I worked with Ron at United Rentals and he took care of my business BayAreaRedwood.com with a last minute rental need we had on a Friday (see attached photo).There was a slight misunderstanding when we returned it on that following Monday with another sales agent.I called Ron and left a voicemail; he promptly called me back and took care of us.Previously we used other heavy equipment rental companies and now were in process of setting up an account.If you need you problem solved, call Ron.

I used the lift for one hr, they charged me for day and a half because of the weekend, other united branches are ok but Dublin so unfriendly, ripping people off.
