They LITERALLY went the extra mile to deliver the car to me 370 miles away in Orange County CA. I bought an CPO eGolf, completely virtually! Their online sales team was a pleasure to work with and made the online auto purchase seamless, comfortable and secure. They were completely transparent, straightforward and attentive to my requests and questions. It made my experience enjoyable, and I never left my house!!
Great experience!! My wife and I were looking to upgrade from a Jeep Compass to something larger. We decided to stop by Volkswagen to see the Atlas Cross Sport. The sales man who helped us was Howard. He rapidly got the correct model with just letting him know what we were looking for and let us test drive it. We didn’t drive home with one that day simply because we wanted a different color and something closer to our price range. Later on that week Howard called and said he had good news. He passed us over to Naruie, who proceeded to tell us they had the correct color and gaves us the deal we couldn’t refuse. We have had the car since November 2020 and man my wife drives with a smile on her face everyday! Thank you to Howard and Naruie!! I highly recommend this dealership.

Got our ID4 2 weeks back. The car is great, however the person who worked with us Emily said all good things about the car and how the rate online was different from the website. Traded our PILOT and came home with new car. Little did we know we got ripped. Dont buy into those stories of online vs how different it is in their system. The same model, same car, same miles, same down payment, same lease plan another friend of mine is paying $100 less than me from San Jose dealership..... feel so ripped here.Response to owner comment below: It was the same trim

Brought in my Atlas for an engine issue. Diagnosis of the issue was quick. Updates by Joseph Pratt on the status of the service was always prompt. I had requested for an Atlas as a loaner vehicle knowing very well repairs might take a while, they loaned me a Tiguan but called in 2 days as soon as they had an Atlas in exchange for the Tiguan. Experience overall of working with Joseph Pratt was great as well as the interactions Ive had with the support staff. Id certainly recommend taking your business to the team at Dublin VW.
I wish there was a negative rating. Worst car buying experience we had. They never backed up their products and services even after three visits. I wish we could have never choosen VW. Please be aware and check all the details if you are buying a pre-owned car from these guys. We are just stuck.
Have been here several times for oil changes and check engine lights for a 2014 Touareg TDI. everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice and helpful. Jerrid in the service department, especially has been excellent with communication, service, questions, rides/loaner cars and everything really.

My eighty-two year old father had his golf towed there after it sat during the pandemic. He was convinced he had damaged it by idling for long periods of time and told them as much. The issue was a bad throttle body and they fixed it under warranty!!!! They could have easily up sold him on other issues, like the crack in his windshield, but they were straight up with him. This is a stand up dealership and we will continue to be customers. Thank you Dublin VW and thank you Charlie!
Update 9/17/21After some further back and forth with the dealer and VW Credit. My issue was finally resolved.BEWARE - Dublin VW mishandled my lease return. They collected payment for lease disposition and excess wear & tear but never forwarded the funds to VW corporate. Calls and voicemails have been ignored, and the dealership is not taking ownership of the mistake.
Tried to make a 5K mile service appointment ... phones were busy so I left a message.Within 5mins of my message, Service Mgr Matt returned my call. Got the car of my dreams with the help from Emily! She was great in that she checked in with me prior to stoping at the dealership and confirmed that she had sanitized the car for a test drive. I bought my car in November 2020, I absolutely love my car. I brought it to service because it has a light on, Charlie had no time to check my car, and refused to get me a manager. I am very disappointed.
Jerrid and the team at the service department have changed the way I view dealership service. The department is large enough to provide plenty of availability throughout the week which is great for someone like me with a less than traditional work schedule. They waste no time in diagnosing the car after drop-off and I get direct and honest input on what is wrong with the car, what is causing it and what can be done to fix it. Im always offered ancillary/suggested service on the car while its in their care but never feel pressured into those purchases. Their pricing is comparable to independent mechanics in the area. I will continue to have my GTI serviced at VW Dublin and maybe some day if I decide to buy a newer VW Ill check here first.

Found issue with air conditioner and determined the Compressor was the issue. I purchased the car new in July of 2015. Had the compressor replaced the same day as they had all the parts available.
Worst Showroom in Bay Area. It felt like they don’t want to sell their Cars and its a front of some other business. Their sales Manager was horrible and he was not allowing us to have a Test drive without filling the credit application. He told us that he didn’t have any Jetta models in inventory and couldn’t even get one . I was surprise to see the manager behaving like this and on top of that when I ask for the supervisor he was I am the supervisor what will you do .. I don’t have cars in inventory and I cant let you see the car without submitting the credit application. He asked to us to write to Volkswagen if we are not happy with their serviceWe felt like they are getting money from some other business and this showroom is a just a show piece

This review is for a purchase of a used VW Jetta 3 months ago. I waited to make sure we didnt buy a lemon! We visited the dealership knowing that our intention was to purchase a Jetta. We were not interested in any other car. We already did our research. We entered the building and was greeted with a salesperson in a mask. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the 3 available Jettas on the lot. He was not pushy nor tried to sway us to other cars on the lot. He let us drive each car. In the end, my daughter was very happy with one of the cars. Joey Razawi was very helpful and not intimidating to my 16 year old daughter. The finance department went pretty smooth, lasted about 20 minutes (probably because it was a cash transaction). I recognize that we were probably easy customers, but still their customer service was professional, non-aggressive, and straightforward.

I owe Emily, a salesperson at the dealership, a positive review. She helped me lease a car just before Christmas and it has taken me a while to do this...so here it is.I had a 2018 VW Passat coming up in February 2021, but I heard there were some good deals in December. My intention was to move to an Audi vehicle, but then I saw the Atlas Cross Sport SEL Premium R-Line. Beautiful vehicle and it had the space I needed for my family. The 2020 model was a rare car to find. Only a few dealers had it, and if they did, they typically only had one or two. It was even more rare to find one in a color other than black. I spoke to several dealers, even Oakland VW, whom I originally got my 2018 Passat. All the dealers I spoke to were giving me outrageous quotes, not willing to negotiate.At first, Dublin VW was no different. I spoke to a gentleman named Howard and he assured me he would call me back in 5 minutes. I spoke with Howard about five times and each time he said he would call me back and never did. I thought after the 3rd time he would recognize who I was.Finally, good ol Emily calls me, only she was not returning my call, she was just calling because she saw I had inquired online. I told her about my bad experience and she told me she would take care of me. And she did.Look, eventually there was a dealer in Sacramento that was willing to work with me, but Emily went above and beyond to earn my business. I mentioned I had a 2018 VW Passat and the lease was up in February. Emily couldnt trade in my lease early, so instead she had VW write me a $700 check to make up for the lease payments I would have to pay in January and February. In addition she gave me approximately 10% off of the MSRP. She had to ship the car I wanted from Los Angeles...she went through lengths.Thank you, Emily, for making salvaging my experience, not just with your dealer, but with VW in general. You not only saved me money on the car I wanted, but I was getting ready to bite the higher price tag bullet and lease a car with Audi instead.
We went to buy a car. The test drive went well. They explored all possible deals with us and gave us the best price. No pressure to buy. We wanted more discounts and they went as far as they could. We bought a Golf GTi. Everyone involved was good.

I leased a car for my sister. When I paid lease down payment, I made a mistake and gave a wrong check from my account, which i dont use actively. As soon as I learned about it, I call the finance manager, Demitri and told him what happened and that I transferred funds. He told me the check will be canceled and asked for my credit card number. The wasnt cancelled and my credit card was charged. It has been two months and they are not refunding my money. Do not deal with this dealership. They are not concerned about customers. Had to call my credit card company and cancel the payment. I am sure it is not over. Again AVOID these people. They just want to sell and collect money...
We talked to a guy named Howard(DO NOT TRUST HIM), looking to lease a Blue Atlas. We did price negotiation for two days, he in turn asked us to come to their dealership the same day promising that he would have the car ready. We repeatedly asked him to confirm the deal for the right car and the right trim, and he said he is the man who will stand by his word and he will get our car from a different dealership once we sign the agreement.The minute I reached he gave us a different car, and then asked us test drive the vehicle he had, and suddenly like a Snake oil Salesman, said the other dealer is closed and if we want the deal we have to buy the car in his lot. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN. NEVER SET YOUR FOOT THERE.
Very disappointing service. I have owned numerous VWs and will continue to buy them, but I would never return to this dealership. I initially took a $100 Uber to get to the dealership because I found a good deal and I contacted the dealership noting that I wanted to go through a dealer for the Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Warranty. After arrival, they told me they couldnt sell me the car as CPO as there was a recall on the car. I get it, but if I had known this prior - I would have bought from a closer VW dealership. I purchased a new used car with a CPO instead. As I get into the car to drive 1hr back home, the gas tank is completely empty - deep into the red line! I had to go back in and was told that we dont fill the gas for used cars. He gave me a $25 voucher for gas, but the fact that I had to request gas is mind boggling. Finally, I had requested to my salesman to send me the financial information for the loan, as it wasnt listed in the paperwork I was given. I sent him 3 emails over the course of a month and never got any action (still havent 5 weeks later). Car is great, customer service is/was the worst Ive seen in quite some time. I recommend you buy from Carvana or any other car app.

Out of all the suvs we looked at this was the roomiest and fit everyone the best. (Compared to a Nissan Armada, pathfinder, Ford Explorer, and Honda Pilot) not to mention the price was great.When we did decide to actually buy the car, Howard and the manager on duty did anything and everything to work with us and make us the happiest we could be. Had an amazing time at this dealership. I had a very tough situation that could not be solved at 4 other dealerships. I gave this dealership a shot to see if they were willing to help me and managed to solve my financial issues the following day. I drove off with the car I’ve been dreaming of for years because of the salesmen Mike, Tyrone, and Emily. Omar was also very helpful in the beginning and helped me with the first steps. He even went out of his way to get me at the wrong station that was farther out of his way and was very kind and understanding about it. Anthony provides straight forward explanation of what recall items needed to be completed and gave outline of work to be done. He gave me a realistic expectation of when my car would be ready and arranged a shuttle for me. He called me as he told me he would to update me on progress. Service writers are great. I dropped my car off thinking it would be done by the end of the next day. They took it in early had a call about 4 hours later saying it was done. We have had our VW serviced there since 2010. Service Department and techs are great.

This Place is Shady AF!They were willing to give my mother a car loan, despite her sole income being from unemployment. They had me cosigning this loan, despite me not even being aware of the situation. They pressured her by tell her it needed it to be done by the end of the day or the car would be gone. Once aware of the situation, I decided that co-signing the loan would be a poor financial decision for my mother. They then called me and tried to guilt me into signing the loan.

They made the warranty repair on my e-golf a seamless experience. Charlie was super friendly. One star knocked off because I was told the car would be charged overnight after the repairs (as I had to drive back to Stockton with it) and it wasnt. They started charging the car on a level 2 charger while I was on my way. If they had put it on the level 3 charger it would have been ready in a much shorter amount of time. I waited almost 2 hours before I was told they had the fast charger. But that wasnt Charlies fault, and I hold no blame. The repairs were done quickly, and when one of the service partners noticed I was still waiting, they finally led me to the level 3 charger. So besides the little snafu with charging, I couldnt be happier.

My husband and I had a pretty bad experience during the purchasing process. I was offended by the sales person coming back from seeing my car and him making an inappropriate comment about it. They low balled our Corolla for the trade-in (lower than the Kelly blue book price range) and had to fight hard with them for a higher trade-in value. Instead of matching or giving us a better trade-in, they denied the trade-in offer printout that we got from VW Oakland. The sales person said it doesnt count because its not an official trade-in offer. They wrote down the interest percentage on a piece of paper before even checking my credit. It wasnt until we demanded printed documents did we see anything more official. We lost trust in the VW sales person and were on high alert the rest of the purchasing process. It was uncomfortable and we only went through with this because it was a relatively good deal for the CPO Tiguan we were purchasing.A few things to note when going to this dealership: They do not give you a full tank of gas for any CPO cars and do not trust what is shown in photos on their CPO cars. The Tiguan we bought had a privacy cover shown in the images and video clip. We already lack trust in VW through the experience we had at the dealership, so I took screenshots (please see attached photos) before they took down the advertisement in case they denied that it was in the car. I know that this is my car because of the defect on the screen that had the same URL. Indeed, the dealership denied that it was included in the car and claimed that their photographer placed it in there to show customers what accessories could be available for the car. I told them that this was false advertisement. I was told that I had to ask if certain things in the pictures are included even if theyre shown in the photo. Do I have to ask about everything in the photo if they are included?Weeks of countless messages were sent to VW on facebook and calls with the VW Dublin dealership sales people and VW customer care. At the very end, we escalated this to a VW case manager. In the end, we were given a $100 gift card which wasnt even enough to cover the privacy cover ($180) and the emotional trauma but we didnt want to waste more time on this.The main point of this review is to warn future VW buyers. Beware that you wont be getting service at the Dublin VW that youll get at other dealerships (such as Toyota, Honda, Ford and Mazda) and also be sure to ask if certain things in the photos are included because Dublin VW CPO car advertisement photos can be misleading and doesnt come with the things they display on their images.
Phillip was as usual amazing. He found some leaks in our engine in the last servicing and talked to me about it. He informed me about the problem and told me that it was covered in my warranty.Gave it to servicing and got the car back and all things are great.Absolutely happy with Phillip.

I gave a one star because I couldnt give zero. Most people I worked with from salesman to managers have dont care attitude, and Im sorry for maybe some other folks working there who have to live with it. The salesman repeatedly called me on the pickup day, even though I gave the same time again and again. When I got to the dealership on time, I was told my lease would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited 90 minutes and was told by the same salesman that maybe you should come back tomorrow. Walked to one manager, but got this what do you want me to do? wash your car myself?. All this time, Im the only customer in the dealership while therere several employees. Now understanding the car washing place is shared with Hyundai, I waited another 30-40 minutes. In addition, they did not fix some little scratch which another manager promised the day before. This is the experience to get a new car. If I hadnt signed the lease, I would walk out without any hesitation. I made a mistake, but you dont have to.

At arrival (30 minutes early) to the service writers they were a bit overwhelmed due to being understaffed at that time. After my turn with the service writer I was handled quickly and professionally and much to my satisfaction.

So far so good..... all I can say, be patient and calm and it will all work out. My bug was in for the 30 day checkup....yes it took a while, because Im not the only person in here. Be prep aired to wait...it wont kill ya! Service people are kind and dont mind answering questions as well as the parts guy... I also asked about a shuttle, I was then directed to a local service but it doesnt run on Saturday and another service gent said he would take me wherever I needed to go....so I say many thumbs up!

I went to buy out my lease. They told me I HAD to do it that day. That was not true. They charged me $1000 for the inspection to sell me the car I had already been leasing for 3 years. Even my loan agent, which was through my own credit union, told me that was way too much. They tried to do my loan through some system they have there which was going to increase my load APR, through the SAME CREDIT UNION, by .5%. Essentially marking up my interest rate to make money. They added GAP insurance to my contract without asking me. The finance guy was, supposedly, oblivious. When I asked why my contract total went up by $1000 and asked to look at the break down he was basically like oh I thought you wanted it and thats why it was there. I didnt put it on there. Oh yeah, they have a D- from the Better Business Bureau.
