I’ve gotten a nose piercing here before, they do a great job. So sanitary and exactly what I wanted, no problems whatsoever. I decided to come here and get a tattoo as well. I knew it would be a little more complicated because I wanted a specific hand writing. I looked at Marley’s work on Instagram (@thedfekone), his work was so beautiful I knew I had to go to him! Marley did an AMAZING job. He’s very professional and makes sure you’re comfortable. Marley came into work before opening time to accommodate my schedule and design my tattoo perfect. I’m so grateful for him! I knew the reference pictures needed a lot of touching up, editing, and erasing random lines and everything and Marley customized my design and idea so perfectly. He took his time and didn’t get annoyed when I wanted to add more or take away things from the design. He printed out several different size fonts so I could see perfect where and how big I wanted it to be. Went above and beyond! He made my idea come to life so beautifully and now several other family members want the exact same tattoo! I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know for tattoos. I loved the protocols in place for Covid-19! I felt safe and that the professionals were safe too. I had my ear re-pierced (4 holes on 1 ear) with a needle because the earring holes had grown closed over the last few years.It was easy and mostly painless, MUCH better than the gun most places use. The piercer was professionaI, careful, detailed and very skilled.I am going back to get the other side re-pierced in a few months. Great place! I highly recommend it.

I recently had my logo for my podcast trademarked, so I wanted to have it tattooed on my arm to celebrate. Roge looked at my design, gave me a fair price, and did my tattoo the same day. I absolutely love it! The facility is clean and the tools were sterile. Roge made sure every detail of my design was represented and that I was comfortable every step of the way. He carefully explained my aftercare. The receptionist was friendly, and took time to answer any additional questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text the next day asking how my tattoo was healing and if I had any more questions regarding the aftercare for my tattoo. Its these personal touches that will keep me referring Tattoo Fiesta as my go-to for any tattoo and piercing needs. I highly recommend their services.

Thought I’d give this shop a shot with a few small tattoos - needless to say I’m very pleased. Stephanie is great on the phones and preforms great customer service. Eric is beyond patient, very laid back, definitely gives you his feedback which was helpful for me. I had an appointment and changed my tattoo idea around 27 times and not once did he cop an attitude or get frustrated with me. I wasted his time and his attitude stayed the same throughout which is appreciated especially when getting a tattoo. His work is accurate and good, he pays attention to detail. The shop is clean, welcoming, a little hot in temperature and the bathrooms are clean too. Definitely will be back seeing Eric for more ink. I suggest that anyone who is looking for an artist hit up Eric. Won’t be disappointed.

Nose piercing came out SAME DAY this was my SECOND time getting my nose pierced from here. I asked several times how could I avoid it coming out. He reassured me it wouldnt come out because its a hooked piercing.I called and asked if I could come in to get it repierced I was told it would still be 50bucks even though I had the jewelry and I got it from them. She then says in order to have it sanitized properly it would take an hour so I suggested that I could bring it in to be sanitized and come back. Now the story gets changed to we cant sanitize it we would still have to charge for the piercing.This entire process is unfair and it drives away long term customers. At most I should have been able to come back for a repierce of no more than a 30buck charge. And there should have been some suggested alternatives for keeping the piercing from being unhooked from your nose. They are the professionals not me.

So Roge was great 😭im not used to tattoos I think he knew that and he was very much accommodating . They are super super clean I didnt see one spec of dirt on the floor. Highly organized and very professional here. Im telling you its top tier! I already have three cousins looking to come there and get a tattoo and piercings! Everyone is in love with my tattoo and they definitely have a great price on everything! Ill be back here for another one for sure!!!!!

I went for a Friday the 13th flash tattoo and was thoroughly impressed. The organization of the team to get clients in and out quickly was amazing. I got there early, so I was able to see the whole process set up and put in motion. The first time I had gone to a shop for flash tattoos was an endless nightmare. I went to a different shop and had a very bad experience. Would not recommend the other shop. This place though!! The artists were so clean with their work, despite the pressure to work quickly. Kudos to the whole team!

I never leave reviews, and I’ve gone to this place multiple times. Twice with different artist, however this third time around I got tattooed by Marley,He is so good! I brought an idea I had to him and he made it way better than what I had pictured! Within a day I’ve already gotten several compliments. He takes his time, and once he was done with my tattoos he double checked them and went over details to make sure they were great! Never had any artist do this, they just finish and give me the go. I definitely recommend Marley to anyone trying to get a piece or add anything!

I got the 2nd hole in my lobes and my septum pierced all at once here as a walk-in (I did call ahead though just to be sure). Everyone was really nice, service was quick, and everything was super clean which I greatly appreciate during these times. I even received a follow up text a few days later checking to see how my piercings were healing and I was able to ask any additional questions I had. At every step of getting this tattoo the staff was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. The store felt like a medical facility from how clean and orderly it is. As for the tattoo itself was amazing done, every single artist and piercer was professional and talented.

Felt so sanitized safe….. you had to call before you went in, they met you at the door with hand sanitizer…… saw the tattoo artist getting the room ready, he was sanitizing everything, he always wore gloves and change gloves during the procedure and my tattoo is awesome… small but just what I showed him a picture 😊Customer service staff as great 👍🏾👍🏾

I went to this place for a nose piercing with my son. We showed up 20 minutes before they were closing on a Friday night. Everything was clean and bright. I got a nose piercing and a belly piercing and they did a great job. It looks really cute with great placement. The only thing I didn’t like was you don’t get a choice on what jewelry to put in.

Eric was a very helpful and professional artist. I highly recommend. I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted when I walked in and he approached me wearing a New York Yankee hat and helped produce the exact idea I was looking for. He asked me what I wanted to pay and gave me a solid deal. The price would’ve been originally $259 and he gave me what I wanted for just $100!! If you’re going to Tattoo Fiesta, definitely ask for Eric!

I had originally wanted to goto the Friday the 13th event. I showed up 2 hours before knowing the line was gonna be long and the long was already half way down the block. I had work at 1 and there was just no way I could make it. So frustrated I went on about my day. They actually offered to have me come in at the most convenient time for me and get the tattoos done. So I scheduled the appointment and went in. I was afraid maybe they’d have a bad attitude or I’d be a burden/annoyance based on the situation but they were welcoming and helped get me in pretty fast. Marley did my tattoo and you could tell he has a passion for art and what he did. Super cool guy to talk to and I look forward to getting more done by him.

Being able to get a piercing is nice however if it falls out they will not put it back in, which makes no sense. Don’t do half a job

I then showed Marley what I had in mind and he offered to make some changes to make it look better and I loved that he offered to do that because to me that shows he takes pride in his work ! Went here for Friday the 13th tattoos on August 13th and it was great! The tattoos I received were fantastic and Zury was so professional and nice! I want to return to get more work done soon and for other flash tattoos in the future.

I am beyond amazed. I traveled from Florida to have my first piece done here by Julio. My niece and I both had work done today. It was a special event for both of us. Highly impressed with the cleanliness of the store. The professionalism of all the staff and all the safety measures taken. Temperature check, hand sanitizer, and hand washing stations were provided. Julio was great. His work is Fantastic. Clean crisp lines and wonderful shading of all the colors. Im extremely happy with my tattoo. After only a day it already looks better. It seems to be healing nicely. Overall, I have zero complaints with my work and the experience and will definitely return to have more work done.

My friend who was also going *worked* a Friday 13th tattoo event in downtown and cut off the line at 9pm with *3* artists. I see you just ignored the fact that other shops can manage better than you with fewer staff. You dont need my business and I wont need yours. Period.*Cut the line too early (at 4 pm) for Friday the 13th, there were three or four other shops that took everyone in by 8-9pm. It wasnt like this last time. Either poor time management or not enough artists. The shop I went to had 3 artists and they managed to take people who came even at 7pm and got everyone out by 10. I heard a lot of people asked off or asked to get off early from work just to be told nope were not taking anyone and those people lost their pay for the day just for that. I get it from yalls side somewhat but there needs to be more communication on when you guys will stop ahead of time so customers dont waste their time and money.

Received 5 piercings in one sitting. Three In one ear and two in the other. The business was clean, the piercings were exactly what I asked for and the materials were new, out of the package. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Customer service is really really bad, the girls at the front desk looks all the time angry and like they don’t want to work. The owner need to hire a better customer service.

To make an appt you have to send $100 deposit prior to getting there. The lady gave us the number to pay this deposit via paypal. Which, Ive never done but we did it anyways. Right when we were pulling up she called and asked if we no longer wanted the appt because she hadnt received the payment. We verified the number with her right at the store, and the numbers were the saaaaame. But she said we sent it to the wrong account. We double checked with her right there, three times, confirming the number that she gave us, was indeed the number we sent our deposit to. And still, she said nope thats not the right account. When asked what we should should do because we did what she asked us to, she said thats not her problem and that she cant help us. We wanted this special tat for my sisters bday and we had to walk away. Very upset and having wasted $100.Update: management called. Said it was an error and that the money was sent to another location. They apologized, refunded my sisters money and offered to do the tattoo which we are unable to do at this time. Rating now updated to 3stars to reflect their assistance with this matter.

I had a great experience yesterday with Adrian. We did a small tattoo across my throat and he took the time to properly place the stencil etc to ensure I was happy with how it looked. They had fair pricing and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was wearing masks as well. I’ll be going back for ink sometime!

I went here on 9/13 with my girlfriend for a matching tattoo. Very overpriced, charged us $300 for small 4 character tattoos. They won’t notify you of the price before either so make sure to confirm your price before they tattoo you! Took the artist 5 minutes to tattoo each of us, told us to make sure we get the location and font correct on the first try because their paper is expensive. We felt rushed and ripped off for the price of this small tattoo. Not coming back again.

He gave me some pointers on the piece I choose. I paid my deposit and booked the appointment. Zury was very professional and friendly. The session was very smooth and he spoke with me before making any adjustments to what we had previously discussed. One of the best experiences I have had, the artist personally came to us about an offer about the tattoo that I wanted to receive. Eric (tattoo artist) was amazing while giving an offer for the tattoo and when he was performing his ink work on me. Overall one of the best experience and I am glad that Eric came to us, as we would have probably have gone to another tattoo shop that may have not given me the same awesome experience. And I will definitely be returning for future work commissions.
