I am so grateful to Dave that I am able to work with such a trustworthy man when I am dealing with the anxiety of car repairs. He explains the required annual service and then when other needed repairs are discovered by the technicians, he calls me to talk the necessity of the repairs and the costs. I am retired and on a fixed income and he is aware of my financial situation. He helps me budget for repairs that can be delayed but is very honest with me about repairs that could be a safety issue for me if I do not have them done. Itβs my first time to visit Crown Service, my GLE 53 had a weird whistling noise issue sometime when over 80 mph, so I sent email to the service team, thanks to Dave Kohlerβs helping, he replied me immediately and scheduled the check for me, after several continues check, he found where the issue exactly is and fixed it. And he also helped me with several other service items which are just perfectly finished. Itβs a great service experience, before this service, I really doubt this noise issue would be fixed, but now I definitely would recommend Dave Kohler to any MB owners who need help.

Shen did a great job understanding our concerns and addressed likely outcome for each item. Turns out the loud noice from one of the AC v ents was a leaf that got stuck due to a very dirty cabin air filter, and the rattle we heard in the back of car was a small rock was lodged between the fuel tank and firewall. Other concerns were normal characteristics of the car, such as a rather jerky transmission at parking lot speeds when accelerating.
Outstanding service and communication through my annual service appointment that also included some warranty repair. Brian Tassinari would give me daily updates on the work being done, and also worked with the dealer I purchased the car from to coordinate some additional services that were needed. Todd Johnson always does a great job handling the needs of my SL500. Very knowledgeable. The car is 18 years old and Todd makes sure it gets to the same technician every time who knows the history of the car and treats it like its his own. I love that.
I took my car in to Crown most recently for a diagnosis of intermittent failure to start. There were no free appointment slots, so my service representative, Mike Lyons, suggested I drop it off and theyβd try to work it in. Thatβs what I did. I am always impressed with how Mike, who previously was a Benz mechanic before he switched to service writing,, is able to cut to the meat of the problem. I asked for a diagnosis, and the cost to have them fix the problem, and they did so. After they determined the starter itself was bad, I elected to buy the part from them and do the labor myself. (Of course, I paid for the diagnostic time.)Many dealerships would not be happy about a customer using them in this way, but this is not the case with either Mike or Crown. (Full disclosure: I am a do-it-yourselfer, and buy many parts from Crown.). I usually go to them for diagnosis and parts, and only have them do the work if it is especially difficult or requires special equipment.I have found Crown, and specifically Mike Lyons, is very straightforward and good to work with in this manner.
I made my appointment online, and confirmed via phone for my βBβ service maintenance. Michael Lyons met us immediately upon our arrival. He reviewed all of the items to the service, reviewed estimated costs, and asked if se had any addional concerns. We were contacted at completion, and coordinated pickup. Michael Lyons met with us upon arrival, reviewed all paperwork, and we were on our way. Michael is a credit to Crown -Mercedes of Dublin, and we hold him in high regard.

I have owned several Mercedes over the years. The experience of dealing with Ken Stuart is right at the top. He was always responsive, and took whatever time I needed to discuss my questions. When we could not locate the car I wanted from existing stock, Ken never pressed me to accept something different. Instead, he ordered a to be built car for me. That truly made me realize that Ken was most interested in me - not just the sale. I will most definitely return to Ken for my future needs.

He had a loaner car all set up for me as my service would take from 2 to 5 hours. He texted me throughout the day to let me know how the service process was going. I recently had my air conditioner serviced due to musty odor. I was offered a loaner and told the repair would likely take a few days in order for them to clean and check the system thoroughly. I was also advised the service was most likely under warranty. A few days later, my service contact, Shengqian Saguisi, called to tell me it was time for my regular maintenance, and with my authorization, they could keep the car for one more day, and complete the work. I appreciated Shen doing more than I asked for and the ease with which the service was delivered. Icing on the cake - Everyone in the shop was wearing masks and gloves and I walked out without opening my wallet as everything was under warranty. Thanks, Shen and Mercedes!!
