Justin and Billy and everyone at this shop went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded due to a dumb mistake on my part.I am very grateful for their kindness and customer service. Called this shop to work on my truck, it had bad wheel seal, they fixed it and my driver picked it up the following morning, I paid them, and no later than 50 miles we had a worse leak than when we took the truck to them, we had to call them back, they went to take a look at their mess, got everything apart and then abandoned the job, they got mad because I wanted to bring my own parts (I thought I was saving them a trip to the city) now I’m coming from DFW to fix what they messed up, what it looks like happened, according to 2 different mechanics i trust is that they did not lube/grease the bearing prior putting it back causing it to burn them up, JD mechanic said that my truck had previous damage and still went a head and put it back together. I should had taken it to Hines, Stay away from these guys, they might have cheaper rates than Hines but now it’s costing me more than double to get it fixed right. New hub, bearings, seal, gear oil, plus traveling from dfw to get it fixed
