The isles were clean and everything was neat. Easy to navigate around the store. They even sell disc golf supplies.

Lots of unique items, as well as tools and hardware. They have good sales and promotions. I like the deals on birdseed. They also have a variety of septic system cleaners that Ive bought. If you need a lot of time and attention, especially in tools or hardware, look for a guy named Ron. Hell spend plenty of time helping you find exactly what you need. Great store!

This place generally has very competent workers that will help you find what you need, but lately it seems like they dont even care if you find what you are looking there has also been several times where I went in and theyre like oh I dont know what that is, you have to try somewhere else rather than asking someone else, like the manager... Or instead, I ask someone about a small lamp wiring kit we dont sell those didnt even give it a second thought and I found it about 10 minutes later and half the aisle is full of this stuff and I still couldnt find the one thing that I needed...Ace hardware used to be somewhere you could go and they would tell you follow me its right over here!I got an auger for my sink, which they said it works on any drain, and of course, it doesnt work on any of them and then I cant take it back for some reason, though I paid $75 for it. I have really come to hate going to Ace more than Wal-Mart. I have orderd another universal one that had an image of a different item and it ended up being the same exact device and I made then take it back, I would not accept the order!Not sure why its so hard to go ask a co-worker or your manager if you dont know something!

My 6-foot picnic table, is going to be a showcase for sure!I am staining the table top, bench tops, and lips cherry. The other woodwork will be flat Hunter Green. Polyurethane topcoat x3, will be added to the table top, bench tops, and lips, leaving all undersides bare to breath.ALWAYS stain and paint outside. I am waiting for spring, and have the table in my extra bedroom for privacy, and away from smells.See my simple arrangement, for a neutral color scheme. My son, B gave me the blanket he made. Always helpful! They usually have what you need and if they dont they can usually order it. You might pay a bit more, but Id consider it more local than Walmart.

I am amazed ever time I come and visit here at Ace! The store is so well stocked I don’t think you will find an empty spot on the shelves. They keep it really clean and well put together so it is easy to find what you need. If you need help you definitely don’t have to go anywhere else because all the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. You don’t have to hunt for an an employee just to find out they have no clue or it’s not their department! Anytime I need help the Ace employees are available and willing to help me and make sure I don’t need anything else. They aren’t pushy either which I find nice when I’m shopping. You are missing out if you don’t come here!

Normally i would say Ace is the place but i regretfully inform people they do not have hardly any fittings i needed like the ones below. I should have added that i will always still shop at ace because they do have so many different products

The place is clean. Half the staff is extremely helpful the other half seem annoyed that youre bothering them. If you want help ask someone who looks like they are in their mid twenties or older. The prices are a bit on the high side but they have a little bit of everything so if you cant wait to get something online i use this place to keep my projects progressing for any last minute obstacles that crop up in any project. Ace has a rewards program but other then junk email i have never seen anything from having it. There is no benefit to having it and using it slows down the whole check out process. Im pretty sure they are selling our purchases history cuz after i use it i noticed i get a ton of junk mail on the items i just bought which is zero help just annoying.

This is usually my go to place for certain tools but I would absolutely avoid using them for propane.

Ace has a large staff ready to help with any need. The Stihl man is great with small engine repair and service. Prices are not the lowest but are competitive. Clean and well organized. Overall a great organization.

Im very fresh to the area, like fresh fish... We came from a big metro area where I could visit multiple competitors, in multiple directions, within 10 or so minutes. Was I deterred when we moved here and found that Ace was the ONLY place? Oh heck NO!I went in before we purchased a home, to get pricing info on generic products - I covered a few competitors as well. The staff was awesome, rivaling their big-box competitors.As a new local and home owner, this store is my new home. I buy nearly everything here as I dislike using Amazon.If i can get it here, I do so. The staff has helped me in numerous ways and have been nothing but awesome. Selection is a very minor issue, but expected. I actually knew a competitors store in another state so well I could tell people where to go for things but here, I dont believe there is a reason to even offer help.The employees make this location. Dont change.

Ace really is the place! Where do I start? They always have plenty of help. 99% of the time they are in stock on what I need. They have Stihl products. Thats all I buy. And they have a stihl repair man that has helped me numerous times. They have tool/equipment rentals. Recently I rented a trencher to bury electric cable and water line. If you are not happy you can often find John the owner/manager who is always happy to help. Just yesterday he filled my propane bottle for me. We had pleasant conversation and he offered great customer service. Love the Ace rewards program for I am in there weekly. Keep up the great work!
