Gift cards are no longer honored. I had checked 2 days earlier if still valid and brought my kids first chance to find that on 4/22 they stopped accepting gift cards.Best thing is give a gift with receipt or cash/check. Gift cards have always been impersonal and feel like a last minute gift with no thought.
All their stores are closing. So...Its pretty much empty. They sold most of the good stuff... If you are pretty far off from this place, dont waste your gas.
Pros: Employees are nice and reasonable.Cons:I only go there because its the only establishment in the area with a claw machine! Their claw machine is badly rigged that once it touches the toy it closes and the grip strength, what a joke! Im moving out of this area; I dont see the point of going to a place of business that contain unfair machines.
Weve been coming here with our kids for years. Its always fun. We enjoy strolling around the aisles and seeing cool toys with our kids. Its great being able to see whats new and getting a sense of whats good, whats bad and whats the latest thing. If I have any complaints its the same as with all brick and mortar shops. While its fun to pick up a toy or a gift on a lark its often eye opening to scan a UPC code with the Amazon app and realize youre paying a lot more to buy it locally. For example we took my son here recently to let him look around and give us ideas for what he may want for his 9th birthday next week. He found a nerf gun which we scanned at the end cap in the store for $39.99. The same gun was $19.99 on Amazon. So yes, we could have gotten it then and there but to wait for 2 days and save 20 bucks by purchasing it online seemed wise. Unfortunately this is what eventually kills local businesses. Its a bit of a paradox and its sad, really because theres something charming and nostalgic about walking the aisles and seeing all the toys.
Just wanted to say goodbye to an old friend. As a child my mother would wait while I aimlessly wandered aisles of floor to ceiling toyful delight. Most of my childhood was just browsing but thank goodness, in time things change. The dot com boom and the out flowing of Amazon and Ebays toy river wavered my support but I appreciated things like extended Christmas hours, special events and exclusive toy offerings. There should always be room for a real, non-digital shopping experience. Thanks for all the toys and providing a showroom for childhood delights.
Good collection of toys.. Yes. But thats what this store is for. The prices are reasonable though there are places to get them cheaper. The biggest negative is the people who work there. They are not at all helpful and are a bit rude. Maybe they are overworked, but thats something for the management to look into.
This outlet has been CLOSED in october 2018. Kindly do not visit this place.
Went here to pick up an online order. Was told it was canceled because the item was out or they couldnt find it on the shelf. But i could do check the isle and see if i can find it. I went to look for the toy and it was in a pile of similar toys on the floor. I cant believe how lazy the store clerks are and how messy the store was kept. Then i was approached by a jerk store clerk who said i needed to pick up the things on the floor. i said excuse me? All of this was on the floor and isnt it YOUR JOB to pick up the organize the store. Unbelievable experience! i will never shop here again. LAZY, RUDE, MESSY and DISRESPECTFUL workers.
Sad sad day when we seen Jeffery shut his doors for the final time. I sure many many children now adults have many fond memories of walking in and playing with what seemed like such a huge selection of wall to wall toys bikes. Oddly enough even going there as an adult I still didnt mind wandering the esle with my kids watching them do exactly what I did at their age.Miss you Jeffery
We were in and out, I like that. The reason I gave 4 star, more than 1 doll seat I picked up had pieces missing. I noticed it at check out and would of been bad if we had given it to our Granddaughter for her birthday like that.
Bought some toys on the closing days my kids enjoyed shopping their items.
It was good for Christmas shopping for the kids and that was about it. Variety was never really there despite the huge store space.
Sorry to see a store I grew up with closing. I hope in the end the greedy people from the investment firms get their just reward for destroying a place that brought a lot of people you.
Since they announced the going out of business sale, things fell apart, but then again, they werent together at this location before that. Store was trashy, products scattered everywhere, no help from remaining employees, etc. Good place to go if you want to buy something you dont plan on returning.
Prefer to buy toys at my local store rather than on Amazon. ToysRUs has a great collection and always price match.
It was very peaceful and clean. Only 3 associates working there but friendly and attentive.
Closed now I think, but I bought bubbles from here and they were good
I loved TOYS R US as a kid I hate to see it going out of business. It was very confusing in the store as far as stuff being all over the place
Loved it when I was small... 35 years ago. Should have closed about 10 years ago and babysrus saved them. Then they still managed to not learn about the internet and run their 2nd chance into the ground. Good luck to their employees.
Horrible customer service. Was not greated when we were checking out. Asked for a bag for all of the small items purchased along with a large box. The cashier told us that they didnt have bags, even though there was one bag left right next to her. When we pointed it out, she said oh, you can use this one and when I looked at the other checkout stands there were bags everywhere. She was just too lazy or high to restock her supply. Very disappointing.
Great selection of toys and it is usually pretty clean and organized. Staff was great when my 4 year old got separated from us at the register.
Worst stores to visit in recent times. I tried to return a items without receipt the manager did not allow but also said that I might have bought the item from Walmart or Target at lower price and trying to return it at higher price..that is too much
Shopped at toys r us when they offered their first close-out discount. Bought some fun toys for the children in my life.
Kids loved this place. So sad it is going out of business. :(
Great place. Always enjoyed trips there.
Nice place to buys babys stuff. Staff is really friendly..
So sad they are closing. Love to spend time with my kid there
The best but will be missed forever
Good place to see and touch some toys, if you want it before buying. But more expensive than online market
Very well run establishment. I was very satisfied
Standard ToysRUs store with great choice (and sometimes prices) goods for kids
Good place for gift shopping. You will get goft for al age and price range.
Wide assortment of toys, games, bikes and baby supplies for fair prices.
I always loved this place. Extremely sad to see it on the verge of closing down.
We went on the previous day of closing. There was a minimum discount of 70 percent to a maximum discount of 90 percent but number of items are close to none.😀
Am mad that is closed was gud plaes to git toys
It is really big and good collection of toys.
Toys R us has a lot of Shopkins and I love Toy R us!
Normal toys r us with helpful employees.
Great one stopping location for toys.
Meh. They all behave as if they have something against their own customers talking twisted logic
Great staff but always understaffed and a bit disorganized.
Went to the supposed going out of business sale with with prices up to 30% off. Found NOTHING for that price and was surprised at how high there prices still are.
Best place to shop for Kids stuff 👍👍👍
Good selection, well organized, but wabted to kill myself waiting in line forever while lazy employees sauntered around on the floor doing nothing.
They are going out of business,so I would recommend that you get there soon.
Great for kids, obviously. But not so great for my wallet.
Usually Toys R Us is a total zoo but this location does a great job keeping things clean and organized in what Im sure is a daily tidal wave to child entropy.
Almost closed, has great deals
A bit overpriced. Customers made a mess if the store. Service is ok.
Kids are going to miss this place
Feel sad about close down all ToysRUs in US.
Saddly its closing :(
Seems closed now, but their close out prices were worse than before
Very helpful and friendly.
Goingoutofbusiness. Still nothing above 10% off.
They price match with Amazon. You can save a lot of money.
Going out of business. ☹
Best price good collection
Mixed Emotions only because of how and Who handled an issue I was having....
Posts false prices on signs although it specifically says what the item and the price is
The store was disheveled, difficult to navigate, and outdated compared to other Toys R Us locations. The employees were also very unprofessional. During my visit I even witnessed a cashier talk back to a supervisor.
Good toys for kids!
They say everything is 30%-50% off. But in reality you will get toys cheaper somewhere else compared to the prices here after discount. no wonder they are going bankrupt.
Bad customer service I waited 20 in line to make a purchase
Closing down, was a great toy store
Friendly staff and 1 and only 1 ToysRUS in near by City.
Staff is rarely seen, the toys are all there - but finding any specific item is difficult.
Irrelevant sense they are closing there doors.
Dont buy anything from here. You wont be able to return it. Staff is okay but seem least bothered about customers.
Sad, I grew up with Jeoffrey
Ours boys have us wrapped around their little fingers. $$$$
My kids favorite store
Daughters fav place
Great collection of toys !!!
Biggest selection of toys in my area.
Very clean, great selection
Going out of business.
Ill miss you.
Big enough to be amazed
Staffs were not trained well.
Starting showing again as price match amazon
Its an OK toys r us...
Decent collection
Good service
Well, a place for gift shopping.
Good!
This place is huge
Rude management
Overpriced
Pathetic
Gone
Memories
If there are many toys for the babies, the bad thing is that I bought a tablet and it came out defective and I went to the store with my receipt and they didnt want to change it then. I definitely didnt feel like shopping in this store
Well, there is not much to say, the store is about to close and they are liquidating everything, there is not much left.
You get plenty of POKEMON !!!
Regular toysrus
