I was so sad when Crown Kia was purchased by Celebration KIA. Celebration KIA service department is HORRIBLE! I went in for regular maintenance of my Kia Stinger and was informed there’s a recall of a vacuum pump. Boy, was that a mistake and my behalf. They don’t greet you, the vacuum pump was installed incorrectly which affected the performance of my sports vehicle. RUN, run, run from that dealership because they are so inexperienced it’s unbelievable!

Im very particular about who I have work on my car and I always prefer coming to Crown. My last trip was a complete suspension change and I will admit, I was nervous about it. I spoke and worked with Daniel Harris, the service manager, and told him what I was looking to do. Not only was he able to ease my mind but kept me informed each step of the way. It helps to have car folks work with you on your passion and understand the level of care that is necessary. Victor was able to explain a few intricacies that I didnt know and I will gladly be back. Theyre quick, efficient, and most importantly, they get it right the first time.
Excellent service from the time I arrived until departure. Jesse Newland kept in contact with me throughout the time I waited for my car, and for the first time I road with the tech who serviced my car to make sure that a wind noise I heard in the cabin had disappeared. Great experience.
I took my car in to have an additional key fob programmed. There was a glitch in getting the pairing done, but I am a happy owner/driver now! I worked with Jesse Newland, their service manager. He handled all aspects of my encounter with clarity, confidence and expertise!
Daniel Harris was very kind and helpful. There was a mixup about what services I needed for my car that day, but Daniel corrected the matter super quick. This service department is on the other end of town, but we are willing to make the drive due to the great service we get here.

Just bought a 2020 Sportage from Crown and me and my wife love it! We worked with Kaiwan Jackson and his manager to get a good deal. They were very professional and calm and didnt try to push anything on us, they even had the finances and payment plan worked out for me before I came in so that I knew what I was getting into. Ive had some bad experiences with dealerships and salesmen and I was glad that this was a much better run dealership with quality salesmen. Kaiwan even called a few days later to check in and make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. Good place to buy a car!
I came in for an oil change. What I truly appreciated was Daniel telling me that he would have me out in an hour and he did exactly that! What a blessing that It never takes long at Crown Kia but I have never had a time when they told me it would be an hour, and that is all it was.
Alex Greenland was very professional in working with me in setting up the work on my car. He also had my battery checked to see if I needed a new one and determine battery was ok, so it saved me money. Been going to Crown to have my car maintenance for 7 yrs now and Alex and others have always been great to work with.
When I took my Kia Optima into Crown Kia for an oil change, I was greeted immediately by Service manager Daniel Harris as I entered the service bay entrance. He took my information and took my car back quickly. He was very friendly and efficient as well. My service was completed promptly and my car was washed.When Daniel Harris came into the waiting room to get me he already had the paper work completed and I was ready to go. He told me that they had also rotated my tires which was due but I had forgotten to mention it.I received exemplary service from Daniel Harris and I’m very satisfied with my experience at Crown Kia

I was contacted by Kaiwan Jackson after filling out an online form. We set up a time and he had the car I wanted sitting right there waiting for me when I arrived. He didn’t try to talk me into anything else or waste our time. I went for a test drive, traded in my poorly cared for Honda, signed some papers and was out the door with my beautiful little red Sportage. I’m thrilled with it and the service I received. Kaiwan was also very respectful of my time. I told some dude at ricart I’d made a purchase and had to block his number because he continues to attempt to contact me. Thanks Kaiwan! Hope to see you again when my shiny little car loses her sparkle.

(In continuation from previous review) on 3/22/21I later read in my print out on 3/22/21, when the CAT finally was replaced that my alternator was only pushing out 11 volts on 3/9/21. Sure enough, I did not make it home safely that day. I spent several hours waiting for AAA to tow my car to a family mechanic, as my alternator had gone a street away from my house. I understand things happen, but it was Kias responsibility to tell me just how unsafe my car was to drive home. Luckily my alternator was replaced by a trustworthy mechanic and I waited again for the CAT part to come in. The Catalytic Converter is a pretty pricy part that was fortunately covered under warranty or else I certainly would have left this nightmare waaaay before this time.On Wednesday 3/17/21, Jesse had finally called to explain that the CAT part had come in and that I would need to set up a time to come in. We agreed on 3/22/21 and the process began again. I took the car in on 3/21/21. I want to remind you that without my Dad, I would not have been able to go to work any of these days as a rental was not offered again this time around after ALL the trouble. Jesse called my Dad at noon on 3/22/21 explaining that the car was finished. Since nothing has ever gone right, I knew going in that something would not be right yet again. While signing paperwork, my Dad asked Jesse if my check engine code had been cleared. Jesse said that it had and that the mechanic had driven the car to ensure everything was accurate. Immediately upon entering my car, the check engine light was still on. I pulled back around and asked Jesse why he had lied to my Dad and he replied Im sorry and that everyone had left for the day so I would need to return later in the week if I wanted the code cleared. Absolutely inexcusable from a sales manager to act the way he has the past month. I have experienced HORRIBLE customer service from Crown Kia and especially from Jesse Newland. I will never recommend this company to others!
I was helped by Jesse Newland and the service was great. I noticed my newer vehicle was pulling to the right and definitely shouldnt be yet. They found out I had a bad toe and fixed it and did the alignment. After I got the vehicle back home I even received a phone call from Jesse confirming that everything was well on my trip home and was told to reach out to him if I have any more issues and hell gladly get me taken care of. Its not often I have people check back on how my service was after i left. It shows me he isnt just trying to get me in and out and make his money but that he truly wants to take care of his customers.
Alex Greenland has always been professional since my boyfriend and I have started coming to Crown Kia. Alex is polite, do his best to take care of you, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Alex for your great customer service because knowndays you cant find it.
My experience at Crown, up until a month ago was extremely positive. In January of 2020, I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte, which essentially became my dream car. I took it to get an oil change once and it was great. The second time was much different. This time, I took the car in to get an oil change and fuel injector service. Immediately after picking my car up, I noticed that there was an issue with the way it was driving. I ended up having to take it back up their twice, at the advice of Alex Greenland, my service advisor. Both times, he put band aids on the problem, didnt fix a thing, and was generally non-communicative about what was going on. I bring my car up a fourth time, to finally see what needed to be fixed at the beginning of last month. I was given a loaner car and told it would only be a few days to fix it. Multiple weeks go by, in which I have to be the one to reach out for updates for Alex, not the other way around. Finally, about 2 weeks ago, Alex gets transferred to another Crown dealership (odd timing) and I find out that the hold up is because Kias internet service got hacked (sounds like a gigantic excuse). Finally, 2 days ago, I get told that I can pick my car up. Now, Im left wondering whether, my 2 year old car, with less than 40,000 miles on it, is permanently damaged. The Crown service department (besides Jesse) was incredibly uncommunicative this entire time and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality service I received from them. Needless to say, I wont be back.
NIGHTMARE experience! This company does NOT care about their clients safety!!My nightmare of an experience with Crown Kias service department began on Tuesday 2/16/21. My check engine light had come on in the previous days and I had also noticed a bit of shaking coming from my steering wheel and car in general. At the initial appointment, I worked with Alex Greenland (who has since moved to another dealership). He informed me that my Catalytic Convertor needed to be replaced but that Kias system was down and he would call in a few days to let me know if this was covered under warranty. He also informed me that the shaking was due to a bad tire belt and that I would need 2 tires replaced. Since it was later in the day, he attempted to send me on my way and to replace when my Catalytic Convertor was done. I asked him if this seemed safe and he began to say well.. Im not sure. I asked if we could have these replaced and that I was happy to wait. In the end, this did get replaced and so began the process for the Catalytic Convertor...Alex did not inform me that happened to be his last day with Kia. I sent him an email the following week on 2/23/21 to follow up on the Catalytic Convertor part that he assured me would take 2-3 days to come in. He explained that he no longer worked with Kia but that it would be a smooth transition with the new service team member, Jesse Newland. This was very much quite the opposite.My Dad began helping me in the process as I work similar hours to the dealership and am unable to make calls throughout the day. He spoke with Jesse on 2/24/21 and was told that the Kia system was still down and that we had to wait to ensure it was under warranty. He stated that he would call us as soon as the system was back up. He did not. My dad had to follow up several times. Any update they could have given us would have been appreciated. We gave Jesse the benefit of the doubt and scheduled our service for Monday 3/8/21.Jesse requested that we drop my car off the night before to ensure the car would be plenty cool for them to repair. This was not a problem and we complied and my car was 2nd in line the night of 3/7/21. On the envelope I filled out the night I dropped the car off, I marked down that I could pick the car up on 3/8/21 at 4:30 PM. Assuming no issues, my Dad and I arrived at the expected time that day to pick up my car. Jesse explained that their team had NOT even started working on my Catalytic Convertor repair. He attempted to send me home with a poor excuse of Im sorry. I asked if a rental car would be possible to obtain so that I could get to work the next day and he refused this request, stating that they did not have any. He finally agreed to have a mechanic stay over to work on this repair. An hour later, my Dad received a call from Jesse explaining that they had ordered the wrong Catalytic Convertor part and that I could come pick up my car.As frustrated as I was, my Dad and I went back to pick up my car and to wait... again for another part to come in. As I drove just a few streets over to Avery Road, I noticed an awful smell coming from my car and sure enough my battery light came on following. My car began to smoke and I called my Dad to call Jesse to see what was going on.The morning of 3/9/21, my Dad finally reached Jesse to inquire about this light and why it ironically came on as soon as I left the dealership. Jesse was not apologetic in the least and stated we will take a look at this once the CAT was replaced. I then called Jesse during my lunch hour to explain what was going on and that I wanted my car to be looked at today as I did not feel safe in my car. He said that he could not promise anything. I took off work early, yet again, and my father and I arrived at the dealership that afternoon. A diagnostic test was ran and my alternator was diagnosed as failing. A weird coincidence it was but NO ONE offered to charge my battery to get me home safely as they knew my car was at 11 volts but did not bother to tell me this. (Please see next review)

Hes always very friendly and very thorough on explaining details, the frame that he gives to complete a service is pretty spot on. We were car shopping for our son with another dealership, where we had agreed on a deal and were coming in to sign paperwork and bring it home when they sold the car out from underneath us. In a panic we met with Mark Andrijowych at Crown Kia, who was such a nice guy. He was extremely professional, courteous and very helpful! He got us the exact same car (but with upgraded floor mats) while honoring our original deal from the other dealership. He really saved the day, completely turning around the whole situation into a quick, easy, happy experience. He even spent extra time with my son to go over features in the car and told him to call him if he had any questions. We are so happy we went to Crown and worked with Mark.
My service due notification came on so I called to schedule an appointment. Alex was able to get me in the next day for maintenance. They completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Alex Greenland and Crown Kia.

I bought my car at Crown and have it serviced there all the time. My fiancé, who lives in Cincinnati, decided to get his new Kias first oil change here while he was in town. They were able to fit him in no problem. He was utterly dumbfounded to find out they had a shuttle service that would have taken him back to work/home (if central Ohio...not all the way to Cincy!) and then pick him up again when the car was done (he didnt need it, but was amazed that they offered it...). When he picked his car up later, he texted me to tell me they had washed his car! All this was new to him - this has not been his experience at dealerships. Crown has great customer service - something that is becoming more difficult to find these days.
Crown Kia made a warranty repair on my 2019 Kia Niro. They helped me get scheduled at a convenient time, and got me in and out of the service shop as quickly as possible. After service my car was received back in great condition and had even been washed. Thanks, Crown Kia!
