The first time we went, to buy a leotard for our daughter, the elderly lady there measured my daughter and gave us the size. It looked a bit on the small side, and we said so, but she insisted it was correct for ballet, and we took her at her word. By the end of the first lesson, my daughter was ready to cry because it was painfully tight. We ended up getting the next larger size.The second time, we needed new pointe shoes for her. This time, we wanted to make sure we absolutely got the right size, so we asked the lady (a different one) to measure her feet. She did it haphazardly, and we asked if our daughter could try on the shoes. Then the ladys attitude turned cold, and instead of By the way, just a friendly reminder that we have a $10 fitting fee, what we got was Are you actually going to buy the shoes? Because if youre not buying theres a $10 fitting fee.She seemed to assume, because we wanted to try the shoes first, that we were freeloaders there to trouble her, or that we planned on using her to find the size and then order online. Well, we WERE going to buy from there, but not anymore. And she wont have to worry about this pair of freeloaders anymore, because were never going there again after the problems (and attitudes) of both visits.

This place was pretty good. Got all the stuff I needed for ballet. But downside was that the staff wasnt all that friendly. Otherwise, its a pretty good place to find your dance wear. My friend goes there for her gymnastics clothes and likes it too.

Great customer service!!! I waited till the last minute to purchase my daughters gymnastics outfit and Im so happy I did or I would have never stumbled upon this gem!!! I called earlier in the day, and spoke to a really nice lady who said they only had one outfit in the size and style I needed, which ended up being perfect!! The lady was even nice enough to offer to call her other locations for other colors and she would have them sent to her store for me to choose.... you really just dont get that kind of service anymore I will be coming here for all my daughters dance and gymnastics needs!!!!
