This was the worst shipping i have ever done with fedex the employee that helped me was Rachna and she was very rude to me and my uncle we have been trying to send a package for 7 hours and I will not be returning here I hope she gets fired for being a very rude person and she should not be in any kind of customer service a horrible experience today at this fedex

Was trying to send a time sensitive package to my family and was given an arrival date that would have worked if not for simple fact the employee that helped me failed to let me know that they already had their last pickup for that day. I might have been 30 minutes past that cut off date (assuming the truck actually arrived on time), but It was stressed multiple times that it needed to arrive at the given date. If they had simply let me know that the last pickup already happened I would have chosen a different service. Also, why would their system let store staff pick a time that is not possible?TLDR: Employees are poorly trained and/or lack attention to detail. Stay away!
I made a mistake by walking in this location....I had a fairly big box weighing about 50 lbs. The tall lady took a look at it then said you will need to have it repacked because the box is not good, and it is going to be very expensive . Apparently she was not wiling to assist probably because of its size and weight. I ship FedEx very often (at least 200 times a year) and I know their rules on shipping containers. It looks to me that the lady just wanted to avoid work by rejecting my package. Should this type of employees be disciplined? I finally dropped it off at another FedEx store with no drama.

I haven’t interacted with Samuel but the other two ladies...yikes!!! As many people who use fedex printing regularly know sometimes when emailing a file it can take awhile to reach the destination. Especially if it has a large file size. I asked Kawthar if she could see if the email I sent the day prior was still in there system because it took so long the day before that I had to run to an appt. She seemed so annoyed by me asking her to look it up. Long story short, I just went to the FedEx location just south of 161 on sawmill. Both the ladies I engaged with on separate occasions didn’t speak when I came to the counter, was annoyed with any question I had, and overall lacked customer service skills. Operating my small business, I make frequent fedex trips. I live within a mile of the Walmart. I’d rather drive for real customer support. Printing is very expensive I need to be able to effectively communicate with the personnel at the print shop. I’ve gone to several location everyone has been really nice. It’s just Kawthar and I can’t think of the other ladies name. Please get better employees here!!!!!
Samuel was very helpful in assisting me with sending my package out and they also do passport photos as well.
