raleigh or fayetteville to do buisness instead. I got an explanation of what the service fee would be and said thank you with no response.

Man oh man where do we start well lets start of with the Stars if the had negative stars Id definitely give them that only few good things I can say about this place the Harley mechanics get it done the other good thing about it is the man up front is the best composive liar Ive ever seen... For one he over chargers and lies about everything... I bring 2 2 stroke bikes to have work one needed a tune up and the other needed rebuilding hard all the parts and accessories to have everything done brought my own gas and mix it took them 4 months to do the work to my bikes charges me 1100.00 bucks for labor on both bikes I pick up on bike that was ready the piston blew so my self not thinking smart brings it back to them and so they can find out whats up so in the mean time the other bike is ready so I takes it to go ride it want crank brings it back and they hard the gas tank line jacked up they fix that then I take it for another ride dont even get to ride because the mechanic puts regular gas in a 2 stroke and was told it was my fault and had to paid for the piston because they put regular gas in there.. Month later finally get that bike back... Now the other bike is still in there shop I was told he sent the head off to have it done and went to check on it and he have not did crap to the bike been lying to me giving me fake information about whats going on with my bike so I finally went to the shop to ask about my bike he tells me all the parts are in just waiting for the guy to come in and put it back together which is bull crap it was nothing ever done to it and its been there for a month so I will be going to pick my bike up and never ask these guys to do anywork they are the worse when it comes to dirt bikes Im sorry but this place is terrible and the guy up front is just a terrible lie to much man

I took my bike here to just get checked on the dyno and they kept coming up with excuses why it was taking so long, they kept putting other peoples bikes in front of mine or they would tell me their compressor motor was burnt up. This is not good business and would not recommend them to anyone as it has taken over 2 weeks just to get a dyno and it still was never performed.

They rebuilt my ATV and it is amazing!!!!

First off let me say that I once like this business at one time. Now I dont feel like they have any sense of urgency at all. I had 2 bad experiences. The first being with a 04 Raptor 660 I took it to get the carbs rebuilt. In getting that done they noticed my clutch was slipping so I had them to replace that. After having that done the seal on the carb was busted. They so called ordered a new one. Two weeks went by nothing. Finally I got fed up with the excuses so I went to yamaha of Lumberton and bought one. Even in doing that it took the mechanic well over six hours to adjust the carbs. It took a total of a month and half to install a clutch and rebuild a carb. The second just happened. Recently. I brought them my 06 ltr 450 that I only asked to have the valves adjusted and timing chain checked. Once again they said it needed something else. So they ordered new valves and springs which it really did need them due to the bike having a difficult time starting. After a month of waiting on them to call me about I call them and they told me it was done just need to put the pipe on and dyno tune it. After 3 days of waiting to see if they had done it. They finally tole me the truth that the engine was broken down but nothing had been done to it other that the head job. After being lied to constantly I went to pick it up and pay yen for what they had done whether the engine was apart or not I refuse to leave my bike with them another day so on a moments notice of telling them Im coming to get my bike they miraculously install everything with in four hours. Upon installing everything they burn out my starter on the quad and them ask me if I wanted to let them order one and put it on. What part of them not getting me telling them that I was not going to keep my quad there another day did they not get. I refuse to let them work on anything else I have. The constant excuses at unacceptable. Over the past few years I have spent a few thousand dollars with then only to have to wait excessive amounts of time to get my quads back. And still not having them running right. I will o longer take my business or money or waste my time there ever again

I was passing through the area and needed a front tire for my Goldwing. They where closing when I call and I was already stopped for the night. Showed up the next morning and they got me in and now Im back on the road
