Went to Wheel Works in Dublin for Firestone tires on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe. Justin K was extremely polite and meet all my expectations.Tires were installed and vehicle was aligned in less than two hours. The price was much less than I had expectedThank you Justin and Wheel Works I will be back with my other vehicles.

They will only work on your car if its a high paid job. I was in a pinch today, went by & spoke with Ben. My car had a screw in the tire. Ben didnt bother to come out to look at my vehicle and said they had no time to repair my tire today.Interestingly, I called back for a tire quote (it was a different person that I spoke with) and they had time install a new set of 4 tires TODAY. Unfortunately, they lost my business for any larger sales for my vehicles since they are unwilling to accommodate any other repairs that arent worth their time or even to step out to take a quick look at your vehicle.I went to Americas Tires in Dublin after that. They had someone standing on the curb to greet customers. Someone came out immediately and actually looked at the tire in question. Pulled the screw and it didnt even puncture my tire since it was a small screw. So off I went.Ill definitely remember Americas Tires in Dublin next time I need a set of tires on my vehicles.

One of my front tire got worn out while driving at 580 and I found wheel works the closest to my location. They are about to close when I arrive and I told my situation that I still have to drive back to San Mateo. They are kind enough to squeeze me in and fix my tire. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!!!

Nice service. Manager was accommodating. Had to change dead battery it was late but considering the emergency I was in and out with in no time even though it was very busy.

I always came here for wheel aligment in the past 4 years and I never felt disappointed about their quality of service. Professional and efficient. Although they are lack of staff, they are doing the best they can to meet demands of customers during this pandemic.

Good on my car repair.

I was given jun. 1 my new tire would be ready. I went in and was told the tire did not arrive and it would come jun. 3 I called and it didnt come in. I was told to check back on jun.4. I called and was told the tire came but it was 5 yrs. old so they sent it back and the replacement would be in on tues.jun.9.I called and was told they would call me back, they called me late that afternoon and said the truck had arrived after closing time and it would be mounted on my rim on jun. 10 and they would call me. They did call i set in my vehicle 30 minutes and no one came out to great me so. I called twice and the phone rang about 25 times before cutting off. I could see someone in the office and men in the work bays so I called a 3rd time and was picked up on the 6th ring place on hold then he said I would be next. The tire was installed and I left.

They guys where great help on a Saturday morning. I was travelling on 680 north to Red Bluff. In Dublin at 580 interchange I had an accident on exit ramp and the rear rim was damaged. They where able to help get me back on the road having still 190 miles to go.My car is old and only the original rim will fit. One was located in San Clara about an hour away. To shorting the story the was changed and I was on my way by mid afternoon. Did I mention did they checked the rest of my car and make sure it was safe to make the rest of my trip. I was charged for flat tire repair. A very reasonable price I want to thank them all very much but theyre kindness and concern thanks again.

I had my van serviced at the Dublin store. My experience was amazing! Bill was my mechanic. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will recommend Bill everyone to get vehicle work done. His work was done quickly and will be a customer from now on. Tyvm Bill!!!

Immediate help to fix tire

Dishonest company. I paid for wheel rotation and life time alignment and my front tires wore out in less than 20k miles. Then they tried to sell me brakes and I went to the dealer and they said my breaks were at 70%. Also tried to sell me a new battery and I called AAA to test my battery and they said it was fine. Dishonest, do not go here.

I recently locked myself out of my vehicle at the gas station near by.Like a damsel in distress, I walked over to Wheel Works and asked the store manager, Armando Garcia, for help. He greeted me professionally and offered to walk over to my car with me and one of his employee. They even walked back and forth twice to obtain the right tools for the job under the hot sun. After that, it took them just a few seconds to pop the semi-locked car door open free of charge. More importantly, I was able to return to work on time.I was not a regular customer of theirs, and they didnt have to help me in any way considering they are probably occupied with heavy workloads, Their kindness and willingness to help was greatly appreciated, and Id recommend others to check them out for any car care related issues in the future :)Thank you Armando!

I used to come here for my cars maintenance and then I stopped for about a year. When I made the service appointment again recently for tire rotation, oil change, and wheel alignment (for which Ive lifetime plan with them) I was told it would take 2 hours. After dropping the car when I came back after 2 hours, they mentioned I need new tires (even though I had only 10k on them) so they didnt did do tire rotation. they also said wheel alignment is needed, but they didnt did do it until I came back and told me. I had to wait another 2 hours for them to get to the alignment issue, because they were checking other cars. Absolutely no sense of urgency or managing time. Im not confident if they would do a decent job as the place looks very unprofessional now.

Had some car trouble when traveling through on a Sunday, when so many shops are closed. These guys squeezed us in and got us back on the road. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable; a joy to work with!

Ive brought several different fleet vehicles to this shop many times plus my own car over the last few years. Never had anything but a good experience.Bought tires, had flats fixed, got battery load tests and other tire shop type services...incl free air fills on the spot in high pressure commercial vehicle tires that are 75 psi - well beyond the pressure capabilities of any gas station compressor I tried. That solved a real headache.Armando, the service manager, is very professional and definitely runs the show.Ill be back soon for 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3+ tires on my personal car for all these reasons.He has always delivered on time. Even had a check engine light diagnosed as a walk in for free with zero sales pitch after. That seems rare these days.The Oreilly Auto Parts in the same building and the Churchs Chicken on the corner make for a hat trick of convenience.

Worst service ever. I brought in my car for a flat tire at 10am. Rep told me it will be done around 12. Came back at 5pm when they were about to close and was told my tire hasnt been work on. No apologies or reason why it wasnt fix. The rep had no care in the world to fix the situation. I requested a refund with complaining and vowed to never give them my business ever again.

No problems. They do what I ask and seem considerate of customers. Suggested necessary work but not pushy about it.

They did a good job on replacing brake pads and rotors on my Mazda 3. The only problem I had was getting someone on phone.

I tried to get an appointment for care care service from Dublin CA location on 2/23/19 on 2/20/19 via online scheduling. Shortly after store called me and said they ar not taking appointment on Saturdays and just drop the car early. I said okay and on 2/23 saturday I dropped my car for simple tire rotation. I have waited all day long and not a receive call indicating my car is ready. I call the shop at 5:30 PM no answer and I decided to go to shop anyways because they are closing 6:00 PM. As I ask if my car is complete they said sorry because there were so many appointments etc... Remember I tried to get an appointment they said no appointment on saturdays !! This was a total waste of my and others since I ask a ride to go to shop in both ways.

Theyre polite enough, but they seem to be incompetent / stoned / drunk half the time. Its taken them three visits to get my brakes done properly on my vehicle (seriously, yes, three visits and counting). Yes, they are re-doing them free of charge, but they cant seem to get it right the first time. There are other issues but these people seem to really, really not know what theyre doing.

They wanted to charge me $142.00 to change my headlight light bulb and said they had remove the whole bumper to do it. I knew they where wayyyyy over charging me ! I went to different auto repair shop in Castro Valley the mechanic took 1 minute to unscrew and replace the light bulb for $25!!! He said there was NO need to take off my whole bumper to replace the light bulb! I had to go there for a Lyft inspection but watch out !!!! Total ripoff place! Yes I’m a girl but not that dumb to question a head light light bulb for $142.00! Men watch out too because when I question him his excuse was that what his computer tells him to charge customers! With a click of a button they over charge you IF YOU LET THEM!

Most unprofessional Wheel Works I have ever been to. Over the phone they give you appointments but when you go there at the time of your appointment, they will not find you in the system and will not give a damn about anything. I would never go to them again.

Had the Bridgestones I needed for my Prius in stock. Cheapest in town and easy to work with. ThxUpdate: In July 2017 I bought a complete new set of Firestone Fuel Fighters and have even used two of my unlimited free tire rotations with zero issues.I drop of my car when I go to work and its always done on time when I get back. Not sure how to rate but I am upset hence a one statr. Went to buy all new tires signed up to pay 600 dollars. Asked them to help put the front plates in the back. Manager said liability in case if the plates fall. Lol so you expect me to trust you with my tire swap but not plate. Asked to speak with the manage Alfonzo or Alberto dont remember. The guy made me wait 10 minutes and still no show. I canceled order and wentt to big o tire tire. Great service there and better price.

Horrible place to bring you vehicle for an oil change dropped off my truck around 2 and was told I will be called when it is ready. I never got a call, around 7:00 I called and was told by 7:30 it will be ready Im there at 7:40 only to see my truck still in the parking spot not worked on yet and had to wait at least another 30 min until it was ready. STAY AWAY!!!!

I came here to my tires from Tirerack installed. The entire process was straightforward and quick - I was done in about an hour, including an alignment check.

Worst experience i have had from a tire store. Armando calls me to say it would be completeted in 40 minutes. I arrived at store and found the spare tire wasnt even off the car yet. I waited another hour for them to complete the job. They stripped off the lock and now need to buy another lock key for the nuts. Do not go here

They dont deserve even 1star. Just to change the cabin air filter they asked me to leave my vehicle for 2hrs. I went to Oreilly which is next door and replaced cabin filter in 10mins. Employees have worst attitude.

Very bad experience. Their Wheel Alignment equipment is not right - that i can say. I have lost my tires after I have got my alignment done from this shop. These guys never acknowledged it is their mistake whereas Wheel Alignment from other shop confirmed that it is an issue in rear.Never going to get at least Wheel alignment done from this shop.

I have dropped in a couple of times and made one appointment. In all cases, I was treated professionally and courteously, the work was done expeditiously and at a reasonable cost.
