This UPS store is the best!! Kip, helped us get some materials printed on short notice. The store was really busy and the employees worked so diligently to help every customer quickly! Highly recommend this store! Thanks Kip!!

I have always found this store to be a quick and easy place to interact with. Usually just a drop and go.

Attempted to return an Amazon order at this store. It was a bottle of car wash fluid, unused, still in shrink wrap. While waiting in line I was asked across the room while he was helping another customer if my return was an Amazon order, which I said yes. He then asked if it was open, and I replied no, its completely new and still in the shrink wrap, after which he said he was rejecting the return because it was a liquid, and he just had another liquid leak and he wasnt dealing with it. I pressed the issue that it was still in its original shrink wrap, to which he replied Go home and call Amazon. Tell them to send you a label. Im not dealing with it. I informed him it was my final day to return the item to which he reinforced he did not care and would not be bothered by the return. Not only was this interaction unpleasant, the tone with which I was spoken to was unacceptable. I will not return to this UPS Store.

Joe was amazing! We went into this store with a large, large bean chair and couldn’t figure out how to get it back in the box to return. This is quality customer service.... “we’ll figure it out.” I paid for the boxes and they committed to getting back into something shippable. Great team!

Have been here a few times to return items from Amazon. No issues. Friendly enough people. The parking lot is annoying but not their fault.

The staff has great customer service skills. Whenever a customer has a problem they make sure to go above and beyond so you leave with a smile. If shipping cost seem too high they try and get your package into a smaller box to make sure you are paying the best price that you can. I’ve had my sons birthday invitations printed for the past two years from there and they’ve have always come out beautifully. I also had my wedding programs printed in June and they came out gorgeous. I never leave unhappy.

Terrible service. Went in asked the person behind desk to put mask on and refused walked away. Went to Dickson City UPS there always great professional people.

This store is byfar the worst in the area. When I select the option for a return through Amazon I always choose the option where UPS packages and ships the item for me with the QR code. I was advised they would do a one time courtesy of packaging it but going forward they wouldnt take anything unpacked. This is a violation of the contract between Amazon and UPS as confirm by Amazon logistics when I filed a formal complaint today. I dont keep boxes lying around my house for returns so Im very frustrated. Hopefully when Amazon addresses this it will take care of the horrible customer service. Reading through previous reviews it appears Im not the only one who has had an issue with the less than pleasant staff at this location. UPS should be there to serve its customers but that doesnt seem to matter to anyone at this location. I will also be following up with UPS corporate office.

A Republican friend and former Trump campaign official analyzed Pennsylvania voters’ data and found suspicious instances where postal and commercial addresses are named as residential addresses.As part of PA law, voters must register to vote with where that person resides and may not use a UPS Store box as their residential address. The following 21 illegal registrations using commercial-only addresses have been identified for 201 South Blakely St. in Dunmore. The property manager should give full cooperation to PA Secretary of State and law enforcement if he or she wants to be on the right side of the law.

UPS in Dunmore was so helpful to me! I was having trouble locating my package that they had sent to the local post office to be delivered. The post office said the package was lost. UPS in Dunmore made several calls to help me locate the package even though it was not their problem. THANK YOU MUCH!!

Very poor customer service here. Went to return 2 amazon products, was only given one QR code for two boxes. The girl at the counter told meI couldn’t ship both and would need to package them into a single box. She then changed her mind and told me she could tape the boxes together for $2 dollars cash. If I were not on my way to work I would have walked out. She probably pocketed the money. Unbelievable, will not be returning here.

Kyles customer service was amazing!! I literally spent an hour in there printing faxing and mailing and he was polite and helpful the entire time. I’ll do all my business here!

Printed 5 pages yesterday (transaction 4083), paid and everything was great. Needed some more prints today and they wanted to charge an extra fee for opening the pdf file. Come on. They also forgot to charge me the fee for breathing.

Poor customer service from the owner. Went on to lecture me about shipping and receiving services. All I needed to do was print a label. I dont mind paying a fee, just dont like being treated poorly. For an independently owned franchise that has nothing to do with ups, I would expect better customer service from an owner of 3 stores for over 13 years. Dont ship here.

I love the UPS store in Dunmore! The ease of sending a package from there is what I like the most. I like that you can bring your items in that are to be shipped and they can package them for you. I also like that everything is sent on overnight delivery. Its more pricey than the USPS but much less crowded and more personable. It ranks pretty high up there for me. That is the first place I go when I have to mail a package. I love the one in Clarks Summit, PA too and have been going there for many years. Overall I give it a big thumbs up for everything but the pricing.

I cannot say enough about the tireless assistance I was given by the Dunmore UPS store. My 19-year-old daughter meant to stop at the bank with $310 in cash before she mailed a package at the UPS store in Hamlin, Pa as a return to a UK clothing establishment. Unfortunately, forgetting to go to the bank with her cash deposit, she taped it up in the return package and did not realize this occurred until after her package was already sent. Because a third-party prepaid shipping label was used we had no way to intercept the package. It had a third party label, was mailed from a UPS store and had a USPS tracking number. It was the most impossible scenario you can imagine. With the help pf the third party return shipping company in U.K.- “Rebound” and endless phone assist from Kip at the Dunmore UPS store, after 14 calendar days our package was returned to my daughter and miraculously her $310 was still in the package. When we realized what she had done, I immediately reached out to the local UPS store which was not yet open. In desperation I called Dunmore UPS and was able to tell my tale of despair to the owner there who immediately began to help. I called Kip multiple times a day whereby he advised me how to proceed. He personally called everyone in the shipping industry he could think of to try to help me retrieve this package. I cannot say enough about how far out of his way he went to help me with this issue. I will be ever in debted to get back my daughters college tuition money!!! Thank you Kip!!!!!

Went to have something notarized and the notary wasnt there. The least you could do is advertise those hours. Wasted trip.

Went to get my fingerprints taken today. The machine had to re-read my prints a few times but the girl who was taking my prints was SO RUDE about it. Acted like I was a big stupid idiot for having to retake a few prints. Had a horrible attitude.

DONT NOT USE FOR FREIGHT SHIPPING!! My husband and I were moving to Hawaii and need to ship his industry tool box for his job. We thought it being a ups store we could trust the pricing. The owner Kip was VERY unlawful and charge us for 1600lbs and over sized it length width and height. We had a sign agreement sayin he would refund us once it was weight if under. The box only come to 910lbs. We were unable to make the move and stop shipment in Los Angeles. We ask for the prices different and he said we were ok dont worry and transfer it to Oregon where we are currently living. He try to charge us a total of $2039 just to have it go from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles then up to Oregon. We check with UPS on rates and he over charge us by $1300. When we ask for proof he said its not our business and he can charge what he likes. We are current in contact with UPS CORP to report him and get our money. PLEASE DONT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS. HE IS VERY UNLAWFUL AND WILL OVER CHARGE U. IF U HAD SAME PROBLEM REPORT HIM TO UPS STORE CORP OFFICE.
