If you want to get your audio right in your car these are the guys to go to! They’ve been helping me work on my 04 mustang the past few years and they always get the sound right. They understand what the customer wants and can get it done for a fair price. I appreciate they’re honest opinion on things and they’re creative methods on installation. Only have done sound with them but I’m excited to keep on continuing doing business with them and see what we come up with for my car!

I am a staff chaplain that works out of his car all over DFW. Last week I came to the shop because I had blown two speakers. Tex paired my car up with the prefect speakers and I was on my way within 20 minutes. The next day I realized that the premium speakers were installed in the front of my car gave to beautiful sound, but my rear speakers seemed like they were not so great. I returned the the shop to have the gentlemen install two new speakers like they had installed in the front of my car. The sound was great, but Tex shared with me that the amplifier would make my car sound great. I thought about it and returned today and had a premium amplifier installed. It sounds like the musician is in the car with me preforming. I am out of things to buy from them, but anytime I could refer business to them I would. I trust this shop with my favorite Mercedes any day. Thanks Guys!

Stay away from this place if you want to get scammed! I bought some speakers here for $90 and I didnt use them at the last minute so I brought them back the next day and they said I couldnt get my money back only store credit! Then I found out the speakers are actually worth $60 dollars every were else! I try selling them and they can only give $20 for them because it turns out the speakers arent even that good!! Seriously just go somewhere else!

I usually look at reviews of places before I go to them but I didnt for this place until I was there.I read a bunch of really bad reviews after I was there and got scared for a minuteI was in contact with a gentleman who worked there over the course of a day because I needed a 4 channel amp for my door speakers.I also had an issue with my alarm system in the carThe guy was really cool about helping me get what I neededI felt bad because I went to the shop really close to closing time.I thought I was going to drop the car off and come back the next day but these guys hopped into my car and began working super fast.I felt pretty at home because they were having conversations with me and making jokes to each other while they were working which made me feel really comfortable with themOnce they got my amp hooked up they tuned it and sent me on my way.There was an issue with some feedback coming out of the speakers but the way my system is hooked up we couldnt it to go away.Today a day later I went out and fine tuned the amp and the feedback is gone and my system sounds GREAT.Im giving this place 5 stars because they made me feel at home, gave me a great deal, and got my car done really fast.Im ignoring the fact that I had feedback and the sound of my stereo was bad when I left because it was closing time and I understand people want to get home after a long day of workI would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.I will be coming back for them to tint my car and possibly get more upgrades to my sound

Had them switch my 2 12 setup to 1 12. Sub blew in the first week. They honored their warranty and replaced the system. Next week system blows again. I found out this week from a competent team of technicians that Texas custom stereo never changed my systems fuses and had twice as much power surging to my amp. I spent over 2k in a day on these guys and this is my service experience. Dont let these guys touch your equipment.

So I will say it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. They are good people and honest. The problem is the installation. They were more than happy to make it right. Unfortunately more issues have arisen and I have no time to redo the installation again. I really believe If they hired a good installer they would corner the DFW.

Went in to get a double din kit put in my camaro. Told me $200 wouldn’t take long. 3 hours later they told me car was ready. Got in car all my lights (air bag, check engine, traction control) were on and speedometer not working. Took it back and the boss said he would fix it himself. Another 2 hours later said my car wouldnt start and needed a new battery $130. Bought a new battery and told them i would return later when they were done. Called back 4 hours later only to find out my car was TOWED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to a dealership 30 mins away because they couldn’t get it to crank after they messed up the anti-lock. Car ended up being at the dealership 10days! The total was $900 and they only agreed to pay $500. So thats a total of $730 to bring my car back to factory condition(factory radio). WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. BE AWARE!!!!!

If I Could give it 0 stars i would!! Unprofessional when i came in. Acting like they didnt know nothing, didnt want to do nothing and just standing there!! Didnt even come out to look and see what the problem is or asked any questions. NOTHING. I wouldnt recommend!!

Never had any work done there, but bought a radio kit and they assured me that it was the right one for my truck. It didnt fit and it was too small for the radio I had. I took it back they said they could file it down to fit and they did. Then told me it was going to be $15. I had to pay it or I wouldve lost $20. #LessonLearned

I went in to have an alarm place on my car.the guy who install the alarm did not know what he was doing.the alarm was not install properly did I operate properly a waste of money.The wires under my dash was cut and twisted,the install totally sloppy.only a fool would go to this place and do business.prices are high and workmanship is low standards.
