Friendly staff always willing to help you find what youre looking for

I was looking for a simple $10 part for my shower faucet and the staff and even management/owner came out of her office to help look for what i needed. Even though they did not have what I needed, the fact that they took there time (10-15minutes) to look for a $10 part instead of just brushing me off, they gained a customer for life with me. Their customer service spoke volumes.

Have Everything

We went in to purchase items on our land lords account. After my mother was accused of not being authorized to use the account (like she was stealing), my mother went in to purchase after she talked to the land lord and he called . After the land lord called and told them that it was fine my mother went back in and your employee Clay made her cry I walked in to ask Clay why he made my mom cry and he said I was threatening him and we could talk it out side . I did nothing of the sort. They wouldnt be makeing woman cry and his conduct as a employee was terrible. I cant believe they would allow this kind of practice and condone this behaver. I didnt raise my voice, he made accusations.
