We had two issues that other shops couldnt fix yet were happy to take our money anyway. We brought our vehicle to Duluth Goodyear and they resolved the issues in a day for less cost than the other shops.So far we have found them to be honest and reasonable. Unless they give us a reason to not come back we will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends.

While i was driving to work, my car stops suddenly in the middle of the street.i couldnt start it.the battery was completely empty.Duluth goodyear was the nearest shop.When they jump the car, it starts but as soon as he takes off the jump cable, it stops.so the guy( african-american)said first we have to put a new battery then we can check the alternator, but now he can not check the alternator( why? Because he wanted to sell the battery).Battery cost 220 $. Anyway I had warranty for the battery since it was 6 months old... I brought a new one from walmart.car starts again and now he can check the alternator,it was bad.the guy in the front desk told me the price is 62 $ just for changing my own battery and normally he will charge me another 89 $ for diagnosis but since i will fix my car there i do not have to pay it, yes you read it correctly : 151 $ to change my own battery,that i bought from walmart, just because i did not brought his battery. Plus cost/labor for alternator.I was at different goodyear locations( marietta-sandy springs) they were honest people, they did good jobs and they had extremely good customer service but that one in duluth, they ripped your money off.i just paid 62 $ and i walked away from this shop.by the way, i checked the others mechanics shop near this area, they offer better price but the car can not be fix in the same day, they were busy but duluth goodyear have enough time to work in my car.. You can understand why.People be aware there, if you have no choice to go somewhere else, ask for every single steps and every single cost befoe you give them your car and ask for the parts they are using.I wish i can give them 0 star but I can not.

I went to the store to ask about and alignment and to see about getting a wheel changed off the car. Asking them to take my old tire off and put it on a new wheel. I had already stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone only to be told no in a very rude and unprofessional way that he couldn’t do it in 20 minutes. I personally. Have worked in the automotive industry and it can be done in that time.

Quick and easy! I called in and spoke to Andy for an estimate on brakes pads and rotors and got a very reasonable price. Came in on the same day around 5pm, Andy had everything set up for me. The technician was able to replace my brakes within 30 minutes. I was very please with the service.

Like this shop but must question their honesty. I was told that I need all four brakes and calipers done and found that only the front needs replacing. Otherwise, they are the best Ive seen thus far in this area.

I got over 65% thread left on my car tires. They were insisted to change! 🤔 Toyota dealer recommended to rotate tires that’s all! poor techs I can say!

Needed a quick tire repair. A guy said that they were busy and told me to come back in one hour if I didnt want to wait. Went back an hour later and was told that wait would be 2 more hours. Why bother? Just say it if you dont want a minor job customer. Horrible experience.

We got a flat right before getting on the highway. The workers here were quick and to the point. We were back on the road in no time.

Used to be a good place, but has gone downhill

Its a typical Goodyear. No better or worse than any other ones. There are a few good restaurants to eat at within walking distance while you wait for your car though, so thats good.

This Goodyear tire shop was great for me. I briefly visited the Sattelite BLVD Location to find out if they could service my car needs. I was in need of tires badly, brakes were in need of replacement, and I had run over a large tire in the expressway that knocked the screws out of my skid plate on the bottom of my car. I had already been to 2 other tire places who said the could not fix the skid plate. This Goodyear was having problems with their system that day and could not quote my tires then, but they were able to tell me how much my breaks would be. I found out what time they opened on the next day. I took my car at 8 am. They were done with everything with a free alignment by the time they estimated!! My car is like new again!! Thank You Goodyear in Duluth. I will recommend you all to everyone!!

Terrible terrible! 2 hours waiting just for the car to be taken in the service area, for a simple oil change.

Called ahead to get a tire rotation on my lunch break. The general manager Neil confirmed that it would be no problem to get it done within the hour. I left the car to get lunch came back 35 minutes later the car had not moved and was informed it would be another hour. I highly recommend choosing a different tire shop staff is very unprofessional uncourteous and downright rude. If timeliness is something thats important to you there are many other options in the area

The towtruck brought my car in to the dealership just as they were closing. The staff agreed to install a new tire while I waited. What a blessing. New tire, helpful staff and a Christmas pantatone also. Thanks, Goodyear for the special Holiday service. Also, THANKS to the Good Samaritan service offered by Delafose Towing Service who stopped to help me on I-85.

Worse place ever. I would never take any of my vehicles to them. Only went because a friend said they do good work. Bad idea.

I received services from MALL CORNERS TIRE INC on October 15, 2018, for a Transmission Flush. Pursuant to their negligence of USING THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID, my vehicle needs a replacement CVT Transmission. I have made many attempts to have Mall Corners Tire Inc to repair/replace damages on their own. MAI PHAN, Owner and JOSH, onsite Manager, has both denied fault. I have UNDENIABLE evidence, yet, they refuse to take responsibility. I have been forced to LITIGATE!

I would give it 0 star if there was a choice. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Also, over price. The guy quoted me $900 for the set of 4 tires + service while I got the same package for $692 at Goodyear Bethelview in Cumming.

Went there with a groupon for a 2 wheel alignment, left with an extra $20 charge for a four-wheel alignment that they didnt tell me about. Looking at the computerized sheet that showed the before and after of my alignment, the extra $20 was unnecessary..Service was nice enough. Also replaced a tire while we were there and the tire wasnt terribly expensive (which surprised me).

SCAMCach 2 times OIL was NOT change at all and they charges me.😱1st time they explain that new employee forget to change filter after i prove that filter is dusty dirty.Bad company.

Dont ever go to this place, they are rude and they almost yelled at me beacuse i asked for a refund. Which they never explained to me that i cant get a refund.
