Unprofessional and impolite!!! Made an appointment to build my car with one of the staff at 4pm. He called at 3:45 saying that the previous customer came in late and rescheduled our meeting to 5. I arrived at 5 and of course he wasnt there and didnt pick up the phone. I waited for 30 minutes and left. You know whats worse? He never tried to reach me after and now its almost a week. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.
Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Will definitely be back in the future. If you’re wanting to buy a high quality vehicle from a high quality staff this is the place to go. Can’t thank them enough.

My wife and I stopped in today with no intention of buying a vehicle. The staff was attentive and we never felt pressured. We worked with Jonathan, Billy and John to build a deal that worked for us and to our surprise, we left with a new Macan. I have purchased/leased a few vehicles in my day and this was by far the best car buying experience.
We stopped in spontaneously just to look at a Taycan. The new showroom is lovely and the cars are spectacular. The staff was very welcoming...maybe it is the new building! Anyway we drove away the next day in a new Taycan...it was actually fun.
Jonathan Hemminger was instrumental in my purchase of the 2020 Porsche Cayenne - I was so grateful that he followed up on my online request - almost immediately. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I thank him for handing over the car in pristine condition. Service is just bad. When you have to come back because they dont listen then the dealership has a major problem. I tell them what the problem is and they either dont address the issue or go a completely different direct and still dont fix the problem makes you wonder what are they doing? IF you need basic oil changes and new tires youll be fine. Clearly they dont need my $$$. BYE MAG!

UPDATE 12/2020: I was never contact again by MAG, despite the response below. I ended up contacting Porsche myself, who paid $3500 to fix the issue at Byers Porsche.Original Review:Terrible experience. Not good service at all. I have a Macan Turbo, talked to Zach about getting an issue resolved under warranty. Issue came up on June 2, I called MAG, told Zach what was going on. June 4 my wife and I had a baby, June 6 the warranty ran out. I expected some understanding as to why I couldn’t get the car there before the warranty end date. Because you know...we were in the hospital having a baby. I even pulled the codes before the warranty ran out and documented and dated everything because I knew it was going to be impossible to get the car there in time. Zero understanding, MAG was unwilling to do the $4000 repair under warranty, and no care for retaining me as a customer.
Ive only ever had great experiences with MAG, from service to Sales, to special vehicle procurement. Everyone Ive encountered there has had customer satisfaction at the highest priority. I highly recommend visiting.

I have never encountered such rude staff members. Sales staff lied about services and “perks” available to purchasers. Porsche‘s service department never answers their phones. You are on their time. Not the other way around. No effort is made to remotely provide service in a timely or convenient manner. They never call when software updates to known issues are released, despite asking for updated consistently. My lift gate didn’t work properly for nearly the entire first year after purchase.

In all the times that I have visited this location, I always appreciate the professional standard of customer service they provide. The show rooms are always clean, the reception is always friendly, and they are very good about getting your vehicle in for service and back on the road again! They also have a fantastic inventory to choose from.
They did a great job on my Boxster S that needed some TLC. It was returned with everything repaired as promised. They even threw in a complete detail that has the car looking great.
Even though I was buying a used Porsche (2009 Cayenne S) you would have thought I was buying a top of the line $ vehicle. Shawn Sheppard was very professional, efficient, and as usual, easy to work with. The entire process of executing the diesel modification to the Cayenne and trading for a newer model Cayenne was seamless. The maintenance group should be rewarded as well for their courtesy and good work.

They have the worst service I have ever had to deal with in the automotive industry. The mechanic did not return calls for days, they said they had only had the car a couple days after they had it for a week, they over charge so badly my insurance company doesnt want to deal with them ($500 to replace a battery?!?!), and they did not link obviously related damage to my break in, so my insurance will not cover it.I have video of someone breaking into my car during a thunderstorm, leaving the door open. You would think USAA would not give me any trouble covering the water damages, but these guys would not link many of the electrical problems to the water damage, and gouged so badly, my insurance was on the defensive from the beginning. When I got to the vehicle, the alarm malfunctioned, burning out the hood door, and fuel servos, but they said everything but the hood was unrelated. Anyone who owns a Boxster knows they all activate with the alarm, and if it is under water, it appears they can all short burning them all out. MAG Porsche said the passenger door lock, and fuel servo were not related to the water damage (but somehow the hood was) and my insurance will not cover it...Their service is terrible, and the diagnostics is incompetent or lazy and complacent. On top of it all, they left a 2 foot long screwdriver in my car... I wonder what else they missed... Nice work MAG...

I wanted to take a few moments and share what a fantastic experience I had while purchasing my 2016 Porsche Macan S at MAG. I have been (and my wife still is) an Audi owner for the past 7 years and love them. For me, the only other brand I have wanted to own from when I was young was a Porsche. I have purchased all of my Audi vehicles from Trey Latham and over the years have become friends as well. Trey loves cars and takes personal interest in finding the exact one that meets both what you want and really what will be best for you. I will never buy a car from anyone else...he has earned my trust and loyalty. So when it was time for me to fulfill my dream of owning a Porsche, Trey was there to help since he is certified to sell Porsche as well. He introduced me to Doug Horner at MAG Porsche when I got there and was impressed with the level of service at the dealership. We went for our test drive and Trey was great about explaining all the great technology in the Macan while letting me enjoy the pure excitement of driving such a great car. The entire experience from test drive, to financing, to delivery was as relaxing as you would expect when buying a luxury auto. Trey and Doug made sure of that. Great Customer service, communication, and easy to deal with. Coming from out of state, Everything went flawless. Harvey was my sales guy and Doug was the manager. Harvey was the best sales rep Ive ever had and Dough was always there when i was looking for any questions. I called 10 times, he answeres 10 times! From ordering the car to delivery, it took 7 monthes and ongoing emails and phone call was always pleasant! I Highly recomment this dealership to anybody whos interested in buying european cars! I called there a few days ago to buy a new Cayanne and spoke to a shawn Sheppard and he was very rude. He was so rude and disrespectful that i left a message for the GM Barry Lester to call me. He never did so i bought a new car from their competition. I will never buy a car from them and they should think about hiring more honest people. Shawn has no business selling such a quality car, he clearly does not know how to talk to people and should be selling carpet but, that is an insult to carpet sales people.
