I had bought a replacement auto remote key fob. It turned out that apparently it was a returned item. It didnt work. I went to the Dunedin, FL store where they replaced it with no questions asked. The manager, Kirsten even helped me program the key fob to my car. Outstanding service. All staff were very friendly and interested in my problem. Cant recommend them high enough.Great folks.

I went in to ask about Hyundai Elantra 2009 EPS light. The lady acted like she knew all about it! Sold me break fluid. Turned out everything she said was incorrect! Hyundai Elantra are electric. No place to put break fluid in! When I went back the next day for a return they treated me so rudely I will never step forth in another one again!!!!!!

Super experience. We thought we ordered the wrong wiper blades from another store. “Ket” was not only helpful in sorting out our mistake but made sure we had the correct wiper blades and installed them for us.

I stopped by to have an auxiliary battery tested and even though they were not able to do it Emilio was kind enough to google a battery shop locally, call to ask if they had the battery and could test the battery for me. He could of easily just told me no they couldn’t do it, and let me walk away. They will definitely be my go to store for any auto parts or accessories I need in the future. I know I will be getting amazing customer service that doesn’t exist that much in these times. Thank you again to Emilio and Joe as well! (He helped me last week to replace my key fob battery) 😊

1st and lastNormally Autozone locations are great, this one i would suggest everyone avoid. I ran in there this after noon 4/18/2021 needing some things and wow. Three employees standing at the counter and when i entered the store I got a what do you want bud as a greeting . I was kinda shocked as it appearded he was somesort of supervisor ( Autozone needs to rethink that persons role in this location. I asked if someone could help me outside and i got a what from the same person .Customer service skills are lacking at this location for sure . I wont come back in the furture I would suggest you go to Nappa or advanced Auto both are a short ride from this Autozone. I was not Impressed and has a business owner needing parts all the time its their loss in many ways .

Needed new battery in a hurry because of the storm. Was in and out in a half hojr

Came in to get a headlight for my Mothers car. Mark and Andrew were very friendly. Mark installed headlight for her. I told him that the seatbelt in my car was stuck and he offered to look at it. He put some lubricant on it and little while later, I was able to get it undone. I will definitely come back when I need something for my car! Great customer service! Thanks guys!

Stopped in to get a new bulb for my tail light. I was pleased to find a woman working behind the counter. Kay was very knowledgeable and helpful. She found what I needed and even installed it for me. Turned out there were 3 women working. Kudos Auto Zone for breaking that barrier!

Had to get a new batter yesterday and was incredibly impressed by the store Manager, Keratin (hope I spelled that right!). She was very knowledgable and went out of her way to be friendly. She went out in the heat and tested my battery and then replaced it all while maintaining a great attitude and personality. Weve had great service at this location every time weve gone by.

Not all three tool charges were credited back on my CC because of a small mix up but, Keratin the store manager went above and beyond to do her research and spend time outside of work to make it right. She was in contact with me throughout the whole process and even contacted me personally to make sure she made it right. All my money was returned and it was all because of Keratin. Wow! Just received exceptional service from a young man named Christian he literally went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. I came in not knowing to much about mechanics he made me feel as if no question I asked was dumb lol, he came out to my car and was able to help me find the problem I have never been to any parts store with service like this! Very honest and considerate. Im a woman and my truck broke down just before I pulled into the spot and right away one of the workers ran over and pushed the truck and also tried to jump it but it wouldnt start so they gave me 2 cards for different mechanics and let me keep the truck there for a few days. Very nice. Never tried to sell me anything.

Helen was extremely rude as she poorly explained a 10% uber driver discount that is no longer valid. Normally the staff is great. Is the discount she took away from me ($3.24) really worth a 1 star and a unhappy customer? Helen thinks so.

Learn how to operate your computer system. I was just there wanted to buy two things with cash. No one knew how to operate the register. I and i end up walking out. Give these guys some training.

I went in looking for raceing oil, i did not see it so i asked an employee and he said they did not sell it, so i had to look for something else that was by the oil and i looked over at the oil and what did i see!! 50 weight oil aka raceing oil it even said it on the jug !!! Thats not the only thing!!

Ok here we go... I am a female who know nothing really about a/cs...but the air started blowing hot air my heart dropped. I googled the problem then off I went to Autozone Dunedin. Elsa greeted me and I told her what I was looking for and she took me to the cans of refrigerants Elsa was very knowledgeable and I made my choice. I put my foot in my mouth when I asked Curt to come show me where the a/c stuff went...I apologized to Elsa and stated I didnt mean to say that sounding like she didnt know what she was doing. Elsa was nice and said its ok hes gonna have to ask me anyway....Guess what? He did...lol. If you need any help with auto parts go see Elsa and Curt they are the best! My air is very very cold again because they were able to educate me and I was able to do it myself!!! I saved money from auto shops taking advantage of me. I will try another small auto fix going to Autozone Dunedin to see Elsa and Curt. Thanks
