Not pointing fingers at the entire company but apparently the driver that delivered to the Dunkin Doughnuts on Cedar Bluff Road in Knoxville, Tn thinks its a good idea to block the drive through with his hand truck. This was on 6/25 around 1pm. He was just sitting in his truck smoking a cigarette while he was causing traffic to back up, people to turn around and go the wrong way, and Dunkin Doughnuts to loose buisness. We went inside to tell the employees and apparently he does it all the time. He finally got out of the truck as we were leaving. I guess he noticed me taking pictures.
