I called at 9:00a.m. this morning because my torsion spring was broke and was told someone would be at my house later in the morning.At 3:30p.m no one had shown up so i called the office and talked to a guy named Chance.He seemed to have an attitude on the phone with me.At 4:00p.m. the man shows up and never apologizes for being several hours late.I worked in service for 30 years and if i was going to be more than 30 minutes late i called the person and let them know.I will use their competitors if at all possible in the future.My time is just as valuable as theirs but it doesnt seem like it to them.

I have been waiting for 3weeks now for some work on my GARAGE DOOR Opener have not got done yet if this is type service I get I will not use them next time.

Worker was rude to my wife and had to be told to pick up as he was leaving because he left washer bolts and screws in the garage. The finished product was great but the attitude and rudeness was unnecessary.

I called on Monday, January 24, 2017 because of damage to our garage door. They came out the same day took all the measurements, checked to see if it could be repaired, but due to the age and repairs - we agreed a new door would be best! We chose the color and expected replacement by the end of the week.This morning we were surprised with a call that they would be able to replace it today. Its in and beautiful. Exactly happy since my parents can use the garage door openers again. Thank you!
