I came to Mr. Tire because a rear tire on my vehicle wasn’t maintaining pressure. They found a screw in the tire, patched it up, and had it back in working condition in a very short period of time. The repair cost was very affordable as well. In my experience, Mr. Tire has always done a great job of delivering quality repairs at reasonable prices, which is why I have continued to come back for many, many years. Thanks, Mr. Tire!

Where do I start. Called yesterday to bring a 2019 Honda in for brake service. Set it up to bring in at 8am today. Front desk person was courteous. Was called approximately 20 minutes later and was told this was probably under warranty. Was informed that the top ASE MASTER mechanic that gets paid $130000 a year says its covered under Honda. Fine. No problem so far. Return to shop to pick up vehicle. TOP ASE MECHANIC was at front desk. I politely ask, so were the brake rotors really that bad?. This ASE MASTER mechanic proceeds to say, I get paid by the job bud. Im not even wasting my time on that. Not even going to look at it bud in a VERY disrespectfulfashion. Have to admit, as a Dublin resident and a US Veteran, have never been more disrespected th3n than how this Master mechanic spoke to me. What a complete joke. I plan to make this place famous for how they treated me. Dont waste your time even bringing. A lawnmower here. ASE man should take a $130000 class on manners and respect. Horrible.

Excellent Service! I have an Audi SQ5 that can be difficult with parts etc, and this particular location goes above and beyond their service checks. I had a nail stuck in my tire and they found it during their complimentary service check. I specifically only drive to this location, because their service is excellent and not all locations are equal and owned by the same.

Honest auto repair shop. On vacation from Florida, and had noisy tires rotated and balanced, also had a stripped wheel stud replaced. Out and back on way in 1.5 hours at a very good price.

Went to get my ac recharged but the machine was down so the technician recommend an alternative shop. Very nice guy and I recommend this shop.

My husband and I live just a mile or two away, so the first time we went here it was because it was close by. Now we take our vehicles here because they do such a good job, provide great customer service and are always very accommodating. Several times weve had to drive straight there to drop vehicles off before wed even made an appointment (like yesterday when my trucks steering all of a sudden went kablooey), and theyve always gotten us in quickly. And unfortunately, our vehicles have needed a number of costly repairs (mines 13 years old, my husbands is 15), and they always try to give us discounts wherever they can. Highly recommend them.

I used to live in Dublin and always trusted these guys. Now I live downtown, where I had another shop replace my brakes. This other shop then told me I needed ~$2000 of suspension work. Since I was heading up to Dublin, I brought the car back to Mr. Tire and asked them to look it over and give me an estimate. They checked it out, and said I needed NOTHING done! So one of these shops is telling the truth and the other isnt. I have to believe the shop that DIDNT try to do a bunch of repairs, right? What incentive would they have to lie? From now on Ill make the trek to Dublin for all my work on all my cars. So impressed with their ethics (and with the prices they have charged me for work in the past).

This location is easy to get in and out of, opens early in the morning so you can drop off your car to be worked on. Their front desk Was clean and felt inviting at the same time. I would highly recommend this team to work on your car, they were very helpful!

Our New Go-To Mechanic! Roy was excellent to work with. We went in for an oil change, (which was already a great value) and brake inspection on our company delivery vehicle (2008 Chrysler Town & Country).To no surprise, all of our brake pads, rotors, calibers were shot. Mr. Tire (Roy) worked with our budget and empathized with us as a small business. I feel that we got a really great deal - he even bundled things and discounted as much as he could for us!We decided on a service around 10:30 AM and they had all of the work done by 12:00 Noon. Quick & Quality service is important to us, as our vehicle is crucial to our business.We came to them *stressed out* and were met with friendly, knowledgeable service (with a sense of humor). Roy was reassuring and explained things on a level we could actually understand, and he was never once condescending (as many shops & auto parts stores had been with us). I cant express how much I appreciate how they have helped us. We are a mom & pop shop and every penny counts for us. Mr. Tire on Dublin W.Bridge Street got my car in for an oil change and a tune up quickly. They offered me multiple times and when they needed to replace my spark plugs as part of the tune up they completed it before I needed to leave for another appointment. Efficient and knowledgeable! Tim at the front counter even gave me multiple quotes for some other maintenance I will need in the future with honesty and no attitude for the multiple questions. My go to place for local car care!

Tim and Roy seem nice and accommodating but something always is wrong when I go here. Once they got something on my paint that had to be buffed out, once they left a wrench on my brake caliper that kept my wheel from turning(could have caused accident), once my receipt was wrong so I have no proof or warranty for work done and last visit they are charging for work that was clearly not done. I confronted Tim and he gave me a bs reply which was disheartening. I suggest you go to boyds goodyear on godown if you can.

I came in today bc my tire picked up a metal fragment and they were able to patch it! I get my oil changed there too and they again, never try scare tactics to get more out of me. Twice we have left being so impressed with Mr. Tire’s customer service, car service and efficiency. The people (specifically Ray!) explained exactly what was happening in our car, gave us multiple options for how to fix and talked with us about their recommendations. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable. Because we’ve had such great experiences here, my whole family now goes here for our oil changes and any car issue!

I worked with Mr. Tire a few years ago and they did a great job fixing my cars brakes at a reasonable price. Today, I brought my car in for a free brake inspection. Tim and his team were very forthright and honest and showed that my brakes still had plenty of life left. This was contradictory to what the dealership told me last month during my oil change! I left work and had a flat tire. Josh at Mr Tire was extremely helpful. He was fast and knowledgeable and had my flat tire patched in 30 minutes at a busy time of day. We were sold on Mr. Tire (Bridge St, Dublin) when our dealer said we needed new brakes and we got a second opinion at Mr. Tire. They said our brakes were fine and did not charge us. We have been a customer ever since. We dont take are cars in and get $1000s of recommended repairs like you do with the dealers or stores. It is hard to find an honest car repair shop but we feel we are in good hands with Mr. Tire of Dublin.

Tim reviewed my options and provided his recommendations for the make/model and age of my car. It was ready at the time specified without any issues or problems. This Mr. Tire did wonderfully. The manager Roy always has a good sense of humor and an eye out for the customer. We have followed him from another Mr. Tire where he was a mechanic and him being manager at this unit with an equally welcoming staff really provide an experience akin to a local mechanic feel. Supplied services requested and gave what was needed in a timely manner.

I came in the other day and was helped by Tim. I informed Tim that I needed an oil change and that I felt as if something might be wrong with my tire. Tim proceeds to find an online coupon for my oil change that saved me $10, which I was grateful for. After my car was serviced, Tim advised me that I nothing was wrong with my tire. That it was more of annoyance than a mechanical issue and that I could spend the $350 to fix it but it wasnt necessary. I listed off other services trying to find a solution, such as an alignment, and Tim told me there was no indication that I needed anything. I say all that to say this, when Tim has plenty of opportunity to take advantage of an young, ignorant, female, he didnt. He was completely honest. Kudos to integrity !

**WOMEN BEWARE**took my car here to get a flat repaired because tire had a nail in it. i was told the tire was repaired but went flat the next day! took it elsewhere and found out the nail was still in the tire and no repair was even done even though i was charged for it! beware of these scam artists

I bought my tires at Mr. Tire last summer and came back to have them rotated and checked before a road trip to Virginia. Love the free tire rotation and they checked my brakes. Great people and great service. Will definitely be back when I do need my brake pads replaced.

It was 95 degrees out and my A/C went out a day before I needed to drive out of state for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I was sure getting my cars A/C fixed was going to be a pain but it wasnt at all! I got an appointment the same day and they were nice. I trust that the price was fair and the staff were helpful and fun. The shop seems focused on customers as well as on getting good work done. It is so different from another place I went in the area.

I was driving my car when it suddenly shut off on its own accord. I was also supposed to drive to Chicago that day. They got me in and did a full inspection with plenty of time for me to get on the road. The lobby was also much cleaner than most shops Ive been to before. Would definitely use again.

I visited this place for oil check and other fluids. They checked it and top it up with no fee. Also they dont recommend any maintenance if it is really not required, not like different places where based on time and miles some services recommends. I like this place and will surly suggest this place.

After another Dublin tire dealer was taking too long to get back to me on top of trying to sell me a tire that was twice as expensive as what I requested in my online appointment, I called Mr Tire based on other reviews. They were awesome! No attempts to sell me a more expensive tire after I let them know my needs and they said they could take me right away. Got there in about 15 minutes and was in and out in about 30 minutes total on a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended.

I bought some rims through Tire Rack and the tires through Mr. Tire. When I showed up for my appointment, the tires were mounted, balanced and ready to go. I was out the door fairly quickly with an alignment check. Service with a smile! Recommended!

Was having problems with my car. Went in they fixed my brakes did an oil change and changed a belt for me. I got the car back the same day and I already noticed a difference in that the squeaking was gone. Roy was a nice guy and helped us out big time!

After being told by several places that it would take about 2 hrs to fix a flat including wait time, I called THE Mr. Tire. I dropped off my car, went to grab lunch and 40 min later I received the text that car was ready for pickup. Thats right, you dont have to keep calling to get your car back ... they will let you know. No hassle, no BS, no time wasted. Extremely happy with how things went.

Needed tires for my son while home from college. They were able to get us in when we needed. Great customer service & they always do amazing work!11/15/18– Only more great things to say about Mr. Tire! In the first winter storm of the season today I found myself with a flat. Without an appointment they fit me into their busy schedule and were able to get me safely back on the road. Once again they have went above and beyond, I would recommend them to anyone.

At 1 PM I notice I had a leaking tire. This was the only place in the area that could help me by the end of the day. Great place for an oil change as well. Prices I think are pretty good. Front desk workers are great entertainment and are super knowledgeable about what kind of maintenance is best for your car. Also there is free WiFi in their waiting area which is a bonus. Would be happy to come back.

Very impressed with the willingness of this location to do what they can to help. I had a low tire on a busy holiday travel day, while they couldn’t get me in, they made the time to fill my tires.

The technicians here were very friendly and timely, even as I needed an impromptu tire patch right towards the end of the work day. Josh was able to get us taken care of and back on the road within no time flat!! Very impressed with the service here, even as a first time customer to this location.

Went in for an oil change, was recommended for a brake replacement (rear pads and rotors). I just had them replaced a year or so ago and was suspicious of that. To be safe, I paid a mechanic to take a second look, brake pads have More than half of life left and the rotor is perfectly fine. What a ripoff.

These guys are great. They diagnosed my car for free and actually called me back when they said they would. It is pretty shocking when a repair shop does what they say they will do. Josh was great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I replaced a tire a couple months ago at another tire place and that placed checked my other tires and said they were fine but this time, at Mr. Tire, the mechanic here actually noticed a problem and he showed me that back tire and I noticed too that it was VERY VERY bald! This is probably the best car service I have ever received in my 25 years of living. This is also the first business review I have ever left because the service was so great that I had to write about it. I came into the shop because my steering wheel was vibrating and they said I need a wheel balance and possibly an alignment. I left back for work and they called me back to notify me that an alignment is not necessary. I appreciated their honesty and trustworthiness. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to all of my friends.

This was the worst customer service possible. Tim and Roy were rude, dishonest, and unorganized. I called before bringing in my car to make sure they would get to it and Tim said bring it in. I dropped off my car at 9am on a Saturday for a 10 minute tire repair. Tim again said they would definitely get to it. I called at 2pm for an update and they said they were going to get to it. I went back at 5pm and found 4 workers sitting around, no cars in the bay, and only my car sitting in the lot, untouched. I took it down the road right after and they fixed it in 10 minutes, and they were actually nice. Do not go here, the place is a dump, the people are rude, and they won’t help you.

Roy is really nice, and has a good fun sense of humor. I was looking at a used car so I wanted an inspection for piece of mind. He was able to get me in right away. After the inspection, the car was left up and he walked me around to show me everything. Thank you so much!!

On a Sunday morning, I realized a nail damaged my tire. Roy Fleshman found a small gap in his schedule to fit me in. They quickly and professionally installed a new tire so we could get on our way. They were very accommodating and even found a deal for us from the tire manufacturer.

I can not say enough about the quality of service I received at this place. I went there based on the reviews I read online and am glad I did. I scheduled the appointment online and showed up at the appointment time. They were waiting for me. What a surprise...to have an appointment and someone actually expecting you. I spoke for a time with the service manager and explained to him my concerns with my alignment and the service engine soon light that had come on. They took my car right in, yes, right in, and it was ready within 30 minutes. When my car was finished...he showed me on a digital printout how it was out of alignment, and how it was fixed (it really was fixed). He went on to explain to me about the service engine soon light and what the code they found was showing needed to be addressed. He went on to tell me the car was still under the factory warranty, and I should let the dealership handle that repair. Wow, honesty and not trying to sell me additional work. Needless to say, I walked out of there thinking...now that was excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys!!!

Roy was extremely helpful in taking care of the exhaust noise on my Acura. The dealer wanted to replace the whole system for a ridiculous price, while Roy and his team addressed the issue, simply a worn gasket that was easily replaced and secured with new bolts. It’s refreshing to work with honest people in the auto industry....which seems to be harder to find these days.Great job Mr. Tire team. That’s why I keep coming back.

These guys are fantastic! I called them when my car wouldnt start, and not only did they squeeze me in that night, after closing time, but they had me up and running the very next afternoon. On top of that, when they found a rotting hose in my engine, they replaced it for me free of charge. And it made such a huge difference in the way my car runs! Exceptional service. Had a nail in my tire that was in a questionable spot for patching. Chris was able to remove the screw without it puncturing the tire and did all of this free of charge in less than an hour. They even offered to drive me back to work if I didnt have a ride.
