Highly recommend the dealership for great customer service. My salesman, Ric, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. He answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I had a good experience. Easy transaction and great with communication. I will definitely come back

Review №2

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end…between knowing machines and guiding me to the ATV that I wanted, to staying in contact with me to let me know when my new ride came in!!Tim and Ric helped with the ordering process, both keeping me updated…and Ric made the business end of the transaction move very smoothly. Ric had my machine ready to go when I pulled in, went over the machine with me, and explained the proper break in period. Answered the few questions I had, since he was very thorough, and I was loaded up and on my way within 30-45 minutes!!

Review №3

Great dealership. Ric was in constant contact until my bike was delivered. Really easy process and so nice dealing with Ric. Completely hassle free process. Would definitely buy something from here again.

Review №4

Awesome purchase. Rick took order online. super easy process. was notified when Kawasaki teryx 4 s le was in. was done in 30 minutes when I showed up. Time to ride!

Review №5

My experience with Rick swingle at North American warehouse was nothin but exceptional. Happy to have my new machine.

Great service, mount and bal 2 tires on bike $200.

Review №7

First time there and i left with a 2019 Ducati SupersportS, Super awesome people, Joe “Country” very cool guy, knows everything there is to know about ducati’s and possibly more, Sandy was amazing with his customer service, very knowledgeable & kind, Tim the boss did my paperwork and everything was very clear, nothing shady, very honest, 10/10 Extremely Recommend, will definitely go back for my next bike!!

Review №8

Bought two 2021 Indian Scout Bobbers (dad and I) from here. Joe was great and answered all our questions. Never felt pushed into the sale. Even though we went in knowing what we wanted, we still enjoyed checking out everything else. Put 430 miles so far on the bikes and cant wait to put more. The only thing holding us back is the NY weather.

Review №9

Rick good guy fast easy process really good experience overall no haggle I would buy here again

Review №10

Spoke to Jake on the phone and let him know we were coming to PURCHASE the Polaris we saw on line. Walked in was met with friendly faces, got it paid for, all done with nice friendly people and organized free delivery. The guy who delivered it was fabulous. Didnt mind my dogs charging around and saying hello and playing. Showed me through the vehicle. And off he went all with a smile. Great service. Very professional. THANKS SO MUCH.

Review №11

Just purchased me second quad from this dealership on preorder of inventory coming in .Rick swingle was my salesperson for both purchases .Rick answered all my questions and concerns about my purchase. No Pressure !I paid full MSRP on my new Yamaha 450 eps which was good considering there is no inventory on ATVs anywhere .I heard other places take advantage and charge above sticker on their stock due to low supply and high demand . Warhorse does not !!!Mary in the finance department called me on my phone the day before I picked up my new quad and went over pricing for extended warranties that they offer . This was great because it gave me time make an informed decision prior to delivery day of vehicle.I had a great experience at warhorse and would recommend this place to all

Review №12

Just got a rsv4 1100 from them. Joseph and Mary made the process of getting this bike easy, they are fast and very professional. Excellent service all around.

Review №13

Love it up there nice employees good size show room parts are always available or can order quick just a little expensive

Review №14

I have a garage kept beautiful 2003 Honda Shadow. Apparently its to old for the premadonas at Warhorse. They only work on 2011. Or newer. Guess they dont want to get there hands dirty. I wont buy from them if they wont fix what the sell. No matter what the age..

Review №15

Jordan was extremely helpful and friendly with helping me get refunded for parts I ordered in the past that’s finally came in from backorder.

Review №16

These guys are amazing! I walked in as a new rider and rather than employ cutthroat salesmanship they genuinely cared about what I was looking into. I went there for information as a new rider and was primarily looking at an Indian motorcycle but the guys there named Joe and Jordan were great guys and really cared and had meaningful conversations about what you want and how they can help you get into a motorcycle when a big purchase like that is always stressful. 5/5 will return soon

Review №17

Great selection and staff helpful and friendly.

Review №18

Bought 2 quads here. Loved the friendliness of sales person, worked out a good deal!

Review №19

I was interested in getting a 2017 Kawasaki Versys 650 LT the one I was looking at was in my price range, but was sale pending. But they offered the same bike oh I love the colors by the way for the same price. Same bike just a bit out of my price range but Ric, Mary, and Management helped with getting me the bike I wanted. I will be doing business with them again.

Review №20

This is a motorcycle fantasy world! Amazing brands and nice staff. Prices are great!

Review №21

Brought my 2018 Goldwing in for an oil change - was completed in 1hr. No complaints - nice people...

Review №22

Great dealer ship, friendly staff.

Review №23

Just bought my first quad and couldnt be happier. Any questions I had were answered and it was a no hassle experience. I would definitely come here again.

Review №24

I loved ♥ it because the staff was respectful and helpful. They allowed me to come in walk around without jumping on me or following me around ready to pounce. When I was ready to talk. I was able to pick my salesman and I came up aces with a gentleman named Rick. Ive never rode a motorcycle or owned one but he made me feel comfortable with what I chose. Although not exactly a motorcycle the Slingshot is the way to go

Review №25

The biggest bike dealer I have ever seen. A whole room just for Indians, big selection of ducatis, lots of gear. Definitely worth a visit.

Review №26

Called ahead had parts on hold for me. In and out 15 minutes

Review №27

Great experience, big dealer has a lot of brands willing to trade. Ric also gave me a nice discount on everything I needed to go with the new sled. Very happy with my experience. Bring on the snow Quebec here I come.

Review №28

Becky was great! Knows her stuff! Being in an automotive repair business it’s so hard to get good people and this place is blessed to have her! We’ll definitely continue to buy our stuff from here! Thanks again Becky!

Review №29

Had service done to bike some mods taken out they did that ok but when they did the inspection I asked for them to mount a inspection plate they charged me for it but never installed it they claim it was because it has to be permanent ok why did they not install it to meet the law no they just want to be thieves and take peoples money do not recommend this place at all. They could not even put marker lights on front with turns which is not legal with inspection I should call the state on them

Review №30

Had some service done recently and appreciated the coordination by Becky to make all the pieces come together.Nice place to visit and huge selection.

Review №31

So I never leave reviews and if I do, it’s usually bad. However, I just wanted to share my experience with Warhorse. I have been a customer at Warhorse for two reasons over the last few years. First, the location and selection. It is close to my home and they have pretty much everything. However, the second reason is the people there that go above and beyond to take care of you. Mainly Ric S. in sales and Allie G. in Service. I am a happy customer and will continue to do business with Warhorse because of those two individuals specifically.I don’t know if Warhorse management reads these, but do whatever you need to do to keep good people like Ric and Allie. I am sure there are other good people there I haven’t dealt with, but your business has earned my loyalty because of them more than anything else.I encourage anyone looking for a power sports dealer to look at Warhorse and talk to either Ric or Allie depending on whether you need Sales or Service.Thank you both!

Review №32

Always helpful and friendly

Review №33

Always a great visit. Stop in, you wont be disappointed!😁

Review №34

Went to look at the Polaris Slingshot cause I am interested in purchasing one. Not one person came to help me out or see if I needed anything. I drove over an hour and not even a hello from the customer service. Guess thats a way of saying keep your money.

Review №35

This place is awesome it has a lot of extras

Review №36

Decent place.

Review №37

Nice bikes and accessories

Review №38

There are goods and there are bads. The bad. The parts department doesnt seem to care, they are unwilling to help find parts for powersports that require to be ordered. The sales department didnt seem very helpful with me with my concerns of purchasing a CanAm Maverick since it was not in stock. The good. If it is in stock, the people there are helpful. Key words IN STOCK

Review №39

They are the closest Ducati dealer so we had little choice in going there.Buying a new Ducati, they had a $110 documentation fee that they explained as, all the dealers add that. (We are from NY so they didnt register or inspect the bike for us)At the 600 mile checkup, which is mostly an oil change, they initially quoted us $460! When we started to leave, they dropped it to $260. Even then, it took 5 days to complete AND they overfilled the oil!At the same time, we asked for an estimate to replace a turn signal and scratched fender because of a parking lot accident (or vandalism). The ESTIMATE was $120, so we skipped it!The initial salesman was good but we werent impressed with the other people we dealt with.

Review №40

Great place they have a lot of stuff

Review №41

Great place if you are looking for snowmobiles or quads!! My boys love this place :) they also have a lof of helmets and jackets and other accessories. My husband found his favorite helmet there!!

Review №42

Good place to buy bikes atvs etc. And good amount of clothes boots oils etc.

Review №43

On their homepage it states their tech’s do it all. From stock to custom and everything in between. That is far from the truth. I had a bike there for a simple repair that they could not fix 3 times. After much frustration I spoke to the Service manager about the issues, he too admits “they cannot fix it” and that perhaps I should bring it to a different Yamaha shop.Additionally he states “well it’s something we cant fix and maybe you should think abouttrading it in”. Really? A 2004 Bike with less the 3000k miles that you can’t fix? WOW,The problem Is the quality and ability of the service dept. and the out of touch Service management. Save yourself the time and the trip and use a different shop. They simply cannot fix anything.

Review №44

They have a horrible service department

Review №45

Absolutely amazing beautiful bikes and friendly staff

Review №46

They have alot of stuff, but never what you want all at the same time. However they will order anything you want and have it in a few days!! Polite staff, always willing to help you.. yet not follow you like a creepy used car salesman!

Review №47

No good wont go back there again no one came over to me to ask if they could help me they were just walking around

Review №48

Low selection of over priced helmets.I asked for what I would need to tune up a used dirtbike and the guy at the desk said maybe chain lube..(I couldve used new plugs and air filter) other than that good selection of other riding gear

Review №49

Ric was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took the time out to show me every option I had for the side by side. He went above and beyond in service, honest and passionate about his job. I heard constant backlash on how bad warhorse is/was . Glad I dint listen!!! Best move I made. Great price, great machine . Thanks Ric and North American Warhorse .

Review №50

Great place wonderful experience great people Orlando thanks for all your help

Review №51

From the first inquiry phone call to the day I picked up my new Indian bike, we received exceptional service. Joe, in Indian Sales, went above and beyond in every aspect. He even met my last minute custom requests in a super tight time frame without even a hint of annoyance. Everyone that we encountered in the organization was friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that I found this dealership, I wish it wasnt an hour and half away from me but its still worth it.

Review №52

Very helpful staff

Review №53

Not enough assortment of atv parts and accessories

Review №54

Phone purchased a new chain they had in stock for 30% more than I could get shipped free to my house. Turns out I didnt need it. Called back to cancel my purchase, and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. In stock and never picked it up. Really? This place has always been overpriced with employees with bad attitudes. Unless you feel like throwing out thousands on an over priced bike dont waste your time. Support the little guys out there with a passion for the sport, not the bottom line.

Review №55

I had an issue with my quad that I purchased three months ago where it wouldn’t start because it wasn’t going into neutral. So they sent someone out to pick up my quad the same day so they could look at it and see what the issue was. Very satisfied

Review №56

Love it. Repair shop does wonders and brought my bike back from the dead. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. Many reasons I choose to drive the 1/2 hour from Wilkes-barre instead of going to the local place. Well call them Two Jerks Cycle.

Review №57

The salesperson I spoke with was very personal, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommended him to anyone that is interesting in purchasing an Indian Motorcycle.

Review №58

Parts department is a joke. Didnt even want to be bothered looking up something that I had a part number for. I rather drive 20 minutes down the road than go here. Lose the NAW attitude folks.

Review №59

I made an appointment to get a rear replaced and an annual inspection so I could do a road trip to North Carolina. It was scheduled for the day before my trip so I was very excited!!!When I went to get the work done, they asked if I brought a tire in with me? why would I bring a tire if I came here to get one???Im done Ill just have to find a leather place to have my bike worked on. Thanks for nothing because thats just what I got, NOTHING 🤬

Review №60

Such an amazing and friendly staff. A big thank you to Rick for being such a great help throughout the process!

Review №61

Beware of Jake in sales. My wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new RZR for my birthday and I called promptly at 9am in an effort to make a deal that day. Jake was decently helpful when I had him on the phone but he repeatedly failed to call me back after clearly stating he would. I called repeatedly to try and get an update on the sale but when I finally got him on the phone (approx 5PM) he only had the same information as our 9am conversation. None of my financing information had been processed and it was clear we would not be reaching a deal that day.The next day we were called by Orlando who was extremely helpful and processed our information quickly. He was responsive and apologetic for our experience the day before. We decided to drive up to NAWarhorse to check out the RZR and wait for the paperwork to be completed. Other than waiting a while for the bank and paperwork to be completed, which we tried to avoid by calling the day before, we had a good experience. Kevin in the finance department was extremely professional and guided us through the process quickly.Overall we had a nice experience with NAWarhorse once Jake was out of the picture. I applaud Orlando and Kevin for their efforts. We would buy from them again so long as Jake was not involved.Again. Thank you Orlando and Kevin!

Review №62

I brought my Harley up to get a new back tire on. I don’t like other people working on my bike so I typically do all service and maintenance myself. However, I was in a hurry and needed a tire for the weekend. They were the only ones who could get me in that quickly so I figured why not, it’s not like you can really mess up changing a tire. Well I go to pick it up (4 days later after all) and they wheel it out to me because the shifter is stripped out. I’m a polite person and didn’t want to make a scene but I asked the lady at the desk what was going on with this. She sent out the “mechanic” who changed out my tire to look at it and all he has to say is “yea I don’t know it was like that”. I take it on the chin and get a truck to haul it back to my shop. Take a second look to see what’s going on with it. It was taken off and put back with the bolt going in the wrong direction. So the bolt was put through the threaded section first and into the other side where there is no threading. So the bolt is tight but it’s not compressing the shift lever around the splines at all. On top of it while they must have been trying to figure out why it wasn’t working after they put it on wrong they completely stripped out the splines on the shaft and the shifter lever. Best part is there was absolutely no reason to disconnect the shifter to get the back wheel off.god knows what else they messed with and hopefully they didn’t get the shifter out of the way to get in deeper and borrow a part for another bike that had to go. That might explain the 4 day tire change. I called again and explained to the lady at the desk what the guy did and she basically said “ prove it”.If these guys can’t change a tire without breaking a couple hundred dollars worth of parts, please don’t let them work on your bike. If you have to go here take 100,000 pictures right in their parking lot before you drop it off Incase they damage something and tell you to “prove it”. By the way this was last summer but I recently got a little worked up thinking about this because my bike is at Steve’s cycle in Moscow getting a back tire on it.

Review №63

I called Monday at 9:15AM and asked for a price on a quad. They took my information and said they would be calling me back shortly. Never got a response that day... Alright, maybe its busy I undestand. I called again Tuesday morning around the same time, again asking for a price and let them know I called yesterday. Once again they said they will get right back to me with a price and took my contact information. Ok.... I called again at around 4pm asking if they have a price yet and once again said they will talk to the manager and get right back to me... You guessed it no response again... I tried a third day on Wednesday and same thing happened... Lol... I didnt attempt to call again on Thursday to give them a day to call me without me being too annoying.. But nothing. No response. Today is Friday and I called one last time and got a sales rep and explained I really want to buy a quad today I have off work and need a price and that Ive been calling all week... He said Im talking to my manager and he will get back to me in just a few minutes and to hold tight. I waited one hour and still nothing.... This place is a joke. They literally cant even get back with a price after almost 5 full days.

Review №64

Awesome place!

Review №65

Friendly staff willing to have a conversation about your riding goals (Thanks Joe & Rick!) & help point you in the right direction without any BS. Welcoming atmosphere with low pressure, customer interest, & a large variety of inventory. Something for every rider.

Review №66

One of the largest motorcycle ATV you name it they have it kind of stores Ive ever been to. Ive been to Harley-Davidson stores large barn size ones Indian motorcycle stores and Canada other countries, and North American warhorse has the best of just about everything and if they dont have it I bet they could get it for you. Friendly staff not pushy great selection

Review №67

I had a front tire replaced here while on a road trip. The people who helped me were incredibly friendly and super efficient. While I waited, I looked around and checked the huge selection of bikes and ATVs. Great selection of bikes and accessories. I would certainly come back here for parts, service or a new bike.Highly recommend them!

Review №70

Just had my foreman in for service and installation of a plow and winch. Everything was great the work was well and the customer service was excellent. Jason, the young lady in service and the guys in the parts dept were excellent to deal with and very helpful.

Review №71

Friendly and knowledgeable.

Review №72

I have to say, I have enjoyed my experience with American Warhorse so far. I purchased my first motorcycle from them last week, and I am about to come up on my 600 Mile service. They have been very accommodating. I havent had experience with their service department yet, but if it anything like my other experience, Im sure it will be a great one!

Review №73

A+ dealer! Recently traded in my motorcycle for an ATV and got an amazing deal on exactly what I wanted. Salesman Ric really takes care of his customers and is the only person I will ask for to handle my purchases! No nickle and diming, no bulls**t, just straightforward honest dealings here! Ive been a customer there for 2+ years and will continue to purchase from NAW for the foreseeable future! Thanks Ric, the Suzuki was the perfect choice!!!

Review №74

I have been a customer of them since 2006 and just recently purchased my 3rd machine and the sales team is awesome. No pressure and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out if youre in the market for an atv or motorcycle

Review №75

I brought my 2002 CBR 954 RR for an oil change. Got home which is all the way in Philly and noticed that two of my main fairing bolts are missing and the fairing is cracked. Looked a little further notice they didnt put the fairings back under the air ducts properly or put those clips back in. Not only is this place overpriced. They clearly are negligent at their job which caused my fairing to crack. And they said theres nothing they can do about it. Dont go to this place.

Review №76

I would like to see what they have here and maybe they will have some fun with helping others out with their own kind of stuff that I would love to have and do something with them here at any time

Review №77

Great shop, huge selection and great service.

Great Experience, I was treated with respect, there was a no pressure atmosphere.I purchased a Honda Pioneer 1000, for me and the family early in September, and have ridden it a few times on our new family adventures. I would like to see more free trails, but local trails are pretty great, highly recommend the AAOA which was awesome. My sales representative Ric was outstanding in his professionalism and manner, was honest enough for me to trust his judgment, his general knowledge of the equipment was great. What he did not know he did not make up. He looked it up. Admirable quality.Made the deal for me to enticing to pass up another year.Thank you, War Horse and Ric.Cesar Allen,Pleased Customer

Review №81

This place is nothing but a headache. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They didnt close up my belt housing and they didnt tighten my lug nuts. They sure have a bunch of bright individuals working over there. Im not sure how these people can go home at night and feel good about themselves when they rip people off daily. Crooks. Glad to see Im not the only one that feels this way.

Review №82

Good time . Joe the salesman was very good. Very informative. Good service.

Review №83

Went there to buy a Polaris Ranger, had money in hand, told me they would call me back at end of day and let me know when it will be in...Never got called back...Went to Bill Case Polaris in Beech Lake PA.Had machine with in two days ...Much better dealer and price was 400.00 cheaper...The only reason I gave them a star is because I had too.....

Review №84

Lots of bikes all makes, & next to Lost Trails off-road adventure

Review №85

Amazing, overwhelming selection of motorcycles, ATVs, side be sides, and equipment. Went there for service on our Kawasaki Teryx. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented.

Review №86

Went to look at possible second bikes, asked a salesman if i could sit on the bikes and he was very nice and said yes, and if we had any questions just ask. Sat on about 15 bikes and there is a very large selection of bikes. Great place if your just looking. Havent bought a bike there so cant elaborate on that experience.

Review №87

Im not one to write a review but we dealt this with dealership 2 yrs ago and had a great experience. Sadly, I could not say the same this time around. Our salesman Ric was great to talk to, informative and went above an beyond to answer any questions and try to accommodate us. He gets 5 stars. Unfortunately beyond that we felt like just a number to the company. They just werent willing to work with us. Tier A credit and they came back an outrageousness interest rate. We tell them were taking our business elsewhere and its all backpedaling. Sorry, no backies. In my opinion the ball was in their court and they dropped it. They claimed to be no pressure. Apples to apples our new dealership wanted our business, was 500$ cheaper and gave us a phenomenal rate and customer service. Shop around before you settle for less.

Review №88

Best place to get your bike serviced. I have been taking my bikes to NAWarhorse for the last 8 years. They are well organized, knowledgeable, have a passion for bikes, the shop and property are kept clean, the turn around is quick, and I trust them for safety and for pricing. Whenever my bike goes in they check for recalls and make adjustments. The bike always leaves in a better shape than when it arrives. This all sounds like it should be the standard but I have had bad experiences with several other local shops.

Review №89

This place is ridiculously stocked and they have the absolute best parts guy!

Review №90

Awesome to deal with! Chris, Sandy, & Jim Tom are some of the most knowledgeable sales associates in the business. The Service department are & always will be the best, doing whatever they can to assist you! Truly a pleasure to deal with!

Review №91

Overall, had a great experience dealing with the Warhorse staff. Ric was EXTREMELY helpful, from recommending how to get into the motorcycle safety course all the way through helping choose the perfect bike. Ric was the best and I couldnt be happier with my Harley Softail Slim!

Review №92

Great experience. Would recommend to a friend and most likely purchase my next toy here. Ric S. & Tim S. made the transaction easy. Thanks!

Review №93

We overall had a wonderful experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. We traded a bike for a quad and everything went easy and smooth.

Review №94

North American Warhorse is the epitome of a Dealership and exemplifies exactly how a Dealership should be. Tim, Nick, Sandy and the rest of the staff are great. Theyre knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to talk to. My family and I would like to say Thank You to North American Warhorse because whether were on the track, trail, or in the street the memories we build together will last forever.

Good selection nice employees easy to get to 👍

Review №96

I dropped off my Quad that was not running.I was shocked 2 days later itwas fixed.Great price and friendly staff. Very Impressed.

Review №97

I dont know how anyone could write a negative review of this place! I upgraded 2 Polaris ATVs this weekend and the customer care was amazing! Ric was my salesman, he went above and beyond my expectations! They were more than fair on the trades that I brought in and actually negotiated on price! Ive been buying ATVs since the early 1990s and EVERY other dealer gave the BS line that they were only making $100 or $200 per machine. NOT these guys! Super experience, great help at the parts counter too! Ive definitely found a new dealership! Keep up the good work! Thanks Ric!

Review №98

This place place is awesome. I ride a honda vtx 1300 and about 2000 miles into my ride my front forks suspension gave up on me and heard a odd noise coming from the front. Mike narrowed it down and had my bike in and out in a hurry with new tires and fork overhaul. Solved the issues so far! Desk service is great and helpful. Thanks again guys

Review №99

Fantastic selection of quality products for the off-road enthusiast! Friendly staff.

Review №100

Service department has no idea what theyre doing. I ordered 4 different parts and they gave me the wrong size for all of the parts, none designed for my quad. Youre better off ordering online.
