I was recommended by Hennessy Cadillac to get my car repaired here. My first time being in a accident and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I made the call to make arrangements to drop my car off to get fixed, I knew they were professional and this would be a pleasant experience. I dropped my car off the next day and it was so quick and easy. I got text notifications everyday about the status of my vehicle so I wasn’t in limbo wondering when my car would be done. It was done in a week. They did a great job in such a timely manner. I hope I never get into a accident again but if I do, I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this place!!

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work that was done on my vehicle here at Classic Collision in Duluth Ga. My vehicle took almost 3 weeks to complete. The first time I was called to pick up the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle went through a “quality control inspection” and that it looked great.” At first glance I could see that parts of vehicle that were repaired was not fitting properly. The agent that was with me while I was inspecting the vehicle was told and she took the car back to the shop immediately. They brought it back out 5 minutes later and I could tell that they tried to force the part that wasn’t fitting properly and it still looked the same and they were trying to get me to take it home. The explanation given for the reason that the part wasn’t fitting was that an after market part and not OEM part were used. I refused to take the car and requested OEM parts to be used and asked them to do the job correctly. Here is where I question the integrity of Classic. If the after market parts were used and it DID NOT fit properly you need to either then use OEM parts and make it right and you should not have passed this off as a reason for the sub par work and for that work to be considered finished. 8 days later I was contacted again being told that the problem was fixed. Coming back the 2nd time I inspected the car and could see that the way they put the part back together was STILL not fitting properly. I was very disappointed and upset for a poor job done once again I requested that I wanted them to fix the vehicle correctly AGAIN. I also spoke to the supervisor Jim and expressed my disappointment. He just kept saying that this was missed by the technicians and was dismissive about my concerns. 5 days later they contacted me again saying the car was finished. I asked for pictures of the repair before driving all the way out and once again could see that the problem looked the same in the pictures. I had to contact my insurance company to also view the pictures and make contact with Classic Collision to resolve this issue. A few days later I was contacted again and on my 3rd visit the vehicle finally looked like it was repaired correctly. This job should have been done right the FIRST time. Also for Classic to do a “quality control” inspection and for the vehicle to be deemed finished tells me that Classic is not being honest with their customers and hoping that the sub par job done is not noticed by the customers. I don’t buy the excuse that these mistakes to be just missed by the technicians or that aftermarket parts are to blame. If that’s the case then the quality of the work done here at this shop is in question. It’s either bad quality work or dishonesty. Either is unacceptable. I contemplated taking my vehicle to another shop during this whole process and as a paying customer I should never have to be put in this position. I will never use this shop again nor will I ever recommend this shop to anyone else. Classic Collision of Duluth, please look out for your customers and be please honest and do your job right the first time. If it wasn’t for your customers your business would not exist.

Did a great job repairing and paint matching my fender, my lexus has an expensive multistage paint that is rather hard to match and blend but they nailed it and its perfect.
Wait time is crazy. The service is awesome. Geico has full service there took the car. Worked it out to take the Title and pick up the check. But they are SOOO good they are SOO busy wait times are crazy long.

I work at Cadillac in Duluth and we always send our vehicles there whenever work needs to be done, so it was no question to contact them when someone broke into my vehicle. Ms Boxerman was great at keeping me up to date with status updates and when everything was completed.They also, pretty much, took me in as a walk-in and were still able to finish everything in the requested time. You will get a straight deal or analysis here. I came in with a complex situation with two insurance companies with different standards. They actually recommended using someone else as and the insurance company that would best handle my situation. Very classy. I recommend them.
They did repairs on my car in 2017. I Had to take my car back and have it repainted. Then they never got back to me regarding my diminished value claim. 2 years later I called twice for them to re issue my check. Still Waiting on a callback. I do not recommend this place at all
So happy with my experience here! Getting into an accident is never fun, but they made the process so easy. When I arrived, my rental was already waiting. Just a little bit of paperwork, they went over the damages with me and off I went. Throughout the week they sent me texts everyday to let me know how my car was doing like it was at daycare, which gave me piece of mind. My car was finished early, yay, and they gave me a folder with everything that was done and showed me around my car before I left. I would highly recommend!

After reading the reviews, I was pleased with the location and thought that it would be a great choice for me to bring my car over and have them replace the rear bumper. They were also recommended by my insurance company. However, after my visit...several months ago...I was told that I would receive a call indicating that they have the parts needed for the repair and are ready for me to bring my car in. That was several months ago. I have yet to receive any phone call. So is this what you would call professionalism?I went somewhere else where they took care of me much quicker than this location ever could. Staff is great. But the process is out of alignment because it feels like my visit was pushed off to the side and forgotten about. I thought I would come here for body work on future projects but now I am not interested. They pretty much lost my business.

I had my car serviced at this collision center yesterday. I brought the car in at around 9:00 A.M. and received a repair completion notice from Meaghan at around 2:00 P.M today. My repair was completed in less than 36 hours, with complimentary interior detailing, car wash, and tire shine. My car looked and smelled fresh!Overall Im very happy with this repair experience - the job was done quickly and Meaghan as well as her associates from Geico made the experience very lighthearted and pleasant.I initially had hesitations about not having my car serviced at Hendricks (who boasts a higher customer rating on Google), but I wont have problems recommending this shop to friends and family following this excellent experience. Great job Classic Collision. You guys rock. :)

A friend of mine had recommended me this place but for them to quote me out on a car repair, but this place is not flexible at all. Went to Gerber Collsion down the street and they were to give me a quote on the spot, no wait time or anything. With classic collssion, unfortunately, it takes them several days maybe a week later in order you can get in to see them.
I am SO happy with the work they did. It took longer than expected, but only because there ended up being more damage than expected. Insurance ended up taking care of it all and Classic Collision did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend them.The staff are great! I felt like they understood that it is important to me and that I wasnt just another customer. Special thanks to Nick Coca for putting up with my almost daily emails about updates!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only things you should expect would be a headache, Zero accountability, missed deadlines, awful communication and terrible customer service. I chose them for a repair and should have known what I was dealing with when after the estimate and before the parts were ordered or in, they told me to bring the car in. What?! For what? They didnt have an answer. They decided my point was valid. Order the parts, call me when they are in, and Ill bring the car in for a quoted 3 day repair. On a Monday, they said bring the car on Thursday, thats when the parts will be in. I gave them till the following Monday. I Called them....NO PARTS. Also....no answers or eta. It took a week more before they got what they needed and I had to call to follow up and confirm with them every time. They said the car would be done by Friday. Lie. No warning, no call, no explanation. I called to confirm I could pick up, only to be told it would be ready Tuesday. I was told theyd call back with an explanation. Friday evening came and went and the manager Chris never called back. Tuesday came and went. No car. No call. Wednesday morning, I get the oops....Just realized no one called, car will be ready after 2. No sorry. No explanation why this took days longer than promised. Nothing. I am beyond disgusted with this place. I dont even trust the quality of work to the car. ....how can I? They couldnt do the simple things right.

Chris was not able to deliver on a promised item. I explained that the head on collision damaged the right fender trim and that it was not painted or fastened properly during the initial repair. He explained that it was something else that caused it to have missing paint and become loose. He said however he would fix it. Well I got it back with dull paint on it and it has come loose again and is making a flapping noise when I drive.I decided not to take it back, just gave up and said I would live with it. The overall service was courteous and professional Meagan really makes things happen.
Highly recommend!!! After United collision put a bad taste in my mouth I took my 2011 BMW 5 series over to classic. Not only were they able to use all original parts despite my insurance company policy, they got it done faster than expected.

This shop can NOT work on BMWs. They dont know what they are doing. When replacing my headlight the new was full of water. They said give it a few months and it will dry out. The adaptive system does not work on my car anymore. The rain sensor does not work now. Geico should not push customers to a shop that cant handle or perform the work. The car is now in worse shape than when I took it to them. Then you cant get them to call you back . This place is a joke!

Brought my car here after a positive experience previously to fix the front bumper after I was struck in the front driver side in an accident. I was told that the brackets were broken which was part of the problem. The first time I picked it up, the repair guy didnt reconnect the horn so I had to bring it back. After I picked up my car the second time and took it home, I noticed that the left headlight was not aligned. I called to bring it back in and after several weeks (tech missing the appointment, not able to bring it back until later) I met with someone him else who told me that they didnt change the part, only pushed it in and painted it.I pointed out how it was not aligned and he said that must have happened after by me driving up on something. I told him no since I noticed it as I left the second time for pick up and it was not scratched underneath. He stated since the other partys insurance company already paid, there wasnt anything they could do.In sum, I made three trips to the same store and left with my car not being fixed even though they were paid.On a plus side, the staff (Wale, Laser) is friendly but I wont bring my car back again because they literally did not do what they were paid to do.Edit: From 7/2018: After my review, I was contacted by Mr. Jim Godsted, the general manager. He asked me to stop by when I had time so that he could look at my car personally. After meeting with him, he wanted me to make a follow-up appointment so that his guys could re-assess and fix the issue. That appointment was today, and Mr. Godsted had gone above and beyond for the entire process. He had the issue corrected, and even provided me with transportation to my work place while it was fixed. The level of professionalism, care, and genuine concern Mr. Godsted showed through this whole process was nothing short of fantastic. He saved my confidence in Classic Collision, and I will definitely be back as long as Mr. Godsted is there.

They lost my car. They left it unsecured, sitting out front with the key inside for several days. Haley lied and said she didn’t receive my car until I showed her proof of her signature. Crystal repeatedly told me that my car was there but when questioned after the police were involved, she said she never saw my car. Chris Madsen, the Regional Manager, called and didn’t apologize, but said they weren’t responsible for my car. Whatever you do, don’t take your car there. My personal opinion is that it is an inside job. I took them to court and won a judgment against them.
Do not use this company. They are not good at repairing cars and they have terrible customer service. Two of my wheels were damaged and I chose classic collision from a list of approved repair centers provided by my insurance company. They held my car for 2 months before deciding they couldnt fix my car. The only updates I got was when I called them. Then after not being able to fix my car they also lost my key.
My brand new car, a Subaru, was hit and it was my new baby - I was so impressed by theyre quick turn around and great communication. They dealt totally with my insurance company and I had my car back within a week looking brand new again.
Disappointed. Estimator did not wanted to take the time to estimate the damages properly, instead, did a simple guestimate with some numbers being way off just to get my car in the door. I ended up going to World Toyota for repairs.

I was in an incident where front bumper and side mirror of my car is damaged. I went to Classic Collision, which is GEICO preferred body shop. If I choose a Nissan Certified Body Shop, I was afraid that my insurance premiums will increase ridiculously. They took 4 days to repair the car and the bumper alignment has all the gaps you can see. Once when I was driving on the highway my hood opened automatically after the repair. In their warranty period I went there again, they corrected the hood latch issue, but did not correct the bumper. They promise they will use the OEM parts but not. I can clearly see the difference between replaced mirror on the damaged side with the other side. If you are willing to pay little more on insurance, Please take your vehicle to a your Car company Body repair shop.
They seem to offer great assistance in just taking care of it when it comes to the insurance company... unless your insurance is Geico. If you have Geico - good luck, they will either give you a run around or force you to take it into the Geico Express shop next door in a different building.

I needed the front end of my car replaced. I left it there for over a week, came back to pick it up after vacation (when it was supposed to be fixed), they didnt even touch it! I couldnt even take the car back with me because they couldnt even leave my key where I asked them to leave it. Terrible.
