I had the worst time. I was there for about twenty minutes waiting for an associate to let me try on a pair of shoes. not one employee asked me if I needed help. I have never had this happen at a hibbitts. Every employee was just standing around in deep conversation with other employees. Then there was just one standing at the door doing absolutely nothing. when I approached her she acted like she didnt see me and just stared out the window. Not very happy. Not satisfied at all.

Staff is always friendly. They always have a good selection on shoes

The Customer service is awful. I was in the store for hours and not one employee approached me. I left and called customer service to report my experience. They were no help at all. I will take my business elsewhere.
