Nice old style book store. Limited selection but well layer out. Would have like to have a better card selection but this is a book store and they had plenty of books. If you like clean old style book stores this is the place to visit. Not sure how this business makes any money.

What an enjoyable experience. This is a quaint but, fully loaded bookstore. I truly enjoy going through used books for that past. What I have found in many other stores that carry not only new but also used the used are just an ignored section in a corner. Not here, they really take pride and care of this section of the store. I also enjoyed the variety of the new sections as well. They had more then just books! They also snuck in some very fun puzzles. Check out the photos to see all the fun. Great local bookstore in a lovely area near the Pinellas trail in charming downtown Dunedin. It’s a beautiful shop with a nice selection of new and used books and lots of fun book-themed items like t-shirts, tote bags, and mugs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.If they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, the owner is happy to order it for you, and it’s a great chance to support a small business.

I Love this Store. Sometimes I leave My own store to go for a walk and usually end up stopping here. Staff and Owner (Boe) are all very Cool and nice people. I can always find a good book and I love that Book Store Feeling here. I love to support other small local businesses and therefore I do NOT buy from amazon. New books come in regularly and open late. Check it out.

I love this bookstore! If they dont have a book, theyll order it for you. They have a great mix of new, used, antique books as well as socks, mugs, puzzles and other gifts for book worms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Support independent book stores!

Small bookstore in the downtown area but well worth stopping in. They have used books here as well and even some novelty items. At the end of the day, its the customer service that makes this place so awesome. Boe (the owner) is a delight to talk to, and if youre looking for a book not in stock, you can email him and he can order it for you. In the era of big box stores, theyre the perfect reprieve to being just another person in line and deserve your business.

Great little bookstore in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Great selection of books, games and puzzles. We stopped in a bought two puzzles and a few books on our visit in town. It feels so good to be able to support small businesses in the areas we visit. The staff was friendly and the store was calm, clean and organized.

I love the open vibe of this place and the thoughtful literary curation--a mix of engaging new releases and older gems that get buried on Amazon or even in one of the big bricks and mortar bookstores. This is a must stop for me anytime I visit Dunedin.

This place is truly amazing. I go here just to browse with nothing in particular that I am looking for and I walk out with amazing treasures. I find so many great books that I give as gifts to others; with a little note inside the book about the great bookshop where I bought the book! My dad got me a gift card to this store for Christmas. I absolutely adore this bookstore! These local bookstores are so difficult to find nowadays. There is no substitute for looking around in a friendly atmosphere and finding things you didnt even come in looking for. Thats one advantage over online shopping. Also, the employees at this bookstore are so incredibly nice and helpful. I love their selections, I love their store, I love the local artist work on the walls, I love absolutely everything about this store! It would be heartbreaking to see it go away. My favorite bookstore ever! The owner is kind and easy to talk to and the shop is so cozy. He is happy to order books not available in shop, on top of the wonderful selections in house. I go almost weekly to raid the children’s section for Elmo books for my daughter. We are never disappointed! Please support this Dunedin gem and the hard work/dedication the owners give it.

This is about the best treasure in Dunedin which is full of treasures. We love Back in the Day Books. We have followed them to each location they have had over the years and are glad they are back close to home. They always have an interesting collection of books. It is a fresh, spacious area to browse at books that cannot be found elsewhere. So much better to be able to look at a book and browse its pages before buying. You cant do that online.

Great store with a wonderful selection or old, nearly old and new books. Prices are fair and the place has a nice atmosphere. At over an hour away from my house, I create excuses to visit.**The move to Dunedin was an excellent choice. The shop maintains its unique charm while adding to the character of the village. Its a longer drive for me, but totally worth it.

I drive all the way here from Land O Lakes to buy gifts for family because they have such unique, inspiring finds. Things you wouldnt even think to go online looking for. My aunt came to visit one year and fell in love with their collection of pulp mystery novels. The owner was able to talk knowledgeably about them and make recommendations. What great customer service! Not something youll find just anywhere at all.

This place is a mandatory stop anytime we go to downtown Dunedin or when I need a gift. This past Christmas, I wanted to gift copies of a book to several family members. They ordered it for me, called me when they arrived and I picked them up. This took about five days and allowed me to keep my book dollars in Dunedin.In addition, they often have new books marked down 20%, a huge selection and awesome used books as well. They are kind and welcoming to all people, including This shop is a welcome addition to downtown Dunedin and a delightful place for all people who enjoy books.

Last year for my Dapper themed Halloween wedding I picked all of the favors, pulp fiction books, from here. I am a local and they have saved me more than once now when my son needed a classic book for school. So many unique finds and they can order in whatever you want. They just got me copies of Issac Isamovs Foundation series. Plus they have puzzles, t-shirts and other fun items for gift. I really just love this shop!

This is one of our familys favorite places to visit in downtown Dunedin. Books are fairly priced, and they always seem to have a unique selection - appealing to a wide variety of readers.As a bonus, their staff are all very knowledgable and are able to guide you in the right direction, if you dont know exactly what youre looking for.

As a writer and vorascious reader its nice to see an old-fashioned neighborhood bookstore, theyre a dying breed -- for a reason. Why buy here when you can buy on Amazon far cheaper, with far more variety, and cheaper than the big corporate stores like Barnes? I predict Back In wont be in business very long. Sad, but a reality in todays Web world. Hope Im wrong.

Bought Neil Gaimans View From The Cheap Seats and a vintage Hardy Boys The Mystery of Cabin Island. Good Lord, I read that book over fifty years ago. Cant wait to re-read it. In the words of Gaiman, Fiction is the gateway drug for reading. The selection of books here is thoughtful, varied, and spans demographic and psychographic realms. I. Love. This. Place.

Great bookstore with unique and classic books.

Went to this store at around 8 o clock on a Thursday, and despite Google saying that the store is open, the store has paper covering the facade of the store. Seems that the store has closed for renovations or for good, there was no sign on the front and the door was locked.Edit** Moved it to 3 due to the circumstances and actually getting a response.**Thanks for the info! Wish yall could have set up temporary changes to the hours or something on Google, but I understand. Ill most likely change it higher upon seeing the location, browsing through the inventory, and getting to meet you. Definitely annoyed to have wasted my time coming prior to you being open, but I also understand that yall are probably under a ton of stress of opening up a new place, so I truthfully cant be very mad. I wish yall the best, and when I get a chance, I will come in! Thank you again for replying!
