They have a huge selection of clothes/shoes/toys/everything for your kiddos at super reasonable prices. I have always had pleasant experiences while shopping here in person and while interacting via social media. The other day I asked a very specific question about an item I needed for my daughter, and they replied very quickly and pulled a whole bunch of options for us! I love how well organized the space is and how quickly I can find what Im searching for!

The girl (I believe ASM) was so kind when she greeted me with my items to sell. She was also provided me with outstanding customer service when I got cash on stop.

I used to love this store but it has gone way downhill and I am so disappointed. Nothing is in the right spot when I shop for my girls anymore, its dingy clothing for more money, which makes no sense. When I was checking out with my mother the cashier was very rude, hand on chin acting bored while she tossed me my receipt on the counter to sign. Wont be back for a while.
I will not shop here again I used to shop here often. The store seems to be a mess. Employees are rude, not to mention the bosses stand behind them rolling they’re eyes at the employees. I have heard them multiple times talk down on employees who were doing something else, not a good environment save your money shopping else wear.
Great store for most part but what a con!! I brought in a full bin of clothes plus extra stuff. They give low offers on your items! They offered me $6 for a brand new rocker that still had the plastic on it. Never will sell here again to be ripped off. Make more at a garage sale. When I walked in they were carrying my bin to the spot that they sit at the start and they were dropping my clothing that they werent going to buy into other peoples bins so not sure I even got all of my items back. I made less then 50cents on each item of clothing they took. They are good at ripping people off to make a big profit for themselves! Never will I be back to be back to be that ripped off and laughed at and told my items for most part werent good enough.
I have had some really great shopping experiences here and always feel like im getting a deal. Store is clean and packed full there is so much to choose from. Nice selection on every day items but I personally find myself coming back for holiday and seasonal changes just to get updated sizes in summer/fall/Christmas type clothes. I will definitely be back to keep up with the growing boy.
Absolutely LOVE this place! They have an amazing selection of clothes as well as baby equipment! Ill never pay full price when I can get such a great deal here! The best part is when the kiddo grows out of clothes I can sell them back!
I have been coming into this store since it has been open to shop for my child. The employees have always been cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable! The inventory is always changing. The store is always clean, bright, and well organized. The environment of the store, which includes the employees and the owners, is the main reason why I chose to apply to work there as a part time job. Now that I work at Once Upon a Child, I can tell you that I absolutely love it there! We employees are thorough and do pay attention to detail to items that come into our store. We care about the customers that come into our store. We want them to have the best experience, and want to see them again! This is a local small business, and the owners work in the store! There is a unique collaboration between the employees and owners, between the owners and customers, and the employees and customers. I am grateful for this store as a consumer, and an employee.

The place is not what is used to be. The owner isnt as friendly as she used to be. The staff are incredibly rude every time were in, nothing is organized anymore, dust bunnies on clothing, expensive clothing for stuff with stains on it. Aint worth the time in.
It would be a challenge to name my favorite part of coming to this well run business. The owner sets the bar high on customer service and her employees do her proud! Welcoming and warm, helpful and fun... great products, and speedy service! Can not recommend enough! An asset to our community!
Love this location!Ive been here half a dozen times and I would be here more if I lived closer!We live 2 hours away and my husband has meetings in Duluth that we can sometimes sneak along with.They are SO friendlyStore is very organized and cleanAnd prices are very responsible! With a big family, I appreciate this the most!!!
Very nice people. Lots of cool and nice things for a decent price. But very big con. Brought in 3 bins, it was a lot of clothes so didnt expect them to take everything. When we got our stuff back (stuff they didnt take) we went through it all and a lot of stuff is missing pieces of the outfits. They took shirts but not the pants or the pants and not the shirt. Or a vest for an outfit and not the rest. Very confusing and aggravating. Id give it a 1 star but the people are nice so I give it an extra star. Not sure if Ill be bringing clothes their again.
Wow, totally amazing. Went there to purchase preemie and newborn items. Was shocked at how much merchandise you had and the staff were terrific. Coming down from Canada, your store was well worth the stop. I will be a returning customer....Thanks again

I’ve nevwr met nicer people. The store owner carried out my sons new toys. She was so sweet: I’ve gone 2 times in the last week.
For 2 days in a row they had to put up with my undecided butt making the employees stay an he later. I felt horrible but by how nice and welcoming they are.... Cheaper prices than lots for tots and such a variety of things !!!thanks to the guy and girls last few nights that Had to stay late for me. OH AND THANKS FOR FINDING THE MATCH TO HER SLIPPER RETUR ING IT TOME THE EXACT NEXT DAY!

Great selection, a little hard to pick through due to lack of organization but overall a great place to find what you need for every phase in a childs upbringing, if you look often enough you can find some crazy deals on toys.
The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Mostly friendly staff. Wide selection of things for sale. Unclear guidelines for what they will buy. They passed on several NWOT or once washed items, saying they were too used. Very confusing.
Low offers when you are selling your stuff to them and rude!
Horrible at buy back. Brought in 2 boxes of clothes and almost everything was in pristine condition, somethings I had gotten new and had the tags off but never used. They bought like half a box. they are way too picky here.The staff is nice though.
