Great body work.Painted truck roof and looks better than new!

After complaining they could not get the wheel off our car they then put back on the wheel they did remove and stripped our bolts so we had to buy new ones. All they had to do to get the tire off was use a breaker bar we got it off just fine at home. Now we are out money because we have to purchase new bolts and a new baring. Poor service. I’d give zero stars if I could. Also the service from the lady and bob was rude and that’s why I didn’t even bother to try to get reimbursed for my troubles.

I have taken all my vehicles to Hanley Auto for 25 years. They have always been fair and very upfront about issues; never a surprise! The team is great to work with and I highly recommend this business.

The lady Julie at the front desk is very rude. Seriously how could you put a person like this in a customer service position. Calling her a witch would be polite. Take your vehicle somewhere else where they want customers.

Others want $630, $637, $1400, and $2,600. I dont want a fancy job I just want the light back on on the drivers side and the hood to open. Bob quoted me $150! Thats a more than fair price and the best by far in town.

This is where I go when I need body work on a vehicle. I found the work to be excellent and the prices to be fair. Over the last decade Ive had body issues with several vehicles taking care of here promptly and with excellent outcomes. I would recommend them if youre looking for a body shop.

Horrible place. had my bmw bumper replaced. came back with pock marks and the paint wore off quickly. he missed putting a piece on. took it back to fix. put the piece back on and worked to fix the marks. I picked it up and still was there, just more paint caked on over them. they still had my key fab and i called to schedule to get it and they said I owed money for the other part that I had paid for, i objected and the receptionist basically told me to screw off. time went by and I work 7 days a week and today had an opportunity to get the key, the owner said the lady put the key somewhere and he hoped she could find it. I expressed my disappointment with the work and added charges and he started yelling and screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs. wow.

Hanley Auto Body is AMAZING. We have always taken all of our work to them (for years). They are honest, reliable, and do superior quality work. In fact, this is the only place we take our vehicles for body work (even our out-of-town vehicles).

I went in here to find directions and the woman at the first desk couldnt be been more rude. She wasnt in the least interested in helping me, and couldnt be bothered to be polite. I have no idea what their service is like.

Extremely rude service!! called in to check on a few things and the lady that answer the phone was talking back like she didnt care about what I was telling her. Need improvement on phone communication skills with customers.

They sold me a really nice car cheap

Bob has always been very accommodating and helpful everytime I needed something done with my car. I had my right car door fixed replaced and painted. Paint starting chipping off and door wasnt even put on correctly. I went back to see if they could help me and the women at the front was very rude and had always been ever since Ive gone there in the past. Argued with me and didnt want to help in anyway. I would of paid for something to be done but why should I when everytime I go there she makes it a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience!! I dont recommend going there!
