I have little knowledge on vehicle repair. I went in and a clerk assisted me and gave me info on some headlight issues I’ve been dealing with. He came out and looked at them and guided me to the products that works best/most popular/budget options/extra parts, everything. He even let me know about the free services they provide that I had no clue about, such as installing headlight bulbs. I wish I had gotten his name!

AutoZone always seems to have what I want. They offer a military discount and the gentleman who work there are awesome. They are knowledgeable they are familiar with their products and they are helpful when you have a question. They also have several free services that are outstanding especially for the young lady that doesnt know anything about her car. They can be trusted.

Took old part in to see if they mached they did but what I needed was sold as a separate piece for additional 15$.Sales assistant said that was ok and ordered what I needed.

Employees are very helpful. I had to order the part I was looking for, they had it in the next day.

AutoZone has parts for your car. Have a check engine light on? You can take it to AutoZone and they will scan it for free and let you know what is wrong with it, I really enjoy that service a lot. They help me get the right parts that I need when I repair my vehicle which makes my life a lot simpler. Thank you to the people at Autozone!

They lied about having a very common battery in stock to try to up sell me. Just go to wal mart, the service isnt great, but their prices are better and they dont lie to you.

AutoZone is second-in-line only to NAPA. That being said they are not a bad discount Auto parts chain, I just wish these stores had more competent employees, and not just any ol cashier.

They treated my fiance like she was stupid until she proved them wrong. They quoted me the wrong price over the phone. Prices are better at advanced auto and the staff at advanced auto are more knowledgeable.

Every time I have gone in the Staff is more than willing to help out and get me what I need. They are all friendly and professional. This is now the only place I buy parts.

They could sell me a battery but couldnt install it due to having incompetent employees. By not being able to install it they voided their own warranty. Will never shop here again.

Worked with the store manager Brian and I am truly impressed with the customer service from Brian and the entire store, truly a heartfelt thank you!!! Our daughter goes to school in Dubuque, IA and got a call her car broke down. They referred us to a mechanic in town, Midas, which the referral alone turned out to be a blessing but Brian and the team at Autozone went above and beyond delivering parts to the shop my daughters car was at as we live in a different state. I am truly grateful to Brian and the members at Autozone working with me over the phone to get my daughter the right parts and getting them to the shop so we could get her car fixed. It isnt easy trying to arrange and get this all done over the phone, but Brian and his team made it so it was seamless.
