I am a general contractor and I have been purchasing my flooring and cabinets from Ideal Floors for quite a few years now. Today I got an order of cabinets delivered to a project and there were a few dings on a couple of units. I touched base with my sales guy Blas and the delivery manager Melisa . They quickly apologized and offered to come swap them out on the Friday before the 4th of July. I had to take a minute and write this because thats the kind of service that makes me a life-time customer. Thanks again for all the great service Blas and Melisa.

I had setup an appointment for an estimate. The guy that was suppose to come did not show up and was not answering his cell phone. I waited over two hours hoping that he would show up. Look for another company. This company will waste your time.
