I was disappointed when my usual hangout stopped selling their toasted coconut ice cream. When I discovered that kilwin’s had it, plus a chocolate toasted coconut upgrade it instantly became My favorite spot for ice cream and sweet treats. The owner is lovely and the staff are always pleasant. It’s also refreshing to walk into a business where employees and customers are given the CHOICE to wear, or not to wear, a mask. Thank you for everything that you are doing!

My friend introduced me to Kilwins while visiting the area. Great chocolate and lots of variety. The staff were super nice and helpful. Took chocolate home to my daughter and her friends and they loved it. I am definitely a fan and will have to try the ice cream the next time I am in town.

Respectable chocolate & ice cream -- definitely worth a visit. Its a cute little shop with friendly staff and nicely package treats. However, for the price (and it is on the pricey side), I prefer the creamier and fudgier chocolate of Schmidts Fudge Haus if Im going to splurge. Same goes for the ice cream. Its good, but maybe not Jenis or Graeters good for the price point.

I get the sugar free pecan milk chocolate candy. Very satisfying when I want something sweet. No matter which store or product you buy, the service is excellent.

Best ice cream you can have in Ohio. Unfortunately, the close the Dayton location. We were in Columbus and we planned to stop here as soon as we found out there is one location in Dublin.This location is very clean and the service is great.

It’s fine, but nothing special. Both Jeni’s and Johnson’s are right across the river and your money would be better spent on either. Ice cream here was so bland we ended up just tossing it in the trash rather than waste the calories. Staff was very friendly though and store clean! Plenty of parking in the area too.

Kinda crowded. I was not familiar with the area. My purchase was fast and easy, the employee was very patient and friendly.I would go back.My plan was to eat half of the pecan carmel apple.I ate the whole thing.

This is chocolate heaven, what more can I say?? Pretzels, graham crackers, oreos, fruits (just to name a few) covered in white, milk, or dark chocolate.. The fudges are super decadent. Of course they have a nice variety of truffles, turtles, and plain chocolates. They also have ice creams (which Ive never tried). Based on everything Ive tried, Ive never been disappointed by Kilwins! Service has always been excellent as well.

Good chocolate and ice cream

We sampled many of their chocolates, and found most of them to be very good. The different flavors of bark are particularly good. Their chocolate covered cherries are excellent. The truffles are mediocre, and I would not recommend them. If you are looking for truffles, the pre-packages Godiva are better.

Everything you get here is delicious in its own way. A tad bit pricey, but to me it is worth it for the quality.

I was not greeted or acknowledged when I went in. The lady continued to wash some items in the sink and didn’t even ask if she could help me. I waited and waited and looked around but didn’t get any assistance so I left.

Love Kilwins! The ice cream is amazing -- the best in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is nicely kept. You can find cheaper alternatives, but nothing comes close to Kilwins quality. Its well worth it for a special treat or a thoughtful gift.

I was pumped to see a Kilwins come into bridge park. I get tired of either Jenis or Graters, so it is nice to have a different option. The cake batter ice cream is my fav - they have a good selection.

Kilwins is a classic go-to among friends! Everybody loves it. They also have a great selection of chocolate candies. They dont have anywhere to sit, though, so plan accordingly.

First time customer so don’t have feedback on product but customer service was extremely disappointing especially since I was the only customer in the store. Will find another local place to buy chocolate.

Service lacking; the staff may have been brand new though. Under ten selections for sugar free items. Space seems constrained as if to guide livestock.

When in this business area, it is worth dropping in for some ice cream. The ice cream is good. I have not tried other items they sell. My rating is because I am not a fan of the ingredients in their ice cream. Pretty much the same thing in many store bought ice cream. For the price, I could get better selection, flavor and likely better ingredients at a couple other ice cream shops within and about a mile away. I like Kilwins, but I would rate other ice cream businesses over them.

Kilwins was a great place to visit. All of the employees were very friendly and offered a sample of their fudge upon my arrival. I actually went for the ice cream and had the praline pecan and it was AMAZING! This place is definitely on my list of places to return to when I want great ice cream.

Fantastical like Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory, with far more personable staff. If it wasnt copyrighten by Jimmy Johns, this business should absolutely have the sign in the window that says Free Smells. Absolutely delectable treats, warm setting, quiet parlor. All around, a wonderful place to visit and overindulge in sugary delights!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Bought a 6” ice cream cake for $40. Opened it at home to find it mostly melted and re-frozen. Called during my wife’s party and the manager said “keep it, I’ll get you a full refund” we ate what we could and 1/2 an hour later, the manager said we need to bring it back for a full refund. Ended up talking to the owner who called me a liar and ended up giving me a $40 gift card I will NEVER use. I’ll never go back. So disrespectful. A total disappointment.

Nice Ice Cream

I grew up vacationing in Petoskey when everyone else vacationed in Florida. For me, the fudge, ice cream and sweets taste differently in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Charlevoix...rather than just down the road.The fudge is good, but they are limited on flavors. The ice cream is just ok, but great for kids. Go to Jenis across the river in downtown Dublin for something outstanding.
