We have purchased several pieces of furniture from this location in Dunn, weve had problems with three of the six that we purchased and we were told they were still under warranty and the company would call to schedule its been a year and we have not heard anything from anyone and I asked every time Im in that plaza. Im sure you can find a better product that wouldnt fall apart within a year somewhere else.

My wife and I have shopped there many times and always were greated with pleasant words and sales people dont hang around unless you ask for help.Bought several things and always was satisfied.

I financed a $2,000 gaming computer and monitor and after taking it out of the box it has issues with the memory. And all I was given is phone numbers to call for the company the machine has no serial number or even a Windows activation key but yet it cant be returned without paying the full value are losing the money Ive already got into it I have to go through the company that built a computer wrong in the first place not very happy with this might just cut my losses

Nice sales staff. Clean claim showroom.The showroom is laid out nicely, so you can easily find what youre looking for. A lot of recliners to choose from. Appliances also! Childrens furniture area is kind of small. They do finance!

I have bought numerous items from farmers in Dunn and the last thing I bought was a 500.00 swivel recliner that lasted less than a year and it started squeaking and popping, we called because we had a warranty and it seemed like the Manager didnt care. His Assistant finally got it approved to be fixed and less than 2 months same thing happened again. Never again will I deal with Farmers because of lack of customer service and cheap furniture

Customer service is horrible at the one in Dunn. They have absolutely no communication skills apparently unless you are a couple days behind on your bill then they call you repeatedly. Smh

A faithful customer for a year now, I had to contact my bank twice to dispute 2 claims that Farmers furniture of Dunn Nc has over Charged me twice within a year. I am a very unhappy customer. I have never made a late payment but yet they call me long during the week to notify me of sells that I dont care nothing about and telling me my payment is late, but my payment is scheduled to come out of my bank account the 12th of each month. I would not suggest anyone doing business with this company!

We bought a bedroom set two months ago and service was fantastic. One of our drawers fell out last week so we called to get it repaired. They said someone would be out Tuesday to look at it. No call no show. Since then my wife called three or four times with a well call you back. Still no return call. I call today and finally get a return call from Shirley Jenkins. RUDEST LADY EVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asked why havent I fixed my furniture that is under warranty. She then said well we tryed going out on the 30th and noone was home. We didnt make the complaint until the 1st. She says thats besides the point. She says she will try to get someone out here Saturday. Do not get your furniture from here. I will be filing a complaint with bbb and their corporate. No one deserves this ladys attitude.
