Got what I need and very good sale prices.Although the cashier did not enter the information correctly. The manager quickly came over and was very polite and apologetic while refunding us the credit portion. When we told him we are ok, he even thanked us for being so gracious and patience about it. He worked very hard to train the cashier/a young lady to correct the mistake - very encouraged to see that!

Went in this afternoon to shop for two different types of shoes. Spent a little more over thirty minutes looking, but the Manager (Mark I believe) was always attentive and willing to help. He would check up on us regularly and even apologized for the wait when we asked him for help getting something from the top shelf (we didnt even wait over a minute and he apologized WOW). This store is definitely our go to for shoe shopping, the staff is eager to help, extremely clean store as well!

The store was perfect. It had everything me and my family needed and did you know that if you buy more than two shoes you get a prize. My prize was 4 dollars off. Anyway great store go to it.

Not as good of deals as the old days when my son was young but......we have our very own Al Bundy here working the mic BIG SAVINGS.... spend that wheel BiG MONEY. Snooze ya lose. When he is on point takes me back at least 19 years when I first heard him..

First I should note that once I did connect with the manager he was very attentive. Here’s the story. I ordered and paid for shoes online and was directed to pick them up at my local Shoe Carnival. I showed up and no one seemed to know how to handle this system. I realize this may be new considering our present circumstances. It was elven suggested that I not use the online payment feature. I’m certain this is not what Shoe Carnival Corporate expected. My expectation was that my order would be waiting for me when I arrived. It was not. It took more than 30 minutes for me to have my shoes in hand. I know you will do better next time. Just giving honest feedback.

Had the absolute pleasure and experience of shopping at this location. The manager was extremely friendly, helped me find the best shoes that fitted my budget and requirements, as well as gave me a discount when I signed up for rewards! Spin the wheel y’all! I’m always coming here for my shoe needs!

I am rating this store purely on its service, my thoughts on the shoes I bought are reserved for the manufacturer themselves.This store was very nice - extremely well organized, it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for, and when I had trouble the staff was cordial, attentive, and offered many suggestions to suit my needs; the gentleman that checked on me quite regularly even said Make yourself at home which I have never heard in a retailer before but was still nice to hear. The store is also clean and well-maintained, I did not see a speck of filth anywhere and all of the seats, mirrors, shelves, etc. looked brand new.My only concern is that when I looked at the some of the shoes in the shelves they had stains on them which were on the fabric part of the tongue and Im not sure how easy it would be to get those off. Some of the shoes are fairly expensive despite the many in-store deals and I would hate to pay that amount and then find out my shoes are stained when I get home or have checked out. Also, I did hear one of the young store associates swearing while conversing with a coworker. It was just conversational and he was very polite and helpful when he assisted me but it still seemed a bit unprofessional.Overall, its a wonderful establishment that I will be visiting again for my pediatric needs in the future.

Had a very pleasant experience from the store, was surprised for the drive and energy of the manager. He walked around the store with his microphone engaging customers to get advantage of their sales and kindly offering his help. Best Shoe Carnival around. I have shopped there for 21 years. The new store they built, has more room, best selection of shoes for both men and women compared to any other location. Mark is the manager, has his staff readily available to assist as you look thru the store. You can tell he is the manager as he sets an example of how to work with customers. The manager did not like the fact that my Girlfriend was white and i am not, he started picking on me by calling me my girl friends father ( i am just 7 years older than her).iI told he how was she and how old was i, than he try to fist bump me and tell me that i have done very good for my self, after he notice i was upset, he apologize and said he was just trying to make a fun environment by joking around. I just move from the north to the south thanks to my glorious job, this is the weirdest place i ever lived in my life, people are still living with the slave mentality

The manager is really nice. Ive only been in twice in the last year, but he remembers me! I understand some Spanish though and the high school aged employees were complaining about how much they hate working here. Really? Dont just assume people dont understand what youre saying. Otherwise the store was very well stocked and had the best prices around. I drive from Roswell all the way over for their prices.

Staff is helpful, their variety is good, but the little man that walks around barking on the microphone is so annoying. I avoid it until I absolutely have to go. They are about the only mid priced shoe stores left now that Amazon is running all if the brick and mortar stores off.

Took a family member who is visiting from out of town. Shes very tall and has hard to fit feet. She was thrilled to find two pair of shoes that she could get. And she was really thrilled at the great prices!

This store seems like they dont know what they are doing. My mom ordered a shoe at the store. And I went back to pick it up after she received the email. And when I got there I had to play a game of twenty one questions. Three people checked my receipt . and I kept asking is the shoe there? Finally a guy came from the back with the shoe. And asked me if I wanted a bag. Um hello who walks out of a store with a shoe box and no bag. Never will I come to this store. I will go to another one. This location seems to cater to one type of people. Crazy experience.
