Great selection with the used CDs. Enjoy looking for music that was popular in my school days of the 90s. Cant wait to enjoy Nirvana and tell my 15yr old daughter how they started my grunge yrs. 😂

I love this store they got just about everything when it comes to music and movies. The prices are really reasonable as well.

Used to go to these before CDs became obsolete, now I get more joy from seeing the anime and movie merch, and cool snacks! They have good shirt deals periodically as well.

I love how awkward this store is lol. Clothes, action figures, huge chocolate bars, and lots of music. I never know what Im gonna find in there but I do appreciate all the Jack Skellington stuff.

FYE sent me a box of six pops. Sent it ups. Ups damaged it and tagged it damaged. The box looks pierced by a forklift blade or some other industrial type accident squishing in one end quite a ways and . My driver tagged the box as damaged. I took pics and even video. Tried many times to do the web claim form for UPS, their links won’t work to upload my video or photo evidence. Tried over and over for HOURS To figure out how to get that to work, over a weekend and beginning of the week. Not good with the computer stuff. Think it is the ups site. Talked to ups. Told her the links don’t work and can a ups processing center be my contact point to verify that because is indeed quite significantly damaged, as tagged by driver, and that hey look at it. Your links don’t work. Please help. Nope. We damaged it keep it 5 days to be inspected. Ok. Can I get a replacement order or a refund. Nope. Deal with FYE, we damaged their shipment not yours. WTHECK???!!Then I began trying the online process for them. Tried calling the store. Nope can’t help you. Tried the customer service portal and all they do is delay everything past the point you actually needed the product for. Now it is going to be either a month or two or NEVER that I get anything for my money! FYE will steal you blind! Even when a shipment is damaged by ups! While stuff is in transit the planned event will pass, my gift will not be present at said event, I look like a moron. That is what happens with FYE. Even if they gave me all my money back they have still ruined plans and a gift and just do not care at all. I’ll try to find a way to share some video on media for the public if you want to see pictures and video of what ups and @fye #FYE provide for your purchase price! I may go film a ruined Adam bomb themed #funko party with no as planned Adam bomb funkos to open. If you want endless hassles and zero usable product for your purchase price by the date you need something, buy six of something in stock at FYE. You’ll have a ruined event even if the package arrived a week before the event like I did. If the shipper damages your stuff you’re burned. If FYE messes up and triples your order, you’re burned. If you depend on an FYE in stock advertised product to be there when they say it will, or to not be damaged, or your order to be right, you will be disappointed. And they will do everything they can to keep you from being able to remedy that. The stores are pointless. They can’t receive fye property that arrived damaged? Or won’t? FYE doesn’t insure ME against my investment in their product being damaged in transit, or usable at all? Or that an event a week after the arrival of their product will have a proper box of six never before opened box of six Adam bombs in it for a child to open as a gift at a designed and detailed funko party? Where we counted on them one last time? After already screwing us? WowThis place is awful. Period. Places like FYE hate google local guides and other media content producers. They expose them to the masses. Do your part guides!! Rate every day! Goods services and locations!I love other retailers for funko. They love customers and content producers and google local guides, because they provide valuable public information. And they understand if I need a product a week after the delivery date, and the shipper and them mess up, they’ll make it right. Even if I can’t upload to their sites and pages or whatever. Guess what I make content and shop online and rate things it’s what I do. so if all I get for my money is to help even one other person from losing money shopping at FYE, then fine. They Make talking to someone on the phone impossible and returns impossible even when the shipping company damages your goods.

They took this store out of my local mall and now I have to drive 30 mins to get there but with their exclusive merchandise its worth checking out from time to time.

Music selection is extremely poor now which is sad this used to be one of the go to spots for music. The pop culture selection is great though. Prices are higher than most comparable stores.

The only reason I go to Tuttle Crossing is to visit FYE. Ive loved shopping at FYE since I was a kid and its awesome to have one close to my house. Great selection and really nice staff.

FYE is a great store if you or someone you love is a total geek. You can find just about anything there, from a giant wall of Pop figures (somewhat more than Ive found other places like Hot Topic and always on some sort of sale) to various t-shirts, a wall of Marvel and Harry Potter stuff, and great DVD sales. Its also where I get my magnets and keychains.

Literally had rows and rows of things I enjoyed. Classic movies and items definitely took me back to my child hood.

A little pricey but they have a very high overhead because theyre in the mall. They have a big variety of movies and games. Store was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. Ill go back again.

I would have to say its a pretty cool store. Whatever they dont have they can order for you. They give a good price on buying movies. They have all kinds of movies and CDs.

I love this store! They have a very nice vinyl selection here, and I have purchased several records here. Also lots of random popular culture items to browse around. If you still collect CDs they have a pretty good new and used selection with great prices.

Staff was friendly, cashier will try to offer you a discount card good for 10% off your purchase as well as good for some other stores, being in retail understand companies promoting these things...but this associates pitch to me was it will save you 10% here and these other places...its a free trial so cancel if you dont want to keep it...you can cancel it right away If you want dont think that helps support the program

So many good movies to choose from from action to drama they have it all. You can still find CD and records here for you crazy throwback kids. That just the top of the iceburg though, the have so much fun stuff here to look at and play with. Like Harley Quinn cereal. WHAT! That right it even comes with a Harley Quinn Funko Pop. There are not many good music and media stores left but this is definitely one of them. Lots of popular fan merchandise, a wide range of DVDs and Blu-ray, and still carrying a decent selection of CDs. You can even burn albums at the kiosk making possible to get some things rare and forgotten. This is one of my primary reasons to visit the mall.
