Called dealership to get assistance on a vehicle Family & Trucks Inc. sent to auction.I found out (via email by mistake I assume) the auctioneer bids up on the cars these folk give them to auction. Shill bidding.I asked to speak to a manager, my request was denied and told to bug off. Asked when a manager would be in and was told to deal with auctioneer.Total conflict of interest.
