Horrendous service experience. Chevy Bolt selfsealing tire went completely flat and had towed. Started calling at 11am, called at least 5 times all day, and no one from service helped. At 530 my car was acknowledged as being there but Service would call me in the morning.I tried explaining Id been calling since 11am, and I was taking a 20th anniversary trip tomorrow 9/16/21. I doubt Im going to hear about my car tomorrow, and now my car is 26 miles away from me and I dont know when Im going to back.HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
UPDATE 7/27/2021:I wrote the previous review based on the experience and information which was made available to me by the service guys Christine and Aaron.Things changed after my earlier review was posted on google. I visited service station last week and met Aaron. He explained few things and gave reasoning behind the whole thing. It boils down to three things:1. Communication gaps between the chevy team.2. Communication with customer needs to be humble.3. Product quality. In this case it is the Bolt EV which broke down completely in first week itself.Aaron promised me that he will take care #1 and #2 above and he apologized and genuinely felt sorry about the bad customer experience. I bumping up the review from 1 star to 3 stars (if everyone is good as Aaron I have no issues in rating 4.5 stars :) - but not today ).I am getting car back today - I hope my next visit will be 4+ stars and I will revisit and update the rating accordingly.--KamalOLD REVIEW:We leased chevy bolt ev and it stopped working completely in 7 days. It was towed away to this facility 3 days ago. Till today they have not diagnosed the problem, when it will be fixed no one knows. Staff is SUPER arrogant. I spoke with Christine (service advisor) and Aaron (Service Manager), both simply inefficient resources. I asked them to give a replacement car so that continue business (after all its the manufacturing defect). One person I have put on waitlist for replacement car and other a day later says that u r not waitlist. Does the first one lied? - no answer from either on of them.
So many nice cars here.
Called twice to make an appointment and was left on hold then disconnected.
My car had a battery recall. No battery from GM and now on a gas rental.
The customer service staff Haley was excellent but would definitely not recommend this place. It’s not clear to me if the cars are extremely poorly designed or whether the staff are not well trained. I have a leased Chevy Bolt and came in to get a lightbulb changed and software updated, and on assessment found I needed a tire replaced. I was told it would be between 2 to 3 hours. Five hours later I was told that it wasn’t the lightbulb but an associated electrical component. Apparently they had to remove the entire front bumper in order to replace the bulb and had no way of testing the electrical circuit before hand. So not only am I leaving without having my primary issue addressed, I have to come back after they order the part. They took $65 off my bill which depending on how long the actual repair takes works out to about $11-13/hour for my time.
Hopefully Dublin Chevrolet repairs your car right the first time, because if not they will expect you to pay for labor to fix their mistakes the second time around at $200 hr. I brought my 01 suburban in to fix a common problem with the fuel pump. The technician replaced the sensor instead of the whole fuel pump. When I spoke to a manager, Eric Dunbar, he admitted they probably should have replaced the whole fuel pump. His “compromise” was to only charge me half of the labor price to replace the fuel pump. Unbelievable! That is totally unacceptable. I am convinced that if I were a man and I had been very rude about it, Eric probably would’ve been more accommodating.
Service is not very good. Advisor didnt call me when they were supposed to, multiple times. Took 3 days to fix my car under warranty and no loaner car.
Had a great experience with Cliff Capman my sales professional and was very happy with the manager James. Highly recommend!!!
Luis is the best! Very accommodating, funny and helpful! Very knowledgeable as well with great years of experience 😊
Would give zero stars if I could. On Tuesday 5/22 I spoke with Francisco in the Service Department. We bought a used Chevrolet from an out of town dealership. We have an extended warranty and need to get a water leak checked out. I called the Dublin dealership three times to speak to the service department, leaving messages. Francisco returned my call, but was not helpful. He mentioned everything they could not do to help and nothing they could do to help. When I asked if they work with other dealerships as a professional courtesy he said No. Good luck if you are trying to get service out of this group. As it turns out it was a water pump that was covered under the warrantly. The SERVICE department in Tracy was very helpful. I never do review, but was so frustrated by the Dublin response I had to say something.
Sam at Dublin Chevy was very helpful and considerate..high priority for customer service..good job Sam..keep up the good work!
A professional group of service managers...I was very satisfied with the service experience; thank you David Urbach.
Extremely terrible experience with this dealership, I dont recommend it at all,I bought a car from them after two weeks, the engine is broken when I checked the car I found this specific car recall it from the manufacturer. The manager never answered the phone the service desk keep transfer my call.
I have now had two bad experiences at this place:1) Came here to pick up my husband who was dropping his vehicle off for a service appointment (a scheduled appointment). I arrived 5-10 minutes after him and then proceeded to sit and wait for him for the next 30 minutes. This was almost as bad as a visit to the DMV.2) Husband dropped off his vehicle for a few simple fixes (an auto shop had quoted him around $200 for the work but his work wanted him to take it to the dealer). Thank god the work was expensed because this place called twice to say it needed more work and the bill ended up being $900+.
The sales department of this dealership is subpar, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the Service Department . Our current two vehicles are a Tesla MX and a Chevy Spark EV nearing the end of a 3 year lease from Fremont Chevrolet. Since Dublin is much closer, I have brought in the Spark EV for regular maintenance, recall notices, and a couple of repairs. For the two repairs, the Service department fixed the first problem without cost (didn’t need a mechanic) and covered the second under warranty. In my experience, at least, I would say Dublin Chevrolet Service is no worse than Tesla’s (which is very good) and in some ways better. They have always made me feel that they are “on my side” and not trying to nickel-and-dime me for minor issues. The free shuttle service within a 10mi radius also helps. Overall, I have been more satisfied with Dublin Chevrolet Service over Dublin Tesla Service.
I have had nothing but wonderful service from Dublin Chevrolet. They are upfront on time of service, offer free courtesy shuttle or a nice place to sit and wait for your vehicle.

ZERO star.. Worst service center... Rip off... Never go there...I came in yo get check up for oil dripping from radiator.. I was told it will be 2000$ for the repair... Went to Tracy Chevrolet and turns out battery radiator was leaking and it was under warranty and got it replaced for free...
One worst treatment i have ever got1. the staff are worst and they dont respect and value the customers2.i have got a new tires and they have swapped the sensors and front to back and back to front. when i have mentioned they said they will fix that.DIDNT HAPPEN3. Oil Change Indicator- I HAVE MENTIONED NUMBER OF TIMES THAT THEY FORGOT TO RESET and asked them to fix. DIDNT HAPPEN4. When i bought the car from here a year ago, they made me wait for F**** 4 hours and told me that i can pick up my car by 9 but i left with my car at 4. i was there didnt have lunch. nothing. So unprofessional. When my friends posted a review in yelp. they requested me to remove it since it will effect the sales representatives job.i was kind enough and made my friends remove it.BUT LATER JOE MASON stepped in and was really helpful.5. they also damaged one of my tired during the service and ended up getting a new one.Due all of these i had to commute multiple times to dublin and then go back to work in sf .6. there was went issue which i reported it many times. at the point of service they fix it and then it comes again. i havent got a clear explanation till now why it keeps happeningIF I COULD GIVE A REVIEW IS A -10. Honestly this place is the worst.
Hit and miss. Sometimes its excellent and sometimes mediocre.
Great service. Especially customer service
Zero STARThe Dublin Chevrolet is the worst service in the country. They need so much more training and how to work with customers. Patrick the service tech is clueless and don’t know how to take care of service and customer experience and seems like everyone that work there they just are so ignorant and not know how to take care of the customer and customer care. Most horrible horrific experience ever at Dublin Chevrolet Chevy dealership service department. I just hope the owner INDER DOSANJH looks into this department and their service. And BILL BENAK the General Manager needs to get involved to train people that works there on customer experience and services people are getting. Specially the service department at Dublin Chevrolet location at DUBLIN CHEVROLET4200 John Monego Court Dublin CA 94568 USHorrible experience ever.
Really poor communication between the service writer and myself. Got charged for a service I did not request.
