This used to be a great place for vehicle service and maintenance. My family has used this Firestone for years. We bought a set of tires for my sons truck less than a year ago, one of them had to be replaced and instead of honoring the warranty on the tires, they sold my 80 year old mother a new tire for the truck. They are blaming us for the wear. Terrible business practice and very predatory to do this to an older woman. We will never go back and I will be sure and let as many people as I know to BEWARE. Also, I’d like to leave them negative stars but that’s not an option, lol.

I was making a delivery out of town in Duncan, my tire was going flat very quickly and it was almost closing time. The employees there were extremely helpful and had a new tire on and on my way in less than 20 min. I wasnt even late for my delivery. Great service! Thanks

I can have my vehicles serviced at the VW and Audi dealerships cheaper than here, by a long shot, with better service. We went here out of desperation for an oil change because we were in a time crunch and then we were hurt with a bill double the price we have ever paid at any dealership. Couldnt believe it.

A bit slower than expected

Brought my sons truck in and was told they would not honor the warranty due to vehicle wear, even though I have a statement from the dealership saying that the claim they were making was false. They also replaced my wife’s brakes incorrectly, leaving her vehicle with a loud squeal every time she brakes. STAY AWAY

Quick oil changes

Always read the fine print..... Ask for details before you sign up for credit asked to do auto draft the lady on the phone said they could do that for me and a month later my credit score is all jacked up and Im behind on payments after their worker said they would draft it automatically

Purchased new tires from this place, but the rating is for not paying attention to work being done, after an alignment bolts were loose, loud metal sound. Took it to a different Firestone in Okc were they got the problem fixed and got it aligned again .

Good service

They were getting ready to order the wrong oil, I had to correct them. A few minutes to receive the oil, took an hour. They took off my under carriage shield to access the oil filter and change the oil, put the under carriage shield back on after changing the oil filter...and had to take it back off...they FORGOT to change the oil...2 hour bad experience. Never again.

We bought new tires on 30 April and started having problems 2 wks later. We made an appointment to have tires check for faulty sensors. We had the tires checked 4 times before the nail was discovered. We called the store manager and his concerns and professionalism put us back on the road.

The building is nice . They left a footprint of grease in my driver floor carpet when changing my oil then told me I needed wipers when I just got new ones 2 months before. Removed my security key out of the switch when told not to do so and I gave my spare keys to them. Nice waiting area . When stating I wasnt getting tires at that time it was an attitude like ok Im to busy to talk to you and walked off.. so other then that its got low cost oil change at least..

My tires have a warranty so Firestone fixes my flats for free. The flat was fixed, but it took 3.5 hours... Id rather pay to have our fixed in an hour or less than to spend half a day in a lobby with my two kids.

Couldnt find proper tire sizes for cadillac and quoted wrong size when he researched for 2007. Had 17 s on rear instead of 19s

Yes they have free inspections, but when I took my vehicle in to get the brakes checked and fixed, my water pump and coolant lines were malfunctioning.
