Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end…between knowing machines and guiding me to the ATV that I wanted, to staying in contact with me to let me know when my new ride came in!!Tim and Ric helped with the ordering process, both keeping me updated…and Ric made the business end of the transaction move very smoothly. Ric had my machine ready to go when I pulled in, went over the machine with me, and explained the proper break in period. Answered the few questions I had, since he was very thorough, and I was loaded up and on my way within 30-45 minutes!!

Bought two 2021 Indian Scout Bobbers (dad and I) from here. Joe was great and answered all our questions. Never felt pushed into the sale. Just purchased me second quad from this dealership on preorder of inventory coming in .Rick swingle was my salesperson for both purchases .Rick answered all my questions and concerns about my purchase. No Pressure !I paid full MSRP on my new Yamaha 450 eps which was good considering there is no inventory on ATVs anywhere .I heard other places take advantage and charge above sticker on their stock due to low supply and high demand . Warhorse does not !!!Mary in the finance department called me on my phone the day before I picked up my new quad and went over pricing for extended warranties that they offer . I have a garage kept beautiful 2003 Honda Shadow. Apparently its to old for the premadonas at Warhorse. They only work on 2011. Or newer. Guess they dont want to get there hands dirty. I wont buy from them if they wont fix what the sell. No matter what the age..

These guys are amazing! I walked in as a new rider and rather than employ cutthroat salesmanship they genuinely cared about what I was looking into. I went there for information as a new rider and was primarily looking at an Indian motorcycle but the guys there named Joe and Jordan were great guys and really cared and had meaningful conversations about what you want and how they can help you get into a motorcycle when a big purchase like that is always stressful. 5/5 will return soon

I was interested in getting a 2017 Kawasaki Versys 650 LT the one I was looking at was in my price range, but was sale pending. But they offered the same bike oh I love the colors by the way for the same price. Same bike just a bit out of my price range but Ric, Mary, and Management helped with getting me the bike I wanted. Had service done to bike some mods taken out they did that ok but when they did the inspection I asked for them to mount a inspection plate they charged me for it but never installed it they claim it was because it has to be permanent ok why did they not install it to meet the law no they just want to be thieves and take peoples money do not recommend this place at all. They could not even put marker lights on front with turns which is not legal with inspection I should call the state on them

So I never leave reviews and if I do, it’s usually bad. However, I just wanted to share my experience with Warhorse. I have been a customer at Warhorse for two reasons over the last few years. First, the location and selection. It is close to my home and they have pretty much everything. However, the second reason is the people there that go above and beyond to take care of you. Mainly Ric S. in sales and Allie G. in Service. I am a happy customer and will continue to do business with Warhorse because of those two individuals specifically.I don’t know if Warhorse management reads these, but do whatever you need to do to keep good people like Ric and Allie. I am sure there are other good people there I haven’t dealt with, but your business has earned my loyalty because of them more than anything else.I encourage anyone looking for a power sports dealer to look at Warhorse and talk to either Ric or Allie depending on whether you need Sales or Service.Thank you both!

Went to look at the Polaris Slingshot cause I am interested in purchasing one. Not one person came to help me out or see if I needed anything. I drove over an hour and not even a hello from the customer service. Guess thats a way of saying keep your money.

There are goods and there are bads. The bad. The parts department doesnt seem to care, they are unwilling to help find parts for powersports that require to be ordered. The sales department didnt seem very helpful with me with my concerns of purchasing a CanAm Maverick since it was not in stock.The good. If it is in stock, the people there are helpful. They are the closest Ducati dealer so we had little choice in going there.Buying a new Ducati, they had a $110 documentation fee that they explained as, all the dealers add that. (We are from NY so they didnt register or inspect the bike for us)At the 600 mile checkup, which is mostly an oil change, they initially quoted us $460! When we started to leave, they dropped it to $260. Even then, it took 5 days to complete AND they overfilled the oil!At the same time, we asked for an estimate to replace a turn signal and scratched fender because of a parking lot accident (or vandalism). The ESTIMATE was $120, so we skipped it!The initial salesman was good but we werent impressed with the other people we dealt with.

On their homepage it states their tech’s do it all. From stock to custom and everything in between. That is far from the truth. I had a bike there for a simple repair that they could not fix 3 times. After much frustration I spoke to the Service manager about the issues, he too admits “they cannot fix it” and that perhaps I should bring it to a different Yamaha shop.Additionally he states “well it’s something we cant fix and maybe you should think abouttrading it in”. Really? A 2004 Bike with less the 3000k miles that you can’t fix? WOW,The problem Is the quality and ability of the service dept. and the out of touch Service management. Save yourself the time and the trip and use a different shop.They simply cannot fix anything.

He even met my last minute custom requests in a super tight time frame without even a hint of annoyance. Everyone that we encountered in the organization was friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that I found this dealership, I wish it wasnt an hour and half away from me but its still worth it.

Not enough assortment of atv parts and accessories

Phone purchased a new chain they had in stock for 30% more than I could get shipped free to my house. Turns out I didnt need it. Called back to cancel my purchase, and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. In stock and never picked it up. Really? This place has always been overpriced with employees with bad attitudes. Unless you feel like throwing out thousands on an over priced bike dont waste your time. Support the little guys out there with a passion for the sport, not the bottom line.

I had an issue with my quad that I purchased three months ago where it wouldn’t start because it wasn’t going into neutral. So they sent someone out to pick up my quad the same day so they could look at it and see what the issue was. Very satisfied

Love it. Repair shop does wonders and brought my bike back from the dead. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. Many reasons I choose to drive the 1/2 hour from Wilkes-barre instead of going to the local place. Well call them Two Jerks Cycle.

I made an appointment to get a rear replaced and an annual inspection so I could do a road trip to North Carolina. It was scheduled for the day before my trip so I was very excited!!!When I went to get the work done, they asked if I brought a tire in with me? why would I bring a tire if I came here to get one???Im done Ill just have to find a leather place to have my bike worked on. Beware of Jake in sales. My wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new RZR for my birthday and I called promptly at 9am in an effort to make a deal that day. Jake was decently helpful when I had him on the phone but he repeatedly failed to call me back after clearly stating he would. I called repeatedly to try and get an update on the sale but when I finally got him on the phone (approx 5PM) he only had the same information as our 9am conversation. None of my financing information had been processed and it was clear we would not be reaching a deal that day.The next day we were called by Orlando who was extremely helpful and processed our information quickly. He was responsive and apologetic for our experience the day before. We decided to drive up to NAWarhorse to check out the RZR and wait for the paperwork to be completed. Other than waiting a while for the bank and paperwork to be completed, which we tried to avoid by calling the day before, we had a good experience. Kevin in the finance department was extremely professional and guided us through the process quickly.Overall we had a nice experience with NAWarhorse once Jake was out of the picture. I applaud Orlando and Kevin for their efforts. We would buy from them again so long as Jake was not involved.Again. Thank you Orlando and Kevin!

I brought my Harley up to get a new back tire on. I don’t like other people working on my bike so I typically do all service and maintenance myself. However, I was in a hurry and needed a tire for the weekend. They were the only ones who could get me in that quickly so I figured why not, it’s not like you can really mess up changing a tire. Well I go to pick it up (4 days later after all) and they wheel it out to me because the shifter is stripped out. I’m a polite person and didn’t want to make a scene but I asked the lady at the desk what was going on with this. She sent out the “mechanic” who changed out my tire to look at it and all he has to say is “yea I don’t know it was like that”. I take it on the chin and get a truck to haul it back to my shop. Take a second look to see what’s going on with it. It was taken off and put back with the bolt going in the wrong direction. So the bolt was put through the threaded section first and into the other side where there is no threading. So the bolt is tight but it’s not compressing the shift lever around the splines at all. On top of it while they must have been trying to figure out why it wasn’t working after they put it on wrong they completely stripped out the splines on the shaft and the shifter lever. Best part is there was absolutely no reason to disconnect the shifter to get the back wheel off.god knows what else they messed with and hopefully they didn’t get the shifter out of the way to get in deeper and borrow a part for another bike that had to go. That might explain the 4 day tire change. I called again and explained to the lady at the desk what the guy did and she basically said “ prove it”.If these guys can’t change a tire without breaking a couple hundred dollars worth of parts, please don’t let them work on your bike. If you have to go here take 100,000 pictures right in their parking lot before you drop it off Incase they damage something and tell you to “prove it”. By the way this was last summer but I recently got a little worked up thinking about this because my bike is at Steve’s cycle in Moscow getting a back tire on it.

I called Monday at 9:15AM and asked for a price on a quad. They took my information and said they would be calling me back shortly. Never got a response that day... Alright, maybe its busy I undestand. I called again Tuesday morning around the same time, again asking for a price and let them know I called yesterday. Once again they said they will get right back to me with a price and took my contact information. Ok.... I called again at around 4pm asking if they have a price yet and once again said they will talk to the manager and get right back to me... You guessed it no response again... I tried a third day on Wednesday and same thing happened... Lol... I didnt attempt to call again on Thursday to give them a day to call me without me being too annoying.. But nothing. No response. Today is Friday and I called one last time and got a sales rep and explained I really want to buy a quad today I have off work and need a price and that Ive been calling all week... He said Im talking to my manager and he will get back to me in just a few minutes and to hold tight. I waited one hour and still nothing.... This place is a joke. They literally cant even get back with a price after almost 5 full days.

Ive been to Harley-Davidson stores large barn size ones Indian motorcycle stores and Canada other countries, and North American warhorse has the best of just about everything and if they dont have it I bet they could get it for you. Just had my foreman in for service and installation of a plow and winch. Everything was great the work was well and the customer service was excellent. Jason, the young lady in service and the guys in the parts dept were excellent to deal with and very helpful.

I brought my 2002 CBR 954 RR for an oil change. Got home which is all the way in Philly and noticed that two of my main fairing bolts are missing and the fairing is cracked. Looked a little further notice they didnt put the fairings back under the air ducts properly or put those clips back in. Not only is this place overpriced. They clearly are negligent at their job which caused my fairing to crack. And they said theres nothing they can do about it. Dont go to this place.

I would like to see what they have here and maybe they will have some fun with helping others out with their own kind of stuff that I would love to have and do something with them here at any time

This place is nothing but a headache. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They didnt close up my belt housing and they didnt tighten my lug nuts. They sure have a bunch of bright individuals working over there. Im not sure how these people can go home at night and feel good about themselves when they rip people off daily. Crooks. Glad to see Im not the only one that feels this way.

Amazing, overwhelming selection of motorcycles, ATVs, side be sides, and equipment. Went there for service on our Kawasaki Teryx. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented.

Went to look at possible second bikes, asked a salesman if i could sit on the bikes and he was very nice and said yes, and if we had any questions just ask. Sat on about 15 bikes and there is a very large selection of bikes. Great place if your just looking. Havent bought a bike there so cant elaborate on that experience.

Im not one to write a review but we dealt this with dealership 2 yrs ago and had a great experience. Sadly, I could not say the same this time around. Our salesman Ric was great to talk to, informative and went above an beyond to answer any questions and try to accommodate us. He gets 5 stars. Unfortunately beyond that we felt like just a number to the company. They just werent willing to work with us. Tier A credit and they came back an outrageousness interest rate. We tell them were taking our business elsewhere and its all backpedaling. Sorry, no backies. In my opinion the ball was in their court and they dropped it. They claimed to be no pressure. Apples to apples our new dealership wanted our business, was 500$ cheaper and gave us a phenomenal rate and customer service. Shop around before you settle for less.

Best place to get your bike serviced. I have been taking my bikes to NAWarhorse for the last 8 years. They are well organized, knowledgeable, have a passion for bikes, the shop and property are kept clean, the turn around is quick, and I trust them for safety and for pricing. Whenever my bike goes in they check for recalls and make adjustments. The bike always leaves in a better shape than when it arrives. This all sounds like it should be the standard but I have had bad experiences with several other local shops.

This place is ridiculously stocked and they have the absolute best parts guy!

I dont know how anyone could write a negative review of this place! I upgraded 2 Polaris ATVs this weekend and the customer care was amazing! Ric was my salesman, he went above and beyond my expectations! They were more than fair on the trades that I brought in and actually negotiated on price! This place place is awesome. I ride a honda vtx 1300 and about 2000 miles into my ride my front forks suspension gave up on me and heard a odd noise coming from the front. Mike narrowed it down and had my bike in and out in a hurry with new tires and fork overhaul. Solved the issues so far! Desk service is great and helpful. Thanks again guys
