I called on Saturday 9/25 regarding the possibility of battery issues. The first Lady I talked with did not offer any help and said that no appointments were available and, although it was very difficult to understand her, she said she would send a tow truck. I told her that I wasnβt sure I needed that but I would see if it started after I dressed. After dressing, I went out and was able to get the car started after a couple of tries. I called back to the service department but this time a lady by the name of Brittany answered the call and was most helpful. I explained about my previous call and she checked my account and said it was noted I had called but no information was provided about my issue. She told me that she could give me a 1:20 appointment (it was now 12 noon) and I told her since I had gotten the car started, I was going to drive it on in and would just wait until my appointment time. My service advisor, Peter, was extremely nice after I explained my calls here during the morning. He said he was sorry for any inconvenience and would take care of the battery because after checking it was determined it was definitely the battery going bad. It was replaced and I was out by the time I was originally scheduled.
I never have any issues. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half which is shorter than anywhere else Iβve been and theyβre consistent. They also have great customer service employees and I get to work with the same one each time. Chris H. never seems money hungry, which I like. Continue treating people like people. :)
Service Technician Joe J. And the Technician whoβs performed the work were very helpful and had good knowledge of how to address the issue I was having. I was a little hesitant at going there after I had taken it to a sister dealership three times and nothing was resolved w/ out any direction on what to do. But Joe followed it through to the end resulting in being one of my best dealership experience!!Thx Joe for exceeding my expectations!!

Replace and repair driver side front lights. Did great job, especially Mr Jason Oglesby, the manager of the Dept Service who put customers first & put his feet in customersβ shoes. The staff were super friendly and efficient. I really liked the service representative I worked with. He was not pushy on the number of things the mechanics recommended I do to my car, which I appreciated. I also got a free car wash across the street that I appreciated.

I had a nice experience here. I bought my 2018 Camry Se in for routine maintenance. Paul was my service advisor, he was informative, personable and professional. I booked a same day appointment and there was a bit of a wait. I was told about a 3 hour wait but had a 4 hour wait. Due to the post holiday rush I assume. I didnβt mind because I came prepared.Tip: The lobby was very loud, some people werenβt wearing masks or social distancing and were coughing/sneezing it was gross. I wore my mask, bought my laptop and headphones to flush out the boredom and noise.
Excellent service they fixed a part on my vehicle that had been on recall since I purchased it. Came in for 15,000 mile maintenance and was informed they would have to drain my fuel tank and I would lose any gas, I had just filled up. Upon completion of service they topped off all my fluids and filled my tank back up. I was very happy with the service and Jose Gonzalez was on top of everything, very professional, kudos to him and Atlanta Toyota.
It was the worst day for me. Just for oil change it took more than 2 hours. I did not feel the professionalism, a job goes quickly because I had complained
I made my appointment with Pete and he reassured me when he told me the longevity that the Toyota brand has. Though I did not buy my car at this dealership I did buy it in a very decent condition and have been keeping up with it since. My car is very special to me, so I prefer to have people I know, to work on it. Previously, I had brought it here, and hadnt known anyone. During this previous service, I found Feras had kept an eye on my car, because he recognized it. This time, I scheduled my oil change with him, and he was on top of it. Atlanta Toyotas flexibility with scheduling was good I didnt have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment like some other places. My rep. Bryan was professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very pleasant and spacious. I was able to social distance safely and do some office work on my laptop. I was suprised to see they had outlets on the ground close to the tables this was a plus; not having to fight for outlet space with other customers. She clearly laid out all the work the mechanics recommended and how much each service would cost. She also found me a discount! Great, transparent service. There were no surprises and I never felt pressured or ripped off. Lastly, I really appreciated all employeeβs mask compliance. I felt safe at the service center which is super important to me.

The assigned Service Rep, Luis Sanchez, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was also empathetic and sought to minimize my discomfort by arranging a rental car and negotiating a small discount on my bill st my request. Also noteworthy were his responsiveness to my queries, telephone calls and text messages as well as his taking the time to fix an error in my contact details to facilitate better communication between the company and me. Itβs good that thereβs some liaising between the Sales and Service departments. Iβm now in the process of trading in my car for a new unit and the service I received contributed to my decision.

So am I currently at the shop. I arrive here at 9 for my appointment with Advisor Chris Harford. I was here a month ago for a humming noise in my car. When I did the diagnostic I was told all repairs would cost $2k. With the times we are having and not a lot of money and lost hours at work I could not afford the fees. I took there diagnostic and bought the part a hub bearing wheel assembly from Toyota online and got it repaired elsewhere. The humming noise still exists. I spoke to Pat in customer service a few times and she not followed up with me what could be done except to tell me to make another appointment. So when I am talking with Chris he says βwith all due respect you got your car fixed with Joe Schmo who is not Toyota certified and you have 90k miles on your carβ I understand I got my car serviced elsewhere and I understand my mileage but then you hand me off to the Advisor that helped me last month I hope the color of her skin and my skin had nothing to do with it but I have to wonder and then you proceed to talk about me and my wife to your counterpart and when we make eye contact you stop talking. Very unprofessional I am feeling very disgusted and unappreciated and after this service interaction today I will not be returning to Atlanta Toyota. I will mention that βChris did discount another diagnostic at $50% off.
I always enjoy coming to this dealership. I came here around 3 years ago as my first dealership home and they treat you more like a family than a customer. Shoutout to Rich Camacho! My guy always takes care of me and only recommends what you need to have done. Doesnβt add that βdealership pressureβ that is always expected when you hear the word. Let start by saying I purchased my Camry from this dealership 13 years ago and been going to them for this long. I called the same day to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to hear I was able to get an oil change the very same day even though it was noon already. When I got there, as it usually is, all three lanes were full of cars. There was a person waiting outside, to what seems a service desk, I asked him if he was waiting to be assisted, he responded yes. I thought, let me still confirm with the Toyota guys inside, they also stated I needed to wait outside. Thereβs three of us waiting outside when the Toyota guy comes outside and starts assisting the last guy in line, not the first person thatβs been waiting longer. When he gets to me, he asks if I have an appointment and I reply yes, he asks for the Service guyβs name, give it to him and he responds, go inside and heβs to your left. I get to the service guyβs desk and without having said a word to him, he tells me heβs busy and will need to wait a few minutes. I responded OK. He called someone to let them know their car was ready. The person came to him, paid and left. Then he grabs the phone again and heβs contacting a company about a warranty for a car getting serviced. He had to know that call would last a while. This is where I think he was wrong. If he was busy, find someone that can help me or it would have only taken five minutes (I think even less) to prepare my paperwork and send me on my merry way. Thatβs not what happened, I stood in front of him, listening to his warranty conversation for about 15 minutes and lost control of my patience. I went to this lady and asked her to speak with a manager. She points him out to me. I asked him what was the purpose of making an appointment if I was going to have to wait over 20 minutes to be assisted while others that arrived after me had already been assisted and carried on with their day. This Service guy is obviously busy, why canβt someone else help me, I asked him. If the Service guy is having a bad day, management is right there and should be resolving these inconveniences their clientele are experiencing.
I would like to thank Pete C./Service Advisor squeezing me in on Saturday am, since there were no appointments available online. As always Pete is friendly and courtesy. Atlanta Toyota allows you to pay your bill online, speeding up the process getting your vehicle.

I went in to get a diagnosis of why the function to get both the rear view side mirror to fold back, the motor just stopped and no longer worked..I was given the reason and estimate for work to be done. I havenβt had to smoothest time with my car unfortunately, I canβt lie about that. But the kindness and help Iβve experienced has made things much easier. My sales person James Baik didnβt simply sell me a car and disappear heβs always a text or phone call away to help me out, heβs extremely knowledgable and amazing. Bryan Hernandez helped me out in the service department and went above and beyond when he didnβt have to, he was extremely amazing and understanding if you have an opportunity to choose your service advisor make sure you choose him. Jonah is the service department manager he is great. Jonah took my concerns seriously and went out of his way to check things out for me, and communicate with me even though it was super busy, he is extremely caring and compassionate. Terry the customer relations manager is also great he communicated with me as well as the guys in the service department who were helping me out. Iβm extremely grateful that the team who worked with me that day during my visit weβre amazing.
The work surprisingly for a Saturday, did not take a lot of time. The people there were courteous and professional.
Chris Hartford was very friendly and my car was finished in a timely manner. My only concern is I felt as though the dealership tried to upsell me with a lot of repairs I didnβt really need. Future repair cost are 4,460.00. Wow! I only paid 5,000.00 for the car.

I am regularly get my vehicle serviced at this center for majority of time since purchase and I usually get a very good service experience except this time. I brought my vehicle for a periodical service without any specific issues. I have been told to do some periodical fluid changes, wheel alignment etc. in fact I already got the wheel alignment done a month before when I changed the tires at another tire shop. So I thought it should be their fault not properly performing the wheel alignment.My vehicle so far done 43k plus miles and I have previously been told that I should get free tire rotation up to 45k miles. Despite I didnβt ask for a tire rotation as it has done only some 1500 miles since the new tires fitted, they have done a tire rotation and charged some $60 bucks for the same. Usually when I get my vehicle serviced they will top up the windshield cleaning liquid without any charge. This time they didnβt do that even though I spent some $670 (out of which $400 plus was labor cost).I called the advisor and left a voice message as nobody picked it up. But nobody didnβt contact me till now.
