Do yourself a favor and buy a car from another place. These people will make you fill out finance applications, talk to them endlessly and then sell the car to someone else after you make plans to drive 5 hours to come purchase. They dont give you any decency as far as communication, you have to call them everyday to follow up. I wouldnt and dont trust them.

I purchased a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan 2 weeks ago and let me tell you that was an amazing experience! I’m just sorry that I am just now getting the opportunity to write a review! I have a daughter graduating from high school and things have been challenging with Covid 19. During these unprecedented times Gwinnett Place Nissan made my husband and I feel very safe and comfortable coming into the facility. They wore mask and prior to us coming they offered to have mask and gloves available for my husband and I. They had the vehicle that I wanted to test drive ready and sanitized. Even before we got in my sales person wiped down the door handles and steering wheel. I appreciated this because I’m high risk with Asthma.The sale went smooth as butter. I’ve bought a few cars in my day, and let me tell you it was a lot of time and hassle. My car buying experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan was the easiest, quickest process that I’ve ever experienced. However I knew exactly what I wanted because I researched online for a while until I found what I wanted.What I loved about them was that they treated me like the client and they catered to me. They recognized that I knew exactly what I wanted and they were so willing to assist me. I left there feeling, happy, excited, and that I got exactly what I wanted! They lie to pay me less for my car then posted it 6000 more than they paid me. Even told me they had to change all 4 tires. Liars.

Customer service is the worst. Someone who spoke Spanish attended me. And he was pedantic and rude, he did not even inform me well what was happening to my car. Then I contacted them and it was the same. It seems very sad to me. They are friendly when you buy but when you have a question or a car errand they serve you with annoyance. They lie and make you overspend on damages. They dont really give you solutions.

I recommend that you do not go to buy a car from this dealer, if you do not want to be lied to, because that is the main quality of the staff that works there. For me and my wife, it was the worst experience. They lied to her from the beginning. But it wasnt until after we left the dealership that we learned the truth and when we returned, my wife was told there was nothing left to do. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR THERE, go somewhere else.

For me, the worst place to buy a car are liars, scammers. They tell you one thing and at the mere hour they do what is convenient for them, with lies and once you leave the dealership with the car, for them there is no going back, they LIE TO YOU. DONT BUY YOUR CAR THERE. LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS.
