Timely service and communication is good. Much rather get an oil change from a dealership than a quick lube. The detailed inspection you get is worth every penny. Tires, brakes, filters, battery….

Trevor and Bobby are amazing !!!! We called in regards to wanting to test drive a specific truck. Rather than harrasing us like other dealerships they made every step of the way enjoyable. We where in and out of there in an hour and a half. Which is amazing compared to prior experiences else where were it took that long to get our trade in information from bank. These two men worked thier magic and got us our dream truck, with a better then expected payment amount, on top of the warranty we wanted without over selling anything to us. It was so nice to go in a place and get treated as a person rather than a walking wallet.

Very disappointed in this dealership. Bought a used 2018 truck that was certified and it has been in the shop for 3 of the 5 weeks I have had it with a list of problems. I have no car to drive and the only thing the dealership says is “you have a warranty there is nothing we can do”. So I basically bought a lemon that was supposed to be certified and now I am left to find a vehicle to drive and have to cover the deductible my self. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not back what they sell. Go somewhere else.UpdateMy truck continued to have problems . Spoke with Blu. He seemed willing to help in the beginning but as the days went on and the truck continued to have more problems he was no help and had no real interest in a solution to the problem. Had to sell my truck before it needed to go back to the shop. So glad to be out of that mess!!!!

Received a call from the dealership after I completed an accurate and honest customer survey. Survey asked if I wanted to be contacted concerning my response - no. Man on the phone was rude and angry. Suggest a course in customer satisfaction.Reply to response:Im afraid that your response is a total fabrication. The man that called me was from a local phone number and he told me that much money had been spent on painting the building as well as the same staff was working there as before the change in ownership. I will be happy to provide the phone number.

Bought a 2018 Ram 2500 when this place was Byford and got the oil for life. Merit took ownership and they still honor it. I was skeptical if the new ownership would provide the high quality service Byford did and I was not disappointed. Went for an oil change on Saturday @ 8am. They immediately pulled my truck to the back and began changing the oil. I was driving away @ 820. Fast service and they didn’t try to sell me on any other products. Although it’s a 30 min drive for me to get to this dealership, I am going to continue taking my truck there for any work it may need in the future. Great and quick service.

Very disappointed in the Duncan service department. Had my tires/wheels rotated before a trip. Drove 400 miles and stopped due to a vibration. I found that six out of eight wheel studs had broken. A different dealerships mechanic stated the wheel lug nuts had been over tightened causing the problem. Would like to lower this rating even more!

No customer service. After waiting 3 days to get alternator. Add a tow. 150.00 dollars to tow 20 miles. Total bill was 780.00. Payed the fee. Ask the guy where my car was? He pointed to the parking lot and said out there somewhere. Really couldnt bring it to me? A 60 yrs. Old woman that just handed him almost 800.00!

We bought a used vehicle from the Duncan lot and within a month the check engine light had come on. After several attempts to figure out the problem and trying to fix it, I visited with the service director, Lonnie, and he got me taken care of! He actually was able to assess what the problem might be before it went back to the service area again, and he researched and found special warranty coverage that covered the cost of repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that the issues with the vehicle were taken care of. We have been customers for many years and have purchased several vehicles from them, and we will definitely continue to be!

One of the worst experiences Ive had a car dealership. I was interested in a vehicle which apparently was not listed on the site but was available for sale. I was able to test drive the vehicle but was unable to get the price out of the sales rep. The vehicle (a Jeep Grand Cherokee) did not have the model and or package branding on the vehicle. I was told that it was a Laredo with an Altitude package. The Laredo is the base model version of the Jeep. Eventually they were able to give me a price. I explained that the price was outside of the range that I wanted to pay for the vehicle. The vehicle had more miles than I would have anticipated. Essentially the vehicle is overpriced for what it is. I left that day but it was finally posted on the site a day or two later. I called to see if the price was the same as what was given at the dealership, and it was. When I spoke to the new salesman on the phone I explained the entire situation and even explained that the vehicle was priced outside of what I wanted to pay. He asked if I could come back and see if we could work something out. I let him know they I got off work late and it was a 30 minute drive for me. He assured me that I should come in. I drove all the way there just to be given the same offer paperwork that I was given before. Needless to say I feel as if my time and gas was waisted. They told me that it was the best they could do on the deal which is fine but that could have been said over the phone. Ive purchased nothing but Mopar products over the last decade and have never dealt with such lackadaisical salesmanship. My entire experience seemed unprofessional. I received a message a few days later from the first sales rep I spoke with offering me a more expensive vehicle. I replied that what was being offered to me was outside of what I wanted to pay and even inquired about another vehicle that would have been in range. I received no reply....I did however receive a letter stating I was not approved for financing through the dealership. I did not apply for financing through the dealership

Had our Nissan in the body shop to repair damage done by billingsley body shop!When we picked it up it looked show room new!My only complaint is the smell from the paint but it will fade over time!They provided a loaner that we even thought about buying,but my wife wants a more economical car.It is a dodge charger 2014 model that runs and looks great.We put as much gas in it in a week as we normally put in our car in a month!Oh well,good place to have body and paint work done!

Pretty horrible sales team, will lie straight to your face just for you to catch them in a couple days later. Set and told me to my face that one price was absolutely as low as they would ever go before they sent the car auction, five days later they had the car listed at that price online just to call me and tell me they could then offer it I thousand dollars lower than what they had it listed at.Still shopping for vehicle but I have definitely mark them off my list. So much for a farm family with farm values. Looks like theyre ESPN commercials all lies too.

You have a good motor for a pickup or suv but that could be because she fell off work and I looked on a couple weeks after mikayla moved out then I gotta get my eyes watering and you would say the place for like to trade off but it needs a tire on the expedition and I 29mm want to come by the place of a bummer to do you know if mendeys around but could add smaller than a broken bone lol

The oil change went fine the cashier person was not very attentive and I was kind of hoping that they would have done a bit better with the rundown all they basically said was I needed a new filter I think the service could have been better but all in all it was fine.

They list high dollar used SUV on their website and several car search websites. When I took the time to inquire about that vehicle, the sales rep informed me it just sold last night. What else would I be interested in?Two weeks later, car is still listed on all prominent car search websites, and also their own website. Sadly, they use the good old bait and switch technique in full force, something I would not have expected from a smaller town dealership. Sad but true. Adios amigos, I will take my business and money elsewhere.

The service department is HORRIBLE. I have been waiting on a call back from the service manager for 2 days now. Had some repair work done to my truck there, They fixed the wrong thing and had to get it towed home within a hour of picking it up and spending a small fortune to get it fixed. Nothing but LIES from this place. Not even worth 1 star.

Salesman are friendly but they are not helpful. Ive never been able to purchase a vehicle from them. They just cant come down off of their prices and they try to sell you another vehicle that you have no interest in. They dont care what your intrest and budget is, they will do anything to sell what THEY want to sell you. I no longer will use them to purchase a vehicle.

Would never attempt to do business here again. They are extreme con artists. Actually add do the math yourself and youll have totally different numbers than what they are telling you, and make sure when you leave you have actual SIGNED paperwork. Tried to force my husband and I into a new contract and when we refused they got very irate and threatened to call the cops. They didnt expect us to call their bluff and call the police ourselves. Long story short they are rude, they try to bully people, they are liars, and do many things things that they know are illegal and hope it will just slip through the system.

Fairly fast service. Friendly employees but expensive service If I have to pay for anything over my service contract and prepaid oil, lube, tire rotation contract I bought from Chrysler.

This was the 6th new car I have bought over the past 30 years and it was by far the best experience I have had. Two things were key:1. They were honest. I live an hour and a half away, so I negotiated the deal by email and then had to trust that the deal would still be the same when I got to the dealer. It was. (I tried the same thing with another dealer in the city, with much different results.)2. I got a great deal. We have a dealer in Altus, but Byford beat their pricing by a lot. They beat the pricing in OKC by quite a bit, too. (The advertised price in OKC was slightly better, but I couldn’t actually buy for the advertised price, even after confirming it by phone and driving 2 hours. You can probably find my 1-star rating of that dealer.)When I first contacted Byford, I was frustrated with dealers and ready to give up, put about $2.5K into my 14-yr-old van, and hope I could get a few more years out of it. I’m glad I gave it one more shot. The people at Byford were great to deal with, both by email and in person.

Bought a 65000 car from Donnie and he said on the day I bought it That he would fix anything that was wrong with the car . A week later after they got the sale . Donnie ignored me . So I spoke to Collin and he was very rude and disrespectful to me . And he accused me of playing games. So needless to say I got off the phone and never called them again. I will never in my life do business with BYFORD dodge again . I urge anyone that’s in a market for a new car to AVOID this dealer and AVOID these people .
