Taking my elderly mother to the hospital for treatment, and ordering her necessities and picking them up without having to be more exhausted is such a plus! The persons who deliver items to the car are so friendly as well. Please keep this system going.

Because I came to Target to purchase t20 bookcases. There was none in the shelf so I flagged down a couple of aisles away a young gentleman and asked if I was in the right aisle or not. He was able to help me but there were no white 5 shelf bookcases on the shelf. He said hed go back and look in the warehouse for me and came back about 10 minutes later with the two bookcases I needed! Then I asked him if he could help me get them to my car and he was quite to say of course. He got me to a checkout and must have informed his boss what he was doing because he handed me off to another gentleman who found a young man to load them into my car. It was a VERY busy day on Saturday and everyone was so helpful to me. Made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I tried to get the first guys name but he was already turn and heading back to his department to get on with his work. No dilly dallying for him. Great customer service on his part. He deserves to be recognized in this day and age because that doesnt happen now. He could have just told me well if its not on the shelf we dont have any (which was what I was expecting) but he didnt. I appreciate him. I never think to shop Target but Ill certainly rethink that. Thank You.

Honestly, I love Target. I go there for all of my needs. I made my wedding registry through Target since I love so many of the products there. However, this wedding registry has made my head spin. I have had issues with my account and my wedding registry since the beginning. I could log on to target and see that I had a registry but wasnt able to access or manage this. Frustrating. The first time this happened when I needed to return a large fire column that had shattered in transport. The manager was great and fixed this right away, making me an in-store credit gift card. Today was very different. I was returning an item that had been purchased for me through a different store, so I didnt need two. I was told that since I wasnt able to log in to my registry there was nothing that they could do. They were not willing to get the manager in order to get me an in-store credit. She told me that since this had already happened once, they would not do it again. And this was not my fault. I definitely did not need two of the exact same vacuum at my home and was sent away with this vacuum and no resolution. I do not live close to town and was very frustrated being told that there wasnt anything that could be done. It honestly has made me not want to do a baby registry at this store for this reason. Very unimpressed.

I went to in fitting room w/ my daughter while trying in clothing unaware of men using the same fitting room as female, was blown away me coming out in open shirt a man staring at me, I felt so mad 😠 and shocked why we share a fitting room . I feel unsafe to try clothes. Im not the only one who made a comment there. So need to look I to it please!! Thanks!!

Loved the ability to pick up after 2 hours, the clerk brought it out to my car within 5 minutes of arriving, she was SUPER nice, and everything was bagged great. Excellent service!!

The parking lot is very busy in the afternoon and evening. I noticed this morning that the employees dont park in the giant parking area in the side-back.

When I pull up the pick up time is very quick, orders are correct, and I appreciate that I can pick them up the same day.

Because Target always delivers.

Very bad policy for holding my purchase I accidently left in the cart. I called immediately, and was told if I didnt come back today, it gets put back on the shelf and a gift card will be issued for the dollar amount. Problem they would not take my name!!!

Its easy to find, clean and the staff was fine. Being an out-of-town guest at this Target, I looked at this location a bit different then your regulars Im sure. Overall they did a good job relaying the Target brand.

I like the service and the employees are quick and friendly. What I dont like is how you order items and when you go to pick them up, they are canceled because they ran out in stock. Should have a way to update that info. on the app, so people know its out of stock.

I have used the in store pick up before and it has been great and very fast. I had not used the parking lot pick up. I thought they were the same, basically that I could pull up and have a way to contact the store to run my items out. When I pulled up I was trying to figure out what to do when a Target employee approached my car and explained I should have ordered on the app but immediately said she would be happy to go into the store, retrieve my items and bring them to my car - just needed my order number etc. She was so helpful and quick!

Target has all the things I love, want, or even considering. Most items are ready within hours or shipped quickly. The quality and price can not be matched.

I went to the customer service desk for help with legos that on an end cap that said 10 off of 50. The person at the counter went to help until we were interrupted by a rude associate who told me I was wrong and NEVER are legos included. I explained they are on an end cap and she argued with me and made me go back there to verify, would not even let the person at the counter get me help to check. So I walked back and took the pictures and went back up. What I got was not included, no problem. However I didn’t deserve to be treated like that or made to go check myself.

Curbside service. It was almost as good as target in Minneapolis that delivered. Less than 2 hours total, freindly and polite.

Literally the WORST target, this place never has ANYTHING in stock. Whoever keeps track of inventory and ordering really needs to do their job better. Especially considering they are the ONLY target around this area... I know we are in tough times, but like things you wouldnt think that would be out of stock are.. Not to mentioned their workers have no clue what is going on half the time so they cant answer any of your questions, and even if they do the information is incorrect..

The girl that brought my stuff out was so friendly and kind. It was late when I went so she had already worked a whole shift, and still found it in her to be extra helpful and ask if I needed help.

Good brands and general shopping experience, with progressive online capabilities. The digital shopping experience is a fantastic blend of digital + physical. Target has gone to meet the customer, instead of begging for the customers to stick to tradition.

Target was unusually busy yesterday, even so, the service was excellent. Only one person in line in front of us at the register due to enough cashiers available. Store was clean and pleasant. Rest room was clean. Employees were helpful and appeared chipper.

The girl who helped me was quick and nice. My son was sick at home. I was able to order everything I needed to help him feel better, and just stop at the front counter instead of running around the store. I was able to get back to my sick kiddo.

The pharmacy was very informative and. Very helpful. My checkout man was very cheerful and pleasant, my visit couldnt have been better. Also everything looked so clean and uncluttered. I noted that comment to my husband.

Why is Target waiting until August 1, 2020 to put in place everyone wearing mask? I will not go there for anything until there is a mask policy in place. Why would I spend my money with a company that does not care about my safety. It makes no sense. Get with it Target!

I must say that I have never been to the Target in Duluth before, but i will definitely go back frequently due to the Outstanding Service I received from the employees today. I went to buy a futon and only saw one and I didnt really care for it. Ryan came by and showed me another one they had and that is the one I went in for. He told me about an App I could download called Cartwheel and on this futon I would save %20, which was $36 on this item. It also has tons of other discounts at Target. I said thanks and I said I had to go get a cart. He said stay here and he went and got a flat cart for me and helped me load it. Great customer service. Then as I was pushing the cart to pay for it another employee helped me out ( sorry i dont remember his name) pushed the cart up to a register and had another person (Cory) stay with me while Bill, the man at the register rang me up. After I paid, Cory pushed the cart out for me, waited for me to go get my truck and him and another employee loaded it into the back of my truck. That was awesome. Thank you for earning a New Customer for as long as I live here in Duluth!

The young lady who helped me was phenomenal! Not only did she provide great service, she was king, engaging and thorough! I was very impressed and left with a smile.

Great store. Most of the time it is easy to find help with what you need. Prices are slightly higher on some items that walmart but cheaper then most other stores. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy work. Bathrooms could use to be cleaner. Great kitchen selection and food, but poor automotive and hardware selection. The app has really made the difference. Being able to map out my visit and save may discounts has really solidified my use of the store. In addition, the pickup/drive up options are great and just work!

Target is always a happy place. They carry many of the brands I love, its clean and friendly. And best of all I can have coffee while I shop :-)

Target manages to carry popular standard items that people look for and also new items that people may not be aware of. For example, the recent collection by Joanna Gaines always catches my eye, your kitchen collection is filled with appliances that people commonly need, and your food selection at super targets features frozen herbs and spices.

Team members at store are very helpful and kind. Also willing to go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

It is hard to choose just one reason, but I suppose the selection of items I am able to get when I shop at Target.

Just what weve all grown to love about and expect from Target. Im particularly happy with their Gluten Free food options, as its not always easy to find a variety of Gluten free choices at grocery stores around here (though its getting better).

Very clean, people are great. Only complaint is that we could use another Target in Duluth. The one by the mall is always busy and a place I avoid during the holiday season because of the foot/car traffic.

I do a large majority of my shopping at Target. Target has everything I need and also stuff I dont need, but then do! :)

Pretty grossed out with the restrooms. Looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days. The stall I went into first the lock didnt work and there was dried up puke on the toilet. Sinks and floor were very dirty. I wish I took pictures.Smiles on the staff but nobody offered assistance. Sales floor was neat and clean. Cashier was very delightful.If bathroom was clean I would give 5 stars

Its a pretty big store. Always great deals especially when combined with the cartwheel app. The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Both the person at the counter and the very very nice lady helping my husband and i load the tv were so very nice. The whole process took about 5 minutes if even that!!

I generally shop here but they are mi the midst of completely resetting the store so I found it confusing and am not sure where anything is now. The up side is most of the staff is generally helpful unless they are standing around chatting which I have seen too many times to count.

Worst Target Ive ever experienced. Electric carts, not charged. Isles full of stocking crews messes and left unattended. Many employees standing about gossiping with each other. Cart area impassable. Must I go one? Fire the manager on down.
