Went there for my oil change appointment that I setup online. Waited in line for 10 mins to be told to go to a different rep, waited there another 15 mins and walked out. What is the point of taking appointment if you guys cant keep up. Also employees need to start taking redbulls or something, can be working like zombies at work. Yall getting paid to work, we are not when waiting for you.
Paid for oil change, tire rotation, and wash. Had appointment, waited almost 2 hours before they were done. Noticed they didnt wash it but left anyways because i didnt wanna wait any longer. Got home and realized they never even rotated the tires. Went back to tell the service advisor they didnt rotate the tires. He checked the notes and said oh they didnt rotate them because they recommend new tires. But i wasnt told that, and was still charged for the tire rotation.
Took in my boyfriends car for the ac to be repaired and we had a smart autocare warranty. All seemed fine until someone removed a part and it broke. They claimed it was due to corrosion and when we look at the pictures, we see no signs of corrosion. Not sure what theyre trying to claim but they say the warranty does not cover corrosion. I am upset that they are trying to charge us for what seems to be a mistake made on their end and now we are forced to either repair it or take it back in a condition where it will not work correctly because of their repairs. It is not a cheap fix either, the quote started around $2000 but then went up to $5000. I am upset that the price keeps changing and going up. I never had this problem at my kia dealership or any other mechanic I have used. It was always one quote and done. I am a reasonable person, I understand that mistakes happen, but everything that has happened with this repair has been awful. I would at least like to take the car back in the condition it was brought in as. This review will change if I get any better news on the situation, but it stands as is for now. EDIT: They are offering to find someone to weld the piece back on. Will update review after final repairs.
Slow! No matter what service you get here and when you go, the wait time is horribly long! In fact it is this way at most Nissan service centers because the mechanics purposely draw our the time because they get paid by assignment on an hourly basis. So if they want to get paid properly th eyes cant get work done in the actual amount of time it really takes (which is a lot quicker than the excruciating wait time for any of their services). So I avoid Nissan Service centers since my cars warranty has ended. Their prices arent that competitive either the closer you get to your warranty ending. At least they have free snacks water and cheap watery tasting coffee with cheap generic powder creamers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I went with an issue was told that if they find anything they ll charge me for it. They still charged me and didnt find any issue. I paid for nothing. RUN AWAY FROM THIS CENTER.
