I was standing in front of the empty chemical relaxers shelf, and asked if they were totally out of straighteners.....she said oh, no. Theyre over here! pointed me to the flat ironiiir irons

I knew absolutely nothing about that stuff lol the women working there are great and helped me find everything I needed and even wrote down instructions for everything and taped up everything that went together...

The ladies in the store look like Dolly Parton so it’s always a show when you walk in the door. They greet you with lyrics from all dolly’s songs :) oh and the hair dye is good too!!
