I just got my RZR back from getting wheels, tires and a custom cage installed. The team at Snider Motorsports definitely beat my expectations. Starting with just a concept drawing, they were great at asking the right questions to get every detail just right, especially those that I hadnt thought through. For example, look at the detail in how the speakers were mounted. We all know the stock cages are lacking, so I recommend Sniders if youre in the market for great service!

I had a terrible experience with them. I wound never recommend them to anyone. The customer service was absolutely awful. When I called administration to voice my concerns, Mr. Snider made promises he could not keep. I do not like to write negative reviews. In fact, this is the first one. If you are looking to buy a new Can Am or Razer, please dont waste your time with Snider and go anywhere else.Please accept you negative review. I have said nothing but the truth. Your facts are definitely lacking. However as others can see, you are not great at customer service. If you were, you would not be degrading an unsatisfied customer.

Customer Service is unprofessional. Snider took down his original response on customer review. He started by calling it facts but in reality it wasnt. FACTS is customer was approved for their purchase twice by their bank once everything is settled you have the paperwork from the bank yet you decide to sell the vehicle instead not the next day as you claim but days later specifically on the day that they were going to pick it up. Promises were made by you. Customer decides to give your company another chance and gets the bank to approve for a greater amount expecting for you to deliver your promises. Yet again you failed to keep your word. There are text messages, contracts, and witnesses to prove that what you did was flat out unprofessional. Had he not taken the original response down you would have also seen him talk about peoples finances. It amazes me that you conduct business in this manner. You like talking about facts. Fact of the matter is that you fail to deliver and then you tried to intimidate a customer on this platform. Mr. Snider part of being Christian is accepting responsibility for your actions. Accusing others of lying and then disguising yourself as a forgiving Christian is less than Christ like. I have texts and contracts to prove I am telling the truth.

Highly recommend Snider Motorsports in Dumas if you are looking for a new Can-Am. They had the best selection of anywhere in Texas. We were looking for a 2020 in stock and they were the only place we could locate one in the model we wanted. We spoke to Ginger who answered the phone after 5:30 PM and was very helpful with stock and logistics for visiting. We drove across Texas to experience the Can-Am in real life; arriving on a Saturday. When we got there, the model we were interested in was washed and ready to test drive. Abby showed us the vehicle and took us on a test drive. She answered our questions and processed the paperwork quickly. She multitasked expertly as several folks came in needing help (they were down one employee). We were only in town for the day and needed for our new UTV to be delivered. Abby and Jordan went out of their way to try to find a trailer we could buy and when that wasnt possible Jordan agreed to deliver it personally! All of these folks are knowledgeable, go above and beyond, and are an overall class act.

These guys are awesome to deal with!! Johnathan Lofton had us approved and ready to rock and roll in about 3 hrs. We deal with a lot of dealers and these guys were very knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. Answered all the questions we had. We love our 2020 Can- Am Maverick

Recently had a breakdown in Forgan, Oklahoma while on a road trip on my 2018 Kawasaki Voyager. Called AMA for road assistance and they recommended Sniders in Amarillo. Tow truck hauled the Kawasaki down there and delivered it the next morning right at 8:00 AM. Even though Sniders is not a Kawasaki dealer, they had the bike fixed and ready in less than an hour. The tow was tough on the wallet ($600) but Sniders didnt charge me anything! Jordan Snider, you are Da Man! Thank you so much!

The customer service is terrible. Mr. Snider is rude and unprofessional, They do work and charge for it before contacting you to see if you approve. When you try to communicate with them about the situation they are dismissive. I recommend you make the drive to Amarillo. If you want to recieve unprofessional service and then be called a liar, do business with Mr. Snider.

Went to Dumas, TX for family business and stopped by the dealership. Jordan greeted me and soon after I was the proud owner of my second Can-Am SxS. Went in for a Free Oil Change!!! That’s right free!!! I walked out the door paying $0! Sarah helped schedule my appointment and got me booked in. Mason worked on my Polaris Turbo! Lane showed me the problems with glitter in the oil! Thankfully it was under warranty! The Dealership is nice and the shop was very clean! Staff was so friendly and thank you to everyone at Snider for giving back to the community!

I live in Amarillo and made the trip to Dumas to see Jordan on a referral. So glad I made the drive. I had a Sea Doo that needed servicing. Jordan said he would get it repaired quickly. We were on our way to pick up my RZR and got a flat tire along the way. Didnt have tools to change it. Called Jordan in Dumas shop To tell him we werent going to make it. He grabbed the tools we need jumped in his truck and drove 20 plus minutes to come help us change a tire. You dont get service like that anywhere! Jordan, Sarah and Saul are all outstanding to work with. My boss got a awesome deal on RZR High lifter while we were there. Jordan stayed 2 hrs after the dealership was closed to get the deal done that night. I would give Jordan and Snider Motorsports 6 stars if I could. Thanks again.
