This is my favorite of their stores to stop at in the Columbus area. The store may be smaller compared to others but the staff here is so helpful and friendly. I dont feel like all they care about is making a sale or upselling you. Store is always clean and it is in a nice strip mall with lots of other great stores.

I am in LOVEEEE with this place. I am now crazy about their candles and i am buying them like crazy. Make sure to register your email and phone number with them and everytime you buy give them your phone number so you can get points and every 75 point you will get a free full size body care item worth $16.50. You will not believe how many of those free items i have. The 3 wick candels is a must have. I burn them after cooking they take all the unwanted smells out.

Bailey has to be the best associate I have ever interacted with at this store. She’s kind. Answered all my questions with Professionalism. I will be coming back just for her.

I was happily greeted, I was told about the sales going on that day, and the sweet employee (unfortunately Ive forgotten her name) explained the checkout process due to Covid-19 safety rules. The employees made it a very pleasant shopping experience.

This store smells very good. They also seem to be doing well at enforcing COVID guidelines.

Overall a good experience. These retailer stores are doing their best, whilecomplying with the mandate of wearing a mask and keeping patrons 6 feet apart as imposed by the moronic Governor Dewine.

First off I love Bath and Body Works. Have so much of it at my house. But today went for the candle sale. There were a lot of people but thats to be expected. The employees were all very sweet and helpful and even though Im sure they were all exhausted they had smiles on their faces. Was in and out without any hassle. Great job!

Good prices...COVID numbers in place... only a handful of people in the store...

Stopped here the other day and had an awesome experience! Everyone was helpful and the store was very organized. Sherri went above and beyond helping us out and she made our transactions super easy!

Drove half an hour to this specific store because I was always treated well and all staff always friendly and helpful. But today when I arrived at 6:30 (website says closes at 7) and there were no other signs posted saying different I ended up standing in the rain with my daughter (after watching two others walk through the door) just to have an employee turn her back to the door untill I raised my voice loud enough for her to hear me just to recieve a dirty look and we closed at 6) Ive always had great service here before this and was really discouraged by this

Visited this location today while we was in line the lady in front of us was called up then the cashier told us we wasnt in line and had to go to the back of the line. Also when we finally got called up we wasnt greeted.
